Description of Work: Repaired our roof vent that had blown off. They could get it repaired before others could even come out to look at it!!! Which was good since there were thunderstorms coming and we had an open hole in our roof.

Description of Work: Fixed a persistent leak in my roof. They had to come back three times before they finally found the solution. That is why I gave them a B for quality and professionalism (the first fix was a "band-aid", while the second was a more thorough solution that worked, and someone else might have solved the problem sooner) but an A overall, because they were very kind and patient about making sure that the problem finally got solved. The repairmen were punctual and polite.
