I called mike and explained the problem. We made an appointment for thursday, he had an emergency and could not come until Friday. He came very well prepared, put protectors on the carpet, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, instaleed them, cleaned everything, in ,ess than two hours. Will call them again if needed.

Everything went very well. After I reviewed different plumbers on Angie's List, I liked what I read about this company, called them on Friday, June 4. On Monday, June 7, Steve arrived at the agreed time and after listening to my request - wrote me a detailed estimate. I agreed to this and we settled on Thurs 6-10 to start the process. Steve told me it would take almost a full day and then a very short time on Friday, June 5. On Thursday, Steve & his helper arrived at 10 am, began work. I was only without hot water for a short period of time during the removal of the old water heater & the installation of the new tankless water heater. Before they left Thursday, the majority of the work was done. On Friday, they returned (at my convenience) at 1pm and they were done in a very short time. They were very neat & careful and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Steve went over the warranty piece with me as well as giving me the paperwork to obtain my rebate from Vectran (the tankless water heater qualified for a rebate). I am very happy to give a very positive recommendation for Steve & Mike's Plumbing. I know I would use them again.

It went great. The primary pump that was installed by another company about 5 years ago failed. Fortunately, a back-up pump that Mike installed a little over a year ago kicked in and kept our basement dry and with all the recent rain, alot of water has been pouring in the pit.

We have a home that was not occupied during the winter months. We contacted Steve from out of town, and he was very willing to accommodate our special needs. He worked with our neighbor to obtain a key to the property, he performed great work, and he left the place meticulously clean because he was aware that the property was being shown to potential buyers. We actually hired Steve twice (once to winterize the home in December, and then to un-winterize the home in the spring). We will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs we have in the Indianapolis area.

I have always been pleased with him and his work. He is very prompt, courteous and I will continue to use him.

I called Steve and we set up an appt for the following day. He gave me a 30 min. window when he would arrive which he made and still called me when he was on his way. He and his assistant were very professional and neat. They showed me everything they found and were doing and in the end had to replace a kitchen sink faucet along with all supply lines/valves to the kitchen sink, dishwasher and a water filtration system including adding two new valves for convenience. Everything is easily identifiable and within reach should there be a problem in the future. They did a very nice job. He also gave me a 1 year warranty on all the work (the faucet manuf. provides a lifetime on the faucet itself) and was done within a few hours which even included two trips to get the faucet to make sure he had not only the correct model, but one that was what I wanted. I didn't shop pricing, but he did give me an Angie's list discount. I wouldn't call it a "bargain" but it was a significant amount of labor and hardware. I am very pleased with the result and do not feel the price was unreasonable.

Mike and his assistant were great! This was a big job and they saw the work through to the end. They showed up for the estimate, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The price I paid for the work they did was more than fair. I highly recommend them.

When the furnace technician was in my crawl space while doing air conditioner servicing, he told me that my main sewer pipe appeared to be leaking. So I called Steve Morin, plumber. Steve is very professional and helpful. He checked out the problem and gave me an estimate, and about a week later he and his assistant came and spent several hours to get the job done. The old iron sewer pipe, original to the house, was corroding and needed to be replaced with new PVC pipe. In his estimate, Steve was going to knock off $50, but I asked him if he was going to remove the old pipe from the crawl space. At first he was going to leave the old pipe in the crawl space, but then agreed to remove it for the extra $50 charge. I was happy to agree to that. Steve gave a 5 year warranty on materials and labor. While there, Steve's assistant also changed two ceiling light bulbs for me. Steve also checked out a leaking faucet in my master bathroom. It was corroding and needed to be replaced. Steve allowed me to use his plumber's discount at Economy Plumbing to buy a replacement faucet, which saved me about $40. My master bathroom has two sinks. I wanted the two faucets to match; however, the old faucet style was no longer being made. However, I had the same faucet style in my hall bathroom. So about a week and a half after the crawl space job, Steve and his assistant came and removed the faucet from the hall bathroom and installed it in the master bathroom. Then they installed the new faucet (which was a different style) in the hall bathroom. Everything looks nice and works weill. Steve always calls to confirm an appointment and says, "This is Steve, your plumber," which makes it sound like he is giving personal service. I am happy with his work and would use him again.

