Todd was great! Answered all my questions when he came out to give me an estimate, Kept me apprised of when they would start project, what time the workers would arrive and did an overall awesome job communicating with me. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Todd, Ray (drywall), Brian and Toby (painters). Brian also answered any questions I had and asked me questions before he did something he was unsure of. The room looks WONDERFUL!! Again, everyone did an AWESOME JOB!! I will definitely hire them again for any of my painting needs!

Todd was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained what would be done and how long it would take. I received an email quote the next day. I had three companies quote the job and his price was 1/2 of the next highest bid. The job was done perfectly and the man doing it cleaned up the entire area before leaving. Completely satisfied with this transaction!

Perfect! The wall looks great! Shane did an awesome job! Extremely punctual! Pleasant and committed. Wanted it to look good and took careful care to wait for all layers to dry in between to avoid air bubbles. We love how serious these guys are about protecting everything with plastic. Very much appreciated. High class operation! Highly recommend!

The Painting Edge did a great job painting the exterior of our house. We went from one color - to Bronze with White trim. Two coats were required as a result of the significant color change. They spent a lot of time preparing our home, replacing caulking and power washing. It really stands out. The pay great attention to the detailed work. They rolled and brushed the paint on. We prefer this to spray painting. We could not be happier and will continue to use them.

Very well, the worker came and completed his work ahead of schedule, the end result was very satisfactory.

The owner Todd contacted me quickly and setup an appointment. He provided excellent information as well as written/emailed estimate. We haven’t used the provider yet because we are going to do a different option. We will utilize him in the future.

Todd was great; getting a quote and scheduling the work went very smoothing and quickly. Brain did a great job of patching the aftermath of wallpaper removal and painting the walls, ceiling and bulkhead; he was prompt, friendly and did a superior job of preparation and cleanup. The kitchen looks better than it has ever looked..

They are one of the few painters with a shop so the work could be done off-site before the cabinets were installed. Todd contacted me quickly and helped me save money by dropping them off myself. The work was perfect, the materials and process used took no shotcuts and I will definitely hire them again.

Took a while to get on the schedule. Arrived at the designated time. Were very professional. Cleaned up after the job. The job included removing all 15 blinds and putting them back up. Price was a little higher than what I expected to pay but was worth it.

We were so impressed with Todd, The Painting Edge, and our painting crew Brian and Toby!! We obtained several quotes for interior painting of several rooms, including some challenging and tall ceilings. We had a couple quotes that were slightly less than The Painting Edge, but opted to hire them because the professionalism and responsiveness that Todd presented inspired a lot of confidence in us. The painting is perfection! I can be picky, and we were very impressed with the knowledge and advice given to us in selecting paint/sheen, and our painting crew's finishing work was superb. Brian and Toby were personable, professional, hardworking, accomodating and efficient - I could go on! I have two young children in the house and they were considerate of their safety and were a pleasure to have in the house. My two and a half year old knows Toby as "Mr. Tobias" and still talks about how he will climb up the tall tall ladders! :) Our work was promptly finished, they cleaned up behind themselves and I put my house back together and am easily and I'm enjoying our "brand new" house. They were careful with our belongings and again the finish work on the painting was excellent. I'd absolutely recommend them, the painting was excellent and the service was top-notch!

Ceiling was very difficult to fix but it looks perfect now.

Todd of The Painting Edge was fast to respond to my Angie’s List message. After a free estimate, we hired them for the job. Ray, the drywall expert was arrived right on time. He was very professional and did an excellent job!! He used painting tape and plastic to contain any dust. He swept the floor after completing the job. There was no mess or dust. I would highly recommend The Painting Edge!!

