Excellet service by both Steve & Jesse. We were having problems with backup from flushing our 2 commodes. Called to request service. Steve was on a job & would call back to let us know when he was on his way. Steve & Jesse were here in less than an hour of his call. Steve worked on the commode problem, Jesse flushed the water heater. After snaking the toilet line Steve found it to be an external problem with our EOne Unit switches (installed in July 2009 to connect to Carmel sewer). I called the EOne service # and Steve talked with him about what he had found. It was awesome that he could relate the problem for me:) The EOne serviceman came and pulled the unit and put in a temporary unit to take ours in for testing. He agreed that it appears to be the switches. We are so grateful for Steve and his prompt response. Would definitely use his service again.

,It is difficult for me to give a letter grade for a repair service as I don't usually get multiple estimates. I have, however, given Michael Beltrami an "A" grade on price because I am inclined to believe that his prices probably are about as reasonable as any, and perhaps more reasonable than many other plumbers. This is the second time that I have received prompt, courteous, excellent service from Michael when I had a plumbing problem. I will not hesitate to call him again whenever a need arises.

They came out to inspect our plumbing system on a Friday, we have been having low water pressure problems, and once we decided on what to do, they came back out the following Tuesday to begin the work. Since they had to shut down the water main to the house anyway to work on the regulator, we decided to replace our water heater, which was getting old, and put in a water softener as well. We ordered a new water heater and water softener from Lowe's, and Mike was able to pick it up for us and they were able to get everything done in a day.

Steve did the service and rebuilt our faucets and put in two new toilets and moved one from MBR to basement. This should have been done long ago. Other plumbers came and "fixed" the toilets but the clearly were not working properly and did not have enough water pressure. They did a good job, clean and everything works now for the first time since we moved in.

Unfortunately, he could not solve the problem himself since it was a grout issue, but he did not charge us for the diagnosis.

Steve is a no-nonsense straight shooter. Showed up within hours of calling him on a Saturday morning. Got right down to work and was done in about an hour. Explained repairs and pricing upfront. Offers transferrable warranties on his work. A perfect example of how Angie's List should work. Good reviews = good work, quality person.

After realizing that I had a leaking water heater, I went to Angie's list and found Steve's name. I called company phone number and left a message. He returned my call within a few minutes, gave me detailed instructions to shut off the water, and promised to come in the afternoon. He also gave me an estimate of replacement cost in case we need to get a new water heater. He came in on time and finished the job in two hours. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism. He is knowledgeable and he explained to me the features of the new water heater. I did not have a plumber and I call different people when there are problems. But now I do and I will call Steve for all my plumbing needs in the future. I'd recommend him to my friends too.

Wonderful; on both occasions Steve was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything he was going to do and he was very prompt. The second time he had an emergency that came up and he called in advance to let me know what was going and he came within the revised time he had indicated

Overall great experience. Steve Morin referred me to Ray Brown for the drain cleaning in my bathtub and bathroom sink. Ray did a good job and was fair in price when the job turned out to not need to be 'snaked' but had an easier fix. Steve and his assistant did the outside faucet replacement without any trouble. And then on another visit came and replaced the gas line to my gas log fireplace. The job turned out to be more difficult/costly to him than he originally expected, but he held fairly to his original quote and I appreciated that. Overall I believe he did a good job, he and his assistant were nice to work with and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Steve Morin and his sidekick Steve were prompt, professional, and very pleasant. More than anything, I appreciated Steve Morin's honesty as we discussed the options I had regarding the shower/tub fixture issue. Will certainly use Steve Morin in the future and would recommend to anyone, especially if someone was considering calling one of the big corporate outfits.

Steve spotted what no one else had: that the black iron pipe run under the concrete patio by the patio contractor was already starting to rust, which could have disastrous consequences down the line when gas started leaking from it. Steve devised a plan to pull out the existing line and tunnel through the gravel bed under the patio to install a better line. He was prompt with his estimate (rearranged his schedule to make it out that very day, since I was home that day), and prompt with his work. Additionally, when everything had been hooked up the "normal" way, a whistling noise was emanating from the fire ring when it was turned on. Steve talked to all the right people to verify his suspicion about the cause, and then came back and invented a new way of placing the gas regulator so the whistling noise was eliminated. All in all, on a challenging job and on a tight deadline (we had a party coming up), Steve was fantastic to work with. He didn't just hook up the line, he solved all the problems that came up because of our unique preexisting patio setup. He wasn't the cheapest, but he definitely knew his stuff and the speed of his response and communication helped seal the deal. Steve's our plumber!

He’s won a couple of awards. His price is fair. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up the place after. We were happy with him. He was fine and there’s no reason not to use him. It worked out great. He was out for few hours. We would use his services again in the future.

I called him on a Saturday and he was available. I did try another or two and nobody was available. The water heater died and we wanted it over the weekend so he came over. It took a while longer than he said but again we called him in the middle of a meal. He said it might be over an hour and came two or three hours later but that's fine. I was pleased with his general responsiveness. He went up and purchased the water heater and brought it here. He tried to do it by himself and I think he got it alright but it was definitely a struggle. He did get his son to come over and help take away the old one. He was pretty pricey but again I don't know what his rates where. There was a ten percent discount coupon from Angie's List at that point in time with him. I told him I had that and he gave me a net price after the discount or maybe he showed a discount on it. The price of the installation was probably $600 or $700 more which seemed pricey to me. I figured on an hourly basis and it was quite expensive but again I got him on a Saturday so I don't know what his premium rates were. After it was in, the hot water would disappear very quickly when we took a shower. That's when I called the company and got a replacement part which another provider put in and also tightened some screws here and there. It seemed to work alright since then. In combination I wasn't hundred percent sure if it was installed quite right or completely or tightened up right. One of my perceptions was that his price was high although I would expect that to be somewhat more the case on a weekend. I would probably not leave me to use him again because we've used a provider for years but I've become away with opinions in recent times. They have also really gotten on the expensive side and they did some work for us on time which did not adequate me. They eventually sent somebody else to replace that part and we've not been terribly pleased with some of their work in putting in sinks and stuff. I'm still in the shopping board the next time we need a plumber.

If the price seems to high decline and do further research whenever possible.

I've used these guy's several times for various plumbing issue's. They are responsive, professional and quickly fix my problems. I will use again with no hesitation.

I had 2 old sump pumps, one of which didn't work and another that didn't work properly. Mike came out the same day, gave me a recommendation (that matched the research I had already done), and gave me a quote (that was significantly less than the sale price I received from another company for what appeared to be similar equipment). With all of the rain we've had, I wanted the work done and he did it on the spot. This is my second project with Mike and I'm happy with both.

Steve and his son arrived when they promised and got straight to work. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. Their work was neat, clean, and professional.

It was a great experience. Mike arrived on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He fixed everything promptly and answered all my questions. He was very nice and very professional. I would definitely call him again and tell my friends to use him. The work was actually done on the 12th but since I will not have access to my computer tomorrow I wanted to submit this today.

Steve answered his message promptly and quickly scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate. His quote was competitive but I went with another plumber who was able to replace my water heater with the same brand that I had.