Excellent service. We will call Mike & Steve's for all of our plumbing needs after the impressive experience we had with them today. Our sump pump failed, and we needed it replaced because of all of the rain. Mike Beltrami, one of the owners, answered the phone himself at 9:30, and he said he would be out between 11 and 12 that same day. Over the phone we discussed the different sump pump options available, and he gave me an estimate of a typical sump pump replacement. Wow - within 2 hours after calling him he arrived, with a helper. Both were both professional, respectful, and capable. They efficiently did their work. They talked to my husband on the phone to ask about the history of our sump pump and our 'water table'. A natural gas alarm had gone off right before they arrived. Mike went way beyond the 'call of duty' by carefully checking all of the natural gas valves with soapy water. Mike thoughtfully and selfishly spent his time, without charge to me, to problem-solve the potential natural gas leak before Vectren's emergency person could arrive. We highly recommend Mike & Steve's Plumbing. They did their work, and more.

nice people, nice job, superservice, and very good price, fast response. will use them forever as long as we keep a house like this. you can not get anything better than them. Paul E Smith is really bad in comparison with them.

Overall a great experience. Mike is very fair. I received ridiculous quotes from a few other plumbing service providers before Mike had the chance to begin work. He was very responsive and kept me informed as the repairs were made. It wasn't an easy job with very limited accessibility in the crawlspace where plumbing was located. The work was completed correctly in a very reasonable amount of time. I felt very comfortable with allowing access to my house while we were not there. Will definitely use their service again.

Called Mike iniitally on a Thursday to come out and do an estimate the following Monday, but over the weekend we had some problems with our primary. Mike was nice to offer when we called on a Sunday to come by to help out with our existing primary ended up we did not need him that day got it to work on our own, but, we decided to have him just go ahead and do the work on Monday to get it complete. Mike was a really nice guy and we were impressed with his promptness service. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future for our plumbing needs.

Steve responded quickly and knew what he was doing- not sure why he brought a helper for such a simple job but included the helper's time in the charge.

Everything went good exept that the bath tub plumbing was complicated that he had to get special parts and came back next day to finish the job.

They claimed that faucets needed totally replaced, while another company said they were repairable. They ended up having to turn off my hot water and I was without for a day. They came back the next morning and did fix the problem that they created, seemingly without reason. No one seems to know why they had to check the valves. He said that the valve had to be replaced, and it was better to be checked ahead of time. He also said that there was a problem with the shower faucet being loose. He said that in order to fix the simple problem, he was going to have to remove the toilet on the back wall of the bathroom to get access to the shower, which was unnecessary. With the company I ended up using , it was a simple fix. He was also three times more expensive than anyone else, and i was still going to have to buy the faucet. He was going to charge me $150 per faucet, which I was going to have to buy. I had four faucets he said needed replaced.

Went OK. We did not price shop. We just wanted to get the job done. Price seemed high.

Their pricing was excellent! They are honest and I trusted them enough to leave the house while they did the work. They were on time.

It did not go well. The first return was to repair 3 sink drains that were leaking. The second return was for a master shower that would turn itself on ? due to a missing spring in the Delta faucet - not clear if Delta assembled or plumber assembled. The third return was because the shower in the tub/shower combo ran when using the tub spout ? due to not reading the very explicit Delta instructions and using the wrong kind of pipe ? it took me to call Delta and learn about the problem. The following were customer corrected items: the drain plug in that same tub would not hold water over 2? depth due to not screwing the toe-tap plug in fully to the base, the overflow drain on the same tub when tested let a significant stream of water cascade down onto the top of the first floor ceiling due to re-using an old hardened gasket, and the water softener was left in bypass mode after return #2. All installation manuals and paperwork were thrown away rather than given to us. And, the ?coup de gras?, the Angie?s List 20% coupon was not honored, claiming he figured that into the quote even though I had carefully and specifically not mentioned Angie?s List or the coupon when I called for a quote. This experience does not come close to meeting my expectations.

It went very well. He was on time. He called back. He was friendly and very reasonable.

Excellent. He was smart, called the factory twice to sort things out, and found that the toilet has been improprely installed by the original plumber when the house was constructed. These guys are STARS! The last plumber I called refused to call the factory because he said he could figure it out - and this Italian toilet looks great but was horrible designed and is not intuitive to professional plummers with lots of experience. I got 10 of his cards and will be passing him out to all of my friends.

Mike has been responsive to our situation, but we are still without hot water unless we let the water run for 5-10 minutes. We have called another plumber in the hopes he can figure out what is causing the problem.

They were very good and they did a good job. They were very prompt and very courteous. They gave very good price on it and did the work with no problems. They completed the work on the same day. They had to re-hook the old water heater and also we had a water conditioning system which was hook up to the old one which we didn't care for. They unhook that and installed a bigger water heater. They had to do some line work because of the larger size and some soldering. I was very pleased with them and their quality was very good.

Brilliant Replaced the old shower tray, which was of a 'non standard' size. Fitted the new tray in the family bathroom, a difficult procedure due to the existing plumbing in place. They were tidy, fast, very polite and did a very good job. Yes we will use them again.
