Steve helped us to sell the house and the whole process was really smooth. We have a special case because we moved out of the house right after Listing. Steve helped us looked after the house and even supervised a few home improvement projects for us. We feel we can completely trust him. It was a relatively slow market at the time, but Steve managed to get consistent showings. He even made extra effort to hold two open houses without we asking to do so. At the time of negotiation for a reasonably priced offer, Steve was really patient and always put our benefit to priority. Our experience with Steve Clark as a realtor was superb. He is very personable, positive, and professional, but most importantly he knows how to sell a house quickly. Steve sold our house in one day for $5K over asking price! Unfortunately, two weeks into the sale the buyer lost his job and financing so we had to relist the house. This was very stressful for us, but Steve was reassuring and confident that it would sell again quickly. Steve relisted the house and it sold AGAIN in one week for very close to our asking price. I don't know what Steve's secret is, perhaps the way he presents the house in it's best light with staging advice and excellent photos, or his good relationship with other realtors, or his negotiating skills. Whatever it is we were thankful to have him on our side. I recommend Steve to everyone I know who is looking for a great realtor.

Steve and his team are great. This is the second time we've contracted him to be our realtor, and the results have been great both times.
