Micheal Beltrami quoted a new sump with back-up due to a constant smell as a result of stale water, and a faulty Storm-pro pump that was installed in March 2012. Michael's quote was for a "Pro-series PS33 back-up combo sump pump." Michael and his assistant were very professional, on-time, made repairs to piping and a faulty sump pump switch, cleaned the pits and moved the old sump to a second pit which allows for triple protection. I would highly recommend Michael Beltrami.

I called Mike Beltrami because of his high ranking on Angie's List. I had a list of four plumbing items that needed to be fixed, including two dripping outside faucets, a leaky inside faucet and low water pressure in another inside faucet. Mike arrived on time on Tuesday and made an appointment to come back on Wednesday to fix all four of these items. He arrived promptly on Wednesday and fixed all four of these items. However, while he was at our house, Mike discovered two more things that he said needed to be fixed: a broken valve and a system that would improve the rate at which hot water circulated around our house. Prior to Mike's repairs, it would take a few minutes for the upstairs showers to get hot water. Mike said his repairs would make the hot water in these showers "instantaneous." We paid Mike on Wednesday for all six repairs, which totaled around $540. Mike honored the Angie's List coupon we provided him. It wasn't until the next morning that my husband and I realized we had no hot water at all because we had to take freezing cold showers. We called Mike around 9am on Thursday and left him a message about the hot water problem. Mike didn't call us back. We left another message for Mike around 2pm and asked him to come over and fix the hot water. Mike stopped by around 5pm and was annoyed/almost rude about having to fix the lack of hot water. He said it was all repaired and left. However, on Friday morning, my husband and I again found ourselves taking freezing cold showers. I called Mike on Friday morning to complain about the lack of hot water. At this point, we had gone more than 36 hours without hot water. Mike was*not* apologetic nor did he take responsibility for leaving us without hot water for such a long period of time. He was annoyed on the phone and tried to tell me that he was not responsible for our lack of hot water. However, when I started yelling about the situation, he did come to the house on Friday afternoon and fix it. He tried to tell me that the lack of hot water was a coincidence and not a result of his repairs. He also implied that we needed to buy a new hot water heater. However, when I told him that it was absolutely "unacceptable" for us to have no hot water and that it was obviously a result of his repairs, he ultimately took responsibility and fixed the hot water. As of right now, we have hot water and all of Mike's other repairs appear to be working. Mike did a fine job with the original four repairs on our "to-do" list. My problem with Mike was that he did not take responsibility for fixing the problem with the hot water system that he obviously caused with his repairs. Everyone makes mistakes, so I wasn't mad at him when we first discovered we had no hot water. What irritated me was his attitude and his unwillingness to admit his mistake, take responsibility for it, and acknowledge the inconvenience it caused us. Who wants to take freezing cold showers two days in a row after paying $500-plus on plumbing repairs? Not me.

I had to make several rescheduled appointments (due to changes in OUR schedule). Phone was always answered promptly and always good about the reschedule of the appointment. Called several days ahead to confirm appointment and came out on appointed day/time right on time and with helper. Inspected our potential plumbing problem and assured us this was not a plumbling issue. We will use them again when the need for plumbing repairs arise. Seemed honest and gave us several important tips/advice and good recommendations.

The work that was performed was done very professionally. The work area was left clean and the craftsmanship was excellent. I have no complaints and I will call on Steve for any additional plumbing repairs i may require in the future.

I will be calling an Appliance Service Center to fix the dishwasher. Service from Steve was very good.

Michael Baltrami was punctual, efficient and communicated well between myself (landlord) and my renter to fix the problems associated with the kitchen sink (leaking faucet and drain). He completed the work quickly and cleanly (no mess). Due to his efficient work, the billing was very reasonable. Michael's professionalism left a very good impression on myself and my renter.

Mike was prompt and professional. They (Mike and one other person) performed the work exactly as they described in their estimate. Mike even took extra time to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He fixed this for me at no extra charge. I would highly recommend! Excellent Job!

Great. They called and set up a time to do the repair, called before they came and arrived on time as scheduled. They did a very professional job on both repairs. I was very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy.

We called on Thursday and they arrived on Friday to do the work. They were prompt and did the job with remarkable speed. They cleaned the area and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on at all times. We also got an estimate for our water heater which will be replaced soon. They were the best!!

They got out quickly and did the work for a fair price. Steve's a good guy. This is the second time I've used them. Another positive experience.

Michael came out after a phone call to his office. He prompty replaced the valve in the laundry room that was leaking. He did a great job. Very professional and I would recommend him to anybody. A very honest plumber!!! Thanks Mike!

Steve was scheduled to come out and replace the water heater, but he graciously also looked at the toilet while he was here and ended up fixing that on the same trip. We will definitely call him again.

First it went fine, second they installed OK, but my pump was moved by myself to get moving involved. Finally I replaced the entire pump and was charged $ 100.00. The pump had problem again and I had another plumber installed.

