It was a pleasure to work with Todd Cartmel and his staff. The work was excellent and was completed on a very timely manner. The painting crew was very courteous, extremely neat and the job was well done. Todd explained each step of the process and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

This was a wonderful company to work with! Todd was very prompt to give an estimate as well as doing paint samples to make sure we were happy with our color choice. Painting crew was always on time and were very neat and clean with their work. Todd was always in & out to check on things. They were prompt in doing a few touch ups after the project was completed. I would definitely use them again.

We are extremely satisfied with Todd and the work that his crew did. Todd was extremely easy to deal with. He was prompt and professional (and so was his crew). He made sure all of our questions were answered before work began. He was very prompt in responding to our questions after the project got started. I called him a number of times during the project and I never had a problem getting in touch with him. Todd came to check the progress daily (project was about 6 days). Todd's crew was clean, courteous and professional. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and would highly recommend Todd and his crew. As an aside, we have had a lot of remodeling done to our house in the last couple of years and Todd and his company are one of the best companies we have used during that time.

They did a good job. They were fast, on time, and very neat. Met the deadline, were quick and clean. They sent a third man in order to finish in time and keep their word. The owner came out to supervise and make sure everything was done.

I like the fact he comes and works with you on the colors for the home. He would share what works and doesn't work.

Today's process involved two visits prior to painting to check and recheck sample wall colors to make sure I was satisfied. His crew of two worked from 8-4 for two days, and one worker finished up the next morning. Both were pleasant, on time, and very careful. I also need to mention the biggie - Todd was able to coordinate the timing of the painting to precede the laying of a new floor by another vendor...which occurred the day after the painting was completed. That extra effort spared me from having to move furniture twice. Finally, Todd visited the following week to see if any touch-up work was required following the new floor installation. I really appreciate his effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job was estimated, in writing, in advance. Painter arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently, was neat, and, most importantly, did high quality work. Even though this was a small job, the owner checked on the painters progress, periodically.

HE DIDN'T INCLUDE ANY OF THE DISCOUNTS FROM THE WEB SITE ON HIS ESTIMATE. HIS PRICE WAS WAY OVER THE TOP.

THEY WERE CLEAN, THOROUGH, AND THEY EVEN MOVED MY FURNITURE AROUND FOR ME FROM ROOM TO ROOM. THEY WERE JUST GREAT!

HE WAS NOT PUSHY. HE LET ME TAKE MY TIME IN DECIDING THE COLOR, AND HE HELPED ME CHOOSE THE COLOR.

Todd was exceptional in his communication skills. He followed up promptly, kept us posted, offered options and ideas. John, his fabulous employee was punctual, professional, and efficient. The overall professionalism and presentation of the company exceeded our expectations.

Todd Cartmel, the owner, and his crew were very professional and accommodating to our schedule. They did a great job, went above and beyond and the fee was very reasonable. We will use The Painting Edge for any future painting jobs we may need.

HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HONEST ON WHAT HE COULD AND COULD NOT DO. HIS PRICES SEEMED REASONABLE. I DID NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE YET.

I HAVE USED PAINTING EDGE FOR INTERIOR WORK AND HAD NO HESTITATION IN USING THEM FOR THE EXTERIOR WORK. CREW OF 4-6 HERE ON TIME EVERY DAY, WORKED HARD EVERY DAY, FINISHED THE JOB IN 6 FULL DAYS. TODD WAS HERE ONCE OR TWICE A DAY TO OVERSEE WORK, CHECK FOR PROBLEMS, ETC. GREAT JOB. WILL USE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

TODD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL; ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PATIENT WITH COLOR SELECTION. HIS PAINTER WAS VERY GOOD AND TODD WAS ACTIVE IN MAKING SURE THAT HE DID QUALITY WORK. WE RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THE PRIMER NOT DRYING AND IT REQUIRED EXTRA COATS BUT TODD WAS GREAT ABOUT STICKING WITH HIS ORIGINAL PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS OUTSTANDING, SO EXPECT TO PAY A LITTLE MORE, BUT THEY ARE WELL WORTH IT. THEY EVEN WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE (GOT THE KITCHEN DONE IN ONE DAY SO WE WERE NOT INCONVENIENCED). THEY FINISHED IN 4 DAYS AS EXPECTED. WE WILL HAVE THEM PAINT THE REST OF THE HOUSE NEXT SUMMER AND WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SOME OF OUR FRIENDS.

THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE PAINTING EDGE WAS EXCELLENT. TODD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE SPEED OF HIS RESPONSE TO GET THE JOB DONE. HE ALWAYS CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO ARRANGE FOR A TIME FOR WORKERS TO ARRIVE. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS GREAT; WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTION TO MY FAMILY.