I have never written a review on Angie's List before and I've hired many people from the site. I cannot say enough about the work that The Painting Edge did on my basement ceiling. We had to replace our water heater which resulted in having to put in a new pipe that required 4 holes to be cut in to our basement ceiling. Our basement is 1800 square feet and each hole was in a separate section of the ceiling so we fully expected to have to fully re-paint the whole ceiling. The existing paint is 10 years old and we didn't think that a painter would be able to match the color. Todd's team came in and repaired the holes flawlessly. They completely matched the existing texture of the ceiling and were able to match the paint color, resulting in a huge cost savings for us. I cannot even tell where the ceiling was repaired. The communication from Todd was excellent and his crew was very punctual, professional, detail oriented, and careful to do the job right without any collateral damage to other parts of the basement. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would definitely work with Todd and his crew again, and in fact, am planning to ask him to bid on the exterior painting of our home even though we had already selected another company. The work by Todd's team was that good.

In January while we were in Florida Todd painted the entire interior (except for the ceiling) of our 3000 sq foot home. We returned in March to find our house beautifully transformed. The prep work Todd performed was pain-staking and I can honestly say the house looks as good or better as when we moved in 11 years ago. Throughout the process, Todd was very professional and communicated with us frequently with pictures and texts. We did have some issues arise from the workers taking down blinds and doors but Todd willing paid for these repairs. I would never consider hiring a different painter. Thanks Todd!

I'm so impressed with The Painting Edge!! This company does unbelievable prep work before new paint goes up. I had multiple nail pops in my home and Shane and Mike found them all. My house looks amazing!! Chris and his crew painted a portion of our exterior. I am extremely happy with it. Todd Cartmel did a fantastic job helping with color selections. He took the frustration out of choosing colors for my whole house. Todd is very professional and I'm SO glad I hired The Painting Edge to paint my home😊

The job went fabulously! Todd came out to view the job, submitted an estimate by that evening, and scheduled us for within the next two weeks. He emailed me for paint color choices. He then called to give me the dates of the job and and came with his team the beginning morning to introduce us to the guys and clear up any details. The process kept us in the loop throughout the job. The painters, Shane and Richard, were great. They were pleasant to have around and completely professional! The job was competed in 3 days with great results. The completed job was worth the price! We would definitely use them again!

We are so happy with this paint job, it is top notch! It has been a little over a week since this work was completed, and I have not found one drop of paint anywhere that it shouldn't be. The two guys who were here did an absolutely beautiful job, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Additionally, they were so courteous and helpful, and they were great with our overly friendly dog. The Painting Edge will always get our business whenever we need any more work done.

Mr. Cartwell's team did an outstanding job. The project took 4 and a half days. The team was trustworthy and thorough and the drywall work and painting were expertly done. I had an unexpected water leak in another part of the home that occurred a day prior to the start of the project, and they were very responsive to quickly fix the drywall related to that issue later in the week as well. I was very pleased with the results of the work done.

The transformation in our kitchen is absolutely amazing. The cabinets do not look like they were painted or redone in any way - they look like brand new cabinets. The bedroom and bathroom look great as well. Todd was wonderful to work with and his crew was great as well. Todd was communicative, patient, and professional the whole way. We had no issues with the crew being in our house while we were at work and they cleaned up well each day. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company!

WOW. I cannot say enough good things about Todd and his team. From beginning to end, the process was incredibly professional and seamless. The crew was punctual, respectful and very skilled. Everything they touched looks amazing - they really have pride in the work that the do. I would like to add that I never feel comfortable leaving my house when I have anyone here working but now I can say EXCEPT Todd and his team. That is just how much I trusted them. Todd Cartmel did a professional analysis of the needed repairs, gave a prompt detailed fair (and free) estimate including types of materials, and his company did exactly what he said they would do - and did outstanding work!

It was around a grand. They were great. They were very helpful in helping to address an issue with a ceiling. They put us in touch with a very reasonable, very skilled roofer who help fix the ceiling in the bathroom which helped fix a longstanding problem. I thought that they were pretty good, pretty straightforward, pretty upfront about what the price would be, and they kept to the budget. It was a little pricey, but worth it. We had had problems with a previous painter, not quite getting the job done for cheaper.