We hired Steve to investigate leaking around the base of a toilet. He and his helper showed up on time, were courteous and quickly identified and fixed the problem, even inserting some shims to better secure the base of the toilet. After finishing the work, Steve and his helper cleaned the area up. We would not hesitate to contact Steve if we have any future plumbing problems.

It’s not that he didn’t do a great job but he did a good job. When I asked him for a quote to replace the toilet and when I checked with others, he was twice as much and he wouldn’t remove the toilet. I certainly will not use him again based on the prices. He gave me a flat pricing sheet and it was $ 285 to remove the toilet but he wouldn’t take the toilet away. I am a female living by myself and I didn’t know what the heck was going on. I didn’t feel like he was being honest. He quoted me one price. He came back and he apologized and said this is actually the price. His work was fine but I just felt that he was either not honest or the pricing was not competitive. He didn’t do much but he fixed the faucet. The work was fine. He was very unprofessional. I would not use him again in the future.

Very responsive - I emailed him on a weekend through Angie's List and he called same day. Came to our home to give us a quote. Followed up within 7 days on the quote, but not pushy. Showed up to do work on time. Brought a carpet cleaner and proactively cleaned up tracks from hand cart. Chose him because of prior reports and the pricing - nice Angie's List coupon.

He was fair and very thorough. He came to our aid quickly.

Mike came out a few hours after I called. He located and repaired two leaks by installing a new line from the furnace. He is very thorough and does a great job.

After getting a new vanity Michael installed new faucets and a new shower head. This is the third time I have used his company and have found them to be very reliable and with fair prices. When they finished installing the pieces he even cleaned some scuff marks on my bathroom floor which I much appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We noticed a small stain on the dining room ceiling on Sunday morning and realized that it was probably coming from the upstairs bathroom toilet. We telephoned Mr. Morin, explained our situation, and asked if he could come by on Monday. He arrived on Monday, assessed the situation, and confirmed the toilet was causing the problem. He removed the toilet and replaced the was gasket. The work was completed promptly, and to our satisfaction. My husband was home at the time and was quite pleased with the level of service provided.

Recently I had an issue with my shower drain leaking onto the first floor of my home. I contacted Steve and he responded almost immediately! Due to the holidays I was unable to address the issue right away. Shortly after Christmas I discovered that my water heater was dripping. Begin 10+ years old it probably should be replaced and I wasn't quite sure what was up. I contacted Steve again and he made time and came out the next day. First, he quickly diagnosed the drain issue and confirmed what I had thought. While looking into the problem he took great care to keep the first floor clean (since the ceiling needed to be opened).We talked about the water heater and what could be done. He gave his honest opinion about the leaking drain spout and the age of the unit and further confirmed that it would be best if we replaced the unit rather than try to replace the drain spout. I agreed with his judgement and what he was saying. It was right in line with other research and conversations with friends and family. That day he got a brand new replacement unit (in my case natural gas) and same brand as previously installed. The water heater and installation charge were very close to other pricing found online in the area. While installing he explained what he was doing and how things were connected. I did appreciate the time he spent going over the repairs. So far so good...new drain and water heater. All is working great at this point and there was no dirt/dust at all in the house after his repairs. I was away for New Years and upon returning home smelled gas in the house. I knew it probably was the water heater since that was the only thing that was touched. I hated to do it, but called Steve New Years day and he came right over! Sometimes it is hard to find that kind of service especially on a holiday! He quickly diagnosed the issue, discovered a valve wasn't quite right, and corrected it no questions asked. I really appreciate the service he provided and would definately use him in the future and recommend him to others as well. A+ Excellent Job!!!

Previous had the guest toilet rebuilt by another plumbing company and believe the price was extravagant..now have the most expensive guest toilet in area! So, I joined Angie's List today and researched plumbers until I found Michael Beltrami. Answered my first call, estimated job and said he could come today. Gave me a time period in which he was running late, but called to let me know. He answered all my questions and I'll definitely use him again. I'm completely satisfied.

The faucets in our bathroom were giving us trouble - this was the first time I met Mike, I'd asked him to come over and see what the trouble was. Our pipes were very gummed up with mineral deposits and not only the faucets had to be replaced, but the small pipes with the 'on-off' valves had to be replaced also. Mike was so nice, reasonable, personable - and did such a good job - I knew I'd have him back to put in a water softener - and we used the one he had described. So, two weeks later, I did have Mike come in and install our water softener. Mike does a very competent job and left the work area better than he found it. I'd have Mike and his company back to do any plumbing necessary, in a heartbeat!!

came on time, did good work but i thought the price was a little high update: the tub actually is a garden tub and i asked to have the washer replaced. i was never told i needed a rebuild nor was i given a price only a bill when the job was completed. the bill only shows the total and not a breakdown of labor and parts so i have no idea if the part was discounted or not. that being said, it works fine now . i will definitely ask for a quote from now on though.
