They did a great job. The owner keeps track of his people and their progress. They were very clean and tidy.

Excellent experience. From the preparation of the quotation to the final check-out, Todd Cartmel and his staff were total professionals. The work was performed as scheduled and the quality was superior. We felt totally comfortable having these gentlemen work in our home. Todd personally set up and frequently checked on the job, and performed a last walk through to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend this firm.

Todd (owner) was very polite and explained why his crew would wash and prime coat first. He sent a crew of 2 men plus a 3rd man the 1st day. They were meticulous in their preparation & painting. When using a primer it takes a lot of tape and plastic because it's oil based. They treated our home like it was theirs. FANTASTIC COMPANY!!

We had a great experience with the Painting Edge crew. Todd came out immediately when I called for a quote. He found a lot of rotted siding and recommended that we get it fixed prior to painting. He was afraid the latter would even destroy some of it. We just purchased the home last year (7 year old home) and had worried about the look of some of the siding. Out of 3 quotes, Todd was the only one that said anything about it. He gave us a name of a reputable construction crew (Stidham Construction also on Angie's list) and we ended up getting it replaced. Due to ordering pre-painted siding .. The Painting Edge took care of the painting on everything else. The crew showed up at 8:30 a.m. and worked all day (around 5:30 p.m.). All of the painting was completed very professional and matched perfectly. The crew cleaned up daily and were all very friendly. The construction company and the painting company worked very well together and completed the task on the same time line.

Excellent. We were new to the area and found Todd through Angie's List. We wanted our whole interior painted before furniture delivery, which we intentionally delayed 30 days. Todd worked him team around multiple other jobs and got everything critical done before furniture delivery. We delayed painting the LR and foyer/up/down halls 'til after the movers left and he was very responsive getting the team back afterwards to complete the job. He went the extra mile, literally. When I was traveling out of the country I discovered that a perishable gift was being delivered to my home. I called Todd on his cell (discovered he was in Montana) and he was willing to send one of his workers over to bring the production the house. Luckily, he had another customer who lived nearby and with my permission, they brought it in instead. He was AWESOME businessman!

When Todd came out for the estimate, I appreciated that he gave me some great advice on how to make the painting more affordable for me. There had been stickers on the wall and the residue was still there. Instead of charging to sand out the areas, he told me how to get rid of the residue before they painted. He has painted another room for us as well and I would hire him back for any future jobs!

Todd is great. He always keeps you up to date on the progress. He uses great guys who do a wonderful, professional job. Instead of just painting over wood around windows, they showed us the problem and suggested that certain wood be replaced. This was inconvenient for them but a great asset to us.

When I called I received an answering machine indicating Todd was out of town until a certain date and he would return call after that time. I left a message and Todd did return call within that time frame. He was not able to paint my home this fall due to his scheduling constraints so I went with another company that could. I will, however, consider him in the future.

Tod Cartmel was extremely punctual, professional and friendly. His staff was courteous, respectful and did an excellent job of clean up, not to mention the painting itself. Had a 30 foot foyer done and this is spectacular. Tod was great when it came to helping me pick the colors and did a sample color swatch on each wall, so I could see samples. The price seemed a bit high at first, but once we saw what we were getting, it was completely worth the investment. We'd had ''college'' painters do some work for us in the past (in another state) and you definitely get what you pay for with the amateurs.

I called them because of good previous experience and because I had botched the job when I tried to do the painting myself. Their work was professionally done and looked great when finished. Everything was cleaned up promptly, and the painter dressed and acted professionally. I'll call them for my next painting job!

Greg and John were punctual, friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job. The price was very reasonable and Todd called after the job was done to ensure that we were happy with the work. We were and will use this company again in future.

Nice, nice guy. They went above and beyond and removed a mirror in the bathroom that was glued on.

Todd and his crew were extremely professional and did an excellent job. Todd was there to check the work before and after the work was done. He followed up a week later to be sure everything was fine and find out if any touch-ups were required. I would definitely use The Painting Edge again

Staff showed up as scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Very professional, cleaned up their jobs. We were very impressed with everyone and would recommend them to any of our neighbors or friends.

I called The Painting Edge and Rickleff & Sons Painting. Todd Cartmel of painting edge returned my call immediately, came for an estimate on a Tues, and I had it in the mail Wed. Rickleff & Sons never returned my call. The Painting Edge was professional, courteous, clean, and did very good work. They were on time, and cleaned up at the end of work each day. I added to the contract over the original estimate, and it was no problem.

This is an excellent company. Todd Cartmel did a fine job of explaining what would be done, and John and Brad (who did most of the work) were very pleasant as well as providing excellent workmanship.

Two others I contacted had a long wait. They recommended me to painting edge. They have been very professional, very kind, quick responses, prompt return of phone calls. The painter was very neat and clean and very personable. He did an excellent job of painting and cleaned up after himself. I was worried about the windows but he didn't drop a speck on any of them. They made sure we were happy. They asked about other little things they could do while they were here. They were very professional, thorough, and considerate.

They do excellent work. They have very respectable crews.

Flynn did all the work, and did it very well. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. Todd everyday either showed up to check on things and/or called me to discuss job status. Todd demonstrated professional knowledge, quality and customer service. You get what you pay for. The Painting Edge takes the edge off of procuring professional services -- no stress, customer-focused, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

This is my third time using them. They are fabulous. Flynn, the painter, was excellent. He took such pride and perfection in his work. They came back and fixed a few imperfections in the drywall. They made it look better than the builders could have. I highly recommend them. They whole project took about 12 days and they truly accommodated to my schedule.

I was very pleased. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

We are very pleased! Todd Cartmel, the owner, was on site every day--checking with his men to make sure they had everything they needed and that I was pleased. The gentlemen working for Todd were very pleasant and courteous. I did not feel uneasy running a couple of errands while they were here. The colors we chose were very bold and some rooms needed a third coat to cover. Because Todd had only quoted a price for two coats, he did not charge for the third. It is unusual to see such integrity today. I recommend Todd and The Painting Edge to everyone!

A hallway, staircase, bathroom, and included basement etc. A very large project. Great communication.

The crack repair and painting went very well.
