The technician was held up at the plumbing supply and was almost an hour late. But he set to work immediately and was done in about 2 hours. The brand of water heater was what I wanted. I wanted that particular brand because of the excellent reviews. He also replaced the pan underneath the heater to catch leaks and was very nice to work with. The cost was exactly as quoted on the phone.

Work was completed as promised. Since this was our 4th water heater in 19 years, we went with a different brand, Rheem. Also, price was a consideration.

Jessie, the technician, was very helpful and polite and on time. In addition to flushing the water heater, he unclogged sinks and gave recommendations for other issues.

This is the second time we have called upon Steve Morin Plumbing and have continued to be pleased. They are very responsive on the phone and are very good with communication and keeping you informed. Jesse and assistant arrived on schedule and went right to work to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They were very efficient and careful in their work. While here, they were also able to replace a shut off valve that was not working. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

I called Steve Morin on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 because our sump pump had gone out. Steve had a special on a sump pump on Angie’s list. Steve and I made an appointment for his people to come out and install the new sump pump on Thursday between 8:30 and 9:30. First thing Thursday morning Steve called me to confirm and, as promised, his people arrived about 9:15. Justin and Jordan, the two technicians could not have been more efficient or more courteous. They were quiet and quick and very respectful. They answered all my questions, giving me lots of good information. They got the sump pump installed in a timely manner and cleaned up everything afterwards. It has been working well ever since. What was really great about this was that previously I had received quotes from a big company and their quotes were hundreds of dollars higher than Steve’s special. In addition, unlike the big company, Justine and Jordan didn’t spend all their time trying to sell me something. I highly recommend Steve Morin Plumbing.

We contracted Steve Morin Plumbing Services to replace the our shower drain due to excessive mineral deposits it had accumulated over the years. They arrived early in the appointment window, and were very professional. Their 2-man team explained all the work they would do very clearly. They had to cut an access panel in our bathroom to gain better access to our shower drain, and installed a door. Also they need to lift up the tub a bit due to excessive mineral deposits on the piping. They worked very hard to complete the job. Everything was clean afterwords, and working properly. The price was within my expectations.

Quickly scheduled my work and accommodated my schedule. Arrived on time. Great crew of two guys. Quickly assessed the work to do. Did great job of explaining the work to do. Made fast work of the toilet valve. The disposal was more challenging than expected due to the previous install. Also provided opinions on a couple of future jobs. Appreciate their honest appraisal of what I needed. Will definitely use in the future

From the original phone call which was actually answered by a person everything went well. The squeezed me in the same afternoon and the young man was prompt and professional. He actually was fixing something I had done myself. He took me up and let me watch him do it right and tutored me every step. How many plumbers do you know who will do that. The charge was very reasonable and the service excellent.

Superlative! Rapid response to questions via Angie's list email. Came out the day after initial contact. Arrived at the scheduled time. Rapidly installed garbage disposal. Completed work in approximately 40 minutes including info and demonstrations in how to properly use it and deal with it if it were to get stuck. One of the better service providers we have ever had through Angie's List

Great! Jessie was wonderful to work with. Quick and efficient. And I appreciated the fact that he was careful about cleaning the area around the sink. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Called Steve Morin Plumbing from Angie's List. Steve pulled a crew off a job on the west side of town & they were here within an hour & had new sump pump installed in no time. They also made appointment for the next morning to have new backup pump installed. Repairmen were very prompt, friendly & courteous. Fee was reasonable. Did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Overall well- Steve returned an email and call on a Sunday when the primary pump had failed but the backup was still working- we scheduled for the next day (Monday) to avoid an emergency call charge

Steve diagnosed the problem over the phone, and told me where and which products to buy. There were 2 or 3 back and forths, which he did kindly, knowing he was receiving no pay. I will definitely use him in the future for bigger jobs.

Steve responded to my call right away and was able to have the plumber out that same day. Jesse arrived precisely within the stated appointment window. He took time answering the questins I had about the new faucet. The work was performed quickly and very professionally. The price for the job was very reasonable compared to other providers and was not different from the quote I was given over the phone.

While work was satisfactorily completed and the repairman, Jesse, was friendly and competent, I thought the pricing for the work completed was excessive, compared to the guidelines Angies List provides in their pricing guideline. To R&R toilet and replace flange the charge was $390. Angie's list shows price range to be $111 - $257. Outdoor spicket (lawn faucet) was $315 and guideline $141 - $314. Charge to remove kitchen sink faucet and replace with a new one I purchased was $215. Guideline with faucet included is $255 +. Total repair labor time was approx. 2 1/2 hrs. Total charge was $920, with only parts being a toilet flange and outside water faucet. I had to provide the braided metal water supply line to toilet as they did not have proper length.

Steve actually called off one of his guys from another job because ours was more pressing. He arrived within 30 minutes and Jesse did a great job.

Well, it was repair that didn't happen. I called them to make a repair and when they got here the problem had mysteriously disappeared. They didn't charge me anything. They came out to look at my washing machine. They came and they were on time. They showed up when they said they would be here and they called before they came. I would recommend them to a friend because of their promptness.

They (Steve and his crew) did a excellent job explaining the process and detailing the reasoning behind the quote and what it entails. Steve went out of his way to schedule and reschedule the appointment in order to fit our accommodations. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing any type of plumbing needs.

We were very pleased with the work completed for us by Steve Morin Plumbing. They were extremely prompt in returning my first call and in scheduling an appointment. Jesse arrived and checked through everything we wanted done and provided an estimate. We continued with the work and he completed everything in a very timely manner. He was very friendly, courteous and willing to answer my questions and provide explanations when needed. He cleaned up well and left everything in great condition. We will definitely use them and again and highly recommend!
