Steve was essential to getting our house sold quickly. After experimenting with FSBO, we decided to list with an agent and met with Steve because of his good reviews. He did a very thorough comp report and came back with a good market price. He had some really helpful advice in staging our home, and his photographer was excellent. We had an offer within a few days of listing the house per his recommendation. His team was always very responsive, and the whole listing and closing process was easy.
