Was not a rush job by any means, but came over within 24 hours. Disconnected the water softener that day and give me a quote for installing the sink. Came back the next day, installed the utility sink. He took care to straighten out some of the old pipes so they were not in the way of using the sink. It all looks really good, and I've very happy. They did great work, cleaned up, were good about not tracking stuff in, etc. And, their price was very reasonable.

After the line burst, we shut off the main water line in the house. Mike responded to our emergency and at 8:00PM did a temporary repair to get us through the night. The next morning, he came back and completed the repairs in a very professional manner.

The handle of my kitchen faucet got all loose and wobbly and the water wouldn't shut off properly. I had to really play with it to get the water to turn off completely. Steve Morin and his son came to check it out. Steve pushed down on the base of the handle and it worked OK again, but he took apart the handle anyway to check it out. The problem was the base, which had somehow gotten loose. I had tried twisting it, but apparenly it wasn't a screw-on base, it was a push-down base. Steve came at my preferred date and time, and gave me the 20% Angie's List first time customer discount. He also gave advice on a couple of other plumbing questions I had. When they left, his son brought my garbage can back to the house from the curb.

On the afternoon of New Years Eve I had no hot water. The previous plumbing company I had used and called said they would call me back within two hours to let me know if they could fit me in by the end of the day. If not, I would have to wait 4 days until 1/4/2010! I went to Angies List and found the "Mike and Steve" Company. I called and talked to Mike, who was at my house within the hour and looked at the water heater. When he pressed the reset button, you could hear the water starting to re-heat, and Mike was willing to leave it at that if I was satisfied. Having been through this scenario before, however, I asked him about replacing the heating elements, which he could do since he had that brand in supply on his truck. I decided to do that, and he and his helper, Matt, drained the water heater, blew out a bunch of the junk that had collected within and replaced the elements. They worked efficiently, and the whole job was done within 90 minutes. He also answered all my questions about possible water softening systems, and annual draining and cleaning of the water heater to prolong its usability. He and Matt asked me if they could return in about 30 minutes after the job was done to insure I had hot water, and they did so. The water was hot and the water pressure was also better.I felt I received good information, great service and fabulous response time. I will use and recommend this company from now on.

Mr. Baltrami and his partner responded within 48 hours to our call. He rebuilt the interior mechanics of two toilets and installed new supply lines for each.

This was a wonderful experience. I wish I had found Mike a long time ago. Mike and his assistant were very patient and explained options. I finally have a plumber that is very affordable and professional. I will recommend Mike to all of my friends.

Steve determined that the rubber in the valve was bad and that is what was coming through the faucet. He replaced that valve and the hot water as well, and even gave me advice on how to caulk the sink. Also advised the whole house shutoff valve was not shutting off completley which i had noticed. He came back the next day and replaced that valve as well. Does very good work and is very helpful.

Mike came over within an hour of when I called - I think he realized we were concerned. He quickly figured out what was wrong, fixed what he could (we have to order a new switch for our back-up pump), and was very reasonable in what he charged. Professional all the way. All future plumbing needs we have will go to Mike.

I had already pulled down the ceiling, so he was able to see the work. Job went smoothly and price was great. Mike was able to come out within a few minutes of my call. I didn't have to commit to a charge for the estimate.

Great! On time, on budget, clean up after the work.

He did an excellent job, and when I asked him about an Angie's List discount, which is mentioned in his informational sketch on the List, he subtracted ten percent. His hourly charge of $100 seems quite high, even as plumbers go. Perhaps this is because he has a helper that accompanies him. Are all plumbers charging that much now? But his work, both times that I have used him, has been excellent.

I noticed the sump pump did not sound right with the small amount of rain we had. On inspection found out the tank was not draining. I went on Angies list and found a plumber with good ratings and worked on sump pumps. Called him about 12:30 pm and he came over in about 2 hours. The work was completed in 2 hours. We were able to supply the pumps and toilet because of my husbands job .

Michael Beltrami and his assistant, Matt, are excellent!! We have hired them before for other, very intense, plumbing projects in the crawl space and with the washing machine. (See my previous "A" review a few weeks ago.) As always, he is professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Yes, you read that right...a plumber who is reasonably priced! Our bathroom sink was leaking a great deal. I tried to effect repairs on my own, but it was clear I needed a professional. I called Michael and he was available the next day. I purchased a faucet on my own from Lowe's. Michael and Matt came over today, 13 October, and were finished with the task in an hour. It included replacing the faucet and the valves for the water supply under the sink. They always clean up afterwards and NEVER LEAVE A MESS of any kind. Mr. Beltrami is very conscious and respectful of other people's property. They parked in the driveway and that area was clean as well.

Took three times of it leaking in order for him to decide to do it the right way. Swept up, and then dumped the trash into my sink. Left cigerette butts in the driveway. Mutilated the wall frame in order to install pipes instead of doing it the right way. Not liscensed. If you want it done right, look elsewhere.

He said when he would come, came, provided a reasonable estimate, and performed the work.

On August 18, 2009, Michael Beltrami came out with an assistant just a few days after we called. He figured out the problem of water in the crawl space very quickly - the incompetent plumber we hired 18 months ago was supposed to install a bath tub. He did do that but did not reconnect the downspout from the bath tub to the drain pipe in the crawl space. Therefore, for 18 months, every time we emptied the bath tub, most of the water just went into the crawl space. Fortunately, Michael and his assistant were very knowledgeable about these issues. Later, we chose to have all the plastic lining in the crawl space taken out and replaced. He came out a second time and had his assistant pull all the plastic out. We decided to wait for a couple of weeks as the water either evaporated or went into the ground. On September 15, 2009, Michael came back and installed the new plastic in the crawl space. He also fixed a leaky outside faucet and a leaky toilet. Finally, he installed two new lines for hot and cold water for a new washing machine. He is a wonderful professional and I highly, highly recommend him to everyone who has plumbing needs! And, astonishingly, he is affordable!

Excellent. Mike was punctual and finished the job quicker than he even estimated. He even allowed me to watch so I could add some new tricks to my plumbing skills.

I keep calling Michael Beltrami because he is very, very good. He is very responsive, very conscientious about his work, and does a very thorough job. I came to know of him through Angie?s List.

This is the second time I've used Mike and both times he worked me into his day so we wouldn't go without hot water. Both times he was upfront telling me he couldn't promise same day service, but made room for us at the end of busy day's. His pricing is more than competitive and have not had any issue's with quality of work. Wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend to anyone again.

Michael figured out that the pipe was poorly installed when the house was built and was actually running slightly uphill. This left standing water in the pipe which eventually caused the leak. He and his assistant had the materials on the truck, cut the pipe and lowered the joint so it flows correctly. His estimate of the total cost barely increased with the addition of the extra work. Overall I felt he was being direct and honest and gave me a fair price for the work.

Mike came out previously, at no charge, to ascertain if it could be fixed by draining the sediment out to stop the reset button from kicking out. A small leak was noted.. the water heater was ten years old... and replacement was the only option. An appointment was made and he and his helper were professional in every way.

Great - he committed to and kept his appointment time. He assessed the problem, communicated that back to me and then quickly fixed the issue. He and his assistant were here just 1/2 an hour.

I called Mike at 10 am and he was able to fit me in the same day. He was prompt, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier with his service and professionalism.
