They did a good job and cleaned the spots at no additional cost. They showed up on time and wore coverings over there shoes so they did not track anything into the home.

I would recommend their service. They stayed and worked h****** particular chair that had a lot of dirt on it.. They did a good job overall.

Everything went really well. The technicians took the time to talk with us about what we wanted and needed. They took their time to do a very good job.

I decided I needed carpets cleaned for the holidays. I went online to Stanley Steamer's website and set up an afternoon appointment. Two young men showed up around the appointed time and asked for a rundown of what I needed done. They promptly proceeded to bring in their equipment and got right to work. They completed the carpet cleaning and chair cleaning in a reasonably short time and did a good job. The only thing I noticed later was, there was slight damage to the bathroom door from where their equipment hit it.

By far the best carpet cleaning results compared to other companies I have used.

The cost was reasonable. They were very professional and did a great job. They even did some extra spots. We are going to use them again.

I contacted them to have our new home's carpet cleaned prior to moving in. The previous owners have a large black Lab and a cat so there was pet hair throughout the house and obvious dirt in the high traffic areas. Since we had them do this prior to moving in, they were able to have easy access to the entire carpet in every room. The carpet in the living room and on the stairs leading to the second floor looked very worn and we questioned whether it was worth the cleaning or if we would be forced to replace it as soon as we could afford it. When Justin and John with Stanley Steemer in Camel arrived, we showed them all the carpeted areas and trouble spots. They explained what they were going to do, what to expect, realistically as far as how the carpet may turn out and the drying time. They set out to work and got busy. It did take almost three house but we expected that and that was right on their estimation. The carpet came out fantastic! We never would have guessed that it would have came as clean as it did! They even gave us a large quantity of slip-on booties for us and out friends who helped us move in the next day in case the carpet wasn't yet dry. They did promise to leave some protector pads for the legs of our furniture in case the carpet was still damp and to prevent wicking of moisture to keep it from varnishing or rusting the legs. They went out to put their tools away but forgot to bring those back in. Not a big deal as the carpet was dry the next day when we moved the furniture in. We were very satisfied and my wife even commented that it was well worth the money we spent. We were very pleased with the service and the work. We would definitely contact them again.

Over the last 16 years I have always used Stanley Steamer. I will admit I haven't had them out int he last 5 years and I believe the work ethic has changed considerably. I had them clean my family room and unlike the past, they did not move the couch or a big chair and did not put protective pieces under the foot stool that goes with the big chair, thus leaving Rust Spots on my newly cleaned carpet. Under a antique wood dresser they put one tiny sheet of protective covering (instead of several) thus resulting in Rust there too. I felt they were all about selling and quot;add on servicesand quot; and thought that was overbearing. Will I use them again? Not sure. Also, in the past the company has made call backs to check on how the staff did. That didn't happen either.

They came out to clean our carpets and a couple of days later I noticed a rug in our bathroom was completely wet from water. Apparently, the drainage hose that they used came out of the stool and it left standing water in the bathroom. We do not use the bathroom frequently and the rug soaked up the water. The water seeped from the bathroom to our basement through the ceiling tiles. It damaged our ceiling tiles and our hardwood floors. My son is allergic to mold and this is a potential serious issue that could arise. The manager, Tony Banich, originally agreed to rectify the situation. However, after he came out to see the damage he back tacked on his previous statement. He was very unresponsive and not very professional. I had e-mailed and called him several times with no response. I finally sent a letter detailing everything that had happened, stating that I would contact the BBB and our Neighborhood Association, and he did respond. In the end he offered to pay for the carpet cleaning and that was it, nothing for our damaged ceiling or floor. The bottom line is, I have been a loyal customer to Stanley Steamer, and there was an accident. However, they did not offer a genuine apology, they did not refund the amount for the carpet cleaning, and our floor and ceiling was damaged and they did not rectify the situation like they originally stated. I have not not followed up with them on the matter because I have been extremely busy.

They were very friendly guys and very punctual. I have used them twice and they showed up right on time both times. They put little papers under all the furniture legs.

They do a great a job, they are very good. The only bad thing I would have to say is that their prices are kind of high.

We give them an "A" overall. We would use them again in the future.

They were great and prompt. I called for an appointment and they were able to come out the next day. I had to have them come quickly because my husband was coming home from the hospital .

They are good job but they really push you to buy extra products and clean extra rooms or furniture. It is very reasonable, but they are more driven by price than service.

The service was great and they did an excellent job. Their schedule was very flexible and they were on time when they said they would be. The quality of work on the carpet was excellent but I wasn't that impressed with the furniture cleaning; however they did an outstanding job on the work they did and I will use them again in the future.

They arrived within the stated time and were quick. The men were polite and had a fairly neat appearance. Overall good experience. I use Stanley regularly.

I called the 800 number to see if there were any specials or discounts and was told that there was a 10% AAA discount, but when they showed up they said there was not a AAA discount, but they did give me $10 off. Two people came and did a real good job. I had several significant stains including one place that appeared to have a tar like substance. Overall, they did a real good job. I didn't really care for the ongoing sales pitch which included a demonstration of furniture cleaning. It seemed to be a bit of a and quot;slide of handand quot; trick which concerned me that a reputable company would do this.

I was called by the techs about 30 minutes prior to their arrival, which was on the earlier side of the estimated arrival time window. Two individuals arrived promptly and asked me to show them exactly what I needed done. They provided me accurate price estimates for the area rugs and reaffirmed the quoted price for the carpets in two rooms. They assessed my ceramic tile areas and suggested it would be better to clean it myself, as they felt their process would not be any better in this particular case. I truly appreciated their candor and respect a company who is honest and direct with clients. The techs were fast but very thorough. They placed caution stickers at all the room entrances and offered to roll the area rugs to other locations for faster drying. I believe one tech may have been relatively new, as I overheard a little of a conversation regarding process and customer interface practices - which I found the genuine customer-centric focus of that dialogue quite refreshing. I will call this company back again.

I've used him a couple of times. The reason I used him is because they are the only cleaners in town that will touch my micro fiber carpets. He was the only cleaner I found in town that would clean it. They are a local franchise I guess. They got the stains out from my carpet. It was quite a task. They did the job that I had asked them to do. They did it well. I don't remember how much I spent. They were the only company here in town that would do the micro fiber carpets and so I had to use them. They have a two hour window and they were here within that time. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a good job. They were very careful with the work, they were quick and efficient, and they were easy to work with. They guy was only here for carpet but he gave a convincing and gave us a good deal on the tile work. The only problem is that he didn't go into a closet with tile, he just went up to the door so there is a difference in grout color. The work he did was good.
