Description of Work: Thomas Jefferson Roofing replaced the flashing around the 2 vent pipes on my roof. My house is 11 years old, and one of my vent pipes was leaking so I had them replace both. They came out the day after I called them for a quote, and the repair was completed the day after that. Very fair price.

WE HAD SOME DIFFICULTY INITIALLY COORDINATING SCHEDULE FOR THE ESTIMATE, HOWEVER, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE WORK DONE WITHIN DAYS AFTER I ACCEPTED THE ESTIMATE. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND FORTHRIGHT ABOUT THE WORK, AND THE COST.

I SIGNED CONTRACT ON 4/18/04 AND I HAD TO KEEP CALLING ABOUT WHEN THEY WERE COMING TO DO THE WORK. THEY FINALLY DID THE CHIMNEY ON 5/21. THEN I HAD TO KEEP CALLING AND AFTER I REALLY GOT NASTY WITH THEM, THEY DID THE CEILING ON 6/03. THE HASSLE WASN'T WORTH IT.

I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND SOMEONE WAS HERE IN TWO HOURS. THEY WERE PROMPT TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM, EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER WAS THREATENING. FOR THE MONEY THAT I PAID, IT WAS A FANTASTIC VALUE.
