Steve Morin Plumbing Services

Arrived as scheduled and promptly went about his work. Explained options to us. Steve said he no longer provided the 10% senior discount even though it is still listed on his Angie's List page. He took about 8% off the bill after some negotiation. Steve said that he and Mike Beltrami take calls on alternate days. So who takes the call depends on the day we called. We had Mike before and gave him a very positive review. Steve and Mike have separate businesses but work together. Mike works under Steve's license. Both are training their sons in the trade.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I have used Mike many times but have not worked with Steve. In the past he has installed drainage for my backyard pond and put in piping for a new upstairs bathroom sink. He also has installed a jacuzzi tub and put in a new toilet in my upstairs bathroom. I had my downstairs bathroom bathroom remodeled and he installed the piping for the shower as well as the piping for the new toilet and sink. On another occasion he installed a new hot water heater in a closet and then later into a garage.

Steve was able to get to us ASAP as we had a leaking water heater. He and his assistant were here for about an hour and a half and took care of everything. They were a pleasure to work with.

Steve called about 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know that he was running a bit behind, but would arrive within 30 minutes. I appreciated his phone call, and he arrived soon after. Due to the hard water in our home, Steve had a difficult time removing the faucet fixture, but finally did manage to get it out and rebuild it. He also had to go to a plumbing supply store to buy a piece that should have been part of the original fixture, but was missing. I appreciated his patience, sense of humor, and his diligence. I believe his pricing was fair.

Mike was able to come by the same day I called. He was on time, friendly, and professional. The overall cost of the service was very reasonable. I would definitely call Mike for future plumbing service.

Mike came when he promised and did all the work thoroughly and efficiently. He explained what he did, what he found (actually did not find - but it was a good thing) and told me to be sure and call him if I have any further issues. I will not hesitate to call Mike again if I have any issues is his service offerings.

He showed up on time and replaced my current, falied system with a better one.

They were wonderful! Very, very prompt, and quick. They were reasonably priced and very professional!

During a kitchen renovation, a shutoff valve to the kitchen faucet spring a leak. We called Steve and he was able to come the next day. He replaced the leaking shutoff valve. Once the project was complete, we could hear what sounded like a drip behind the wall. At the time the valve was replaced, the walls were bare down to the studs. Once the drywall was hung, the part of the valve protruded into the drywall. We thought the valve could be leaking. We asked Steve to come out and look into it. He assured us that his work was not the cause -- and he didn't charge us for the visit (thank you!). We will definitely do business with Steve again.

The job went well. The few surprises they encountered were handled in a timely and cost effective way.

Every time we called Michael Beltrami he came quickly and took care of the problem. He was always nice, and gave me all the explanations I could need. He was patient and took the time to explain because I'm not fluent in English and technical problems are not always easy to understand in a foreign language ;-) The prices he charged us were always decent and he gave us good advice. It is a real comfort for us to have the number of a good and nice plumber!

I had Steve M. replace my sump pump a few months prior to this and there was not a lot of rain or snow melting at the time so I had no issues with my new system. Unfortunately, once we had a good rain, I checked on the sump pump and noticed water coming out of the check valve connection. I immediately called Steve (albeit late in the evening) and he came out the next morning, as there wasn't enough water leaking to cause any real damage, and discovered that the o-ring had been pinched and therefore not creating a tight seal. He then replaced it with a new one, cleaned up the mess and apologized for the inconvenience. Both interactions that I've had with Steve have been very professional and have made me feel good about choosing him as my plumber.

Overall it went smoothly. Steeve was very professional and prompt.

I was doing a major house remodel and it went very well using Steve as my plumber. He was thorough and detailed in his estimate. He gave me advice on the City Permit and was organized in the time and work. Steve was there when he said he would be there, with only one delay. The work was completed to satisfaction. He was obviously knowledgeable and gave advice freely. I made a few right-turn changes and he took them in stride and made the changes seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with him and I will certainly use him again.

Called and had the job complete in less than 4 hours.

After discovering that my basement flooded due to our current sump pump being fried, I called Steve for a quote and he came out later that day to assess. He gave me his price and told me to call around to compare. After doing so, I called Steve back and had him come out to replace my current sump pumps. He came back two days later with the new system and installed it. He left a clean work area and was very courteous and respectful. I would have no problem with recommending Steve to others. The only hesitation I would have with him, is that he does charge more if you pay with a credit card. I did not confirm that at the time of hiring him (that's my fault) and was taken back a bit by the fee. He is a small, personable shop, which I like, so I do understand that credit card fees will eat into his profits. Other than that, A+ all around.

Mike Beltrami was called in desperation to repair work not completed by another company. He returned the call very quickly and we made an appointment. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Someone who still cares about customer service! Yeah! Thank you, Mike!!!

My daughter discovered on Christmas Eve night that her water heater was leaking. She emailed Michael that night and had a response Christmas morning. He came out the day after Christmas during a snow storm. He evaluated that a new water heater was needed. He went back out in the snow storm to purchase the water heater and then installed it. He arrived around 10 am and was done by 12:30.

Plumber was able to be here in 45 min. on a Saturday. He was polite and respectful; he used foot-coverings to keep the rain off our floors. The faucet ending up being bad so we'll probably call him back to install one. The new customer discount was helpful. Very happy with their service.

It was fine. Good work. Easy to work with Mike.

The plumbing team provided an honest estimate before arrival. Upon arrival, they discussed the problem and possible fixes. They were honest and helpful for future maintenance and upkeep. We had such a great experience that we have already referred them to someone else.

Went well. They had to do a little extra work on one of the toilets due in order to keep it flush to the ground.

Overall the process was quick and painless.

They were prompt and efficient and came out right away. We have called them in the past and will continue to do so because they do good work.

Mike returned my phone message for help within about a 1/2 hour. He said he could come right out and was at my house in about 20 minutes. He came with Matt. They quickly got to work and Matt fixed the leak at the faucet while Mike attended to the leak at the manifold in the basement which was caused by a previous plumber I won't use again! Mike recut the plastic water pipe so the fitting was tight and the leak stopped. I showed him the Angie's List coupon that said " free service call for 1st time customers". He said it should read "free estimates", but pleasantly accepted it after a little thought, and did not charge me for the work. I will be calling them the next time a plumbing issue comes up!
