They did a great job. The colored grout seal is terrific. Only downside is that there is a bit of an upsell attempt every time they come out.

Excellent service. I had mattresses that had picked up odors from packing boxes. The technicians made every effort to clean and deodorize them. They really seemed to care about the problem and understood my need to have it taken care of. They also cleaned a soft and it looks great now. They were careful to bring to my attention areas of soil that would possibly not clean up so that I knew what to expect as the final product. I will call on them again to clean some other upholstered pieces.

When I made the appointment, they said my appointment was between 11am and 3pm. When they still were not here at 2:15pm, I called their 800 number and was told that those times are their and quot;arrival windowand quot;. Funny how the language changes between the and quot;salesand quot; office and the and quot;serviceand quot; office. I was told that the crew were on a job and that there were two others ahead of me BEFORE they would make the journey to my house. I told them I HAD to leave my house at 3:00 and that I was not pleased, that they needed to be here before 3:00 or I would be gone. At 2:34 they phoned me and said their crew was 25 minutes out from my home, I suspect they computed that they would and quot;arriveand quot; at 2:59, one minute inside their window. They did not arrive until 3:20, and spent 15 minutes trying to explain this prepaid plan, which I did not want. I really did not want to leave the house because I had no way to have them lock it up when they left, but I had to leave. The crew was nice enough and it appears that they wet down all of my carpet, but none of it is clean. There is a rug line (clean under the rug, dirty next to that) in the main room that I have used a Bissell machine to clean and blend in, and I expected they would make that completely go away. I see absolutely no difference in my carpet, it is still as dirty as it was when they got here. I don't plan to ever use a and quot;professionaland quot; carpet cleaner again.

They arrived on time to clean my carpets and offered me spot removal. After my carpets dried I noticed extreme discoloring in areas of where they cleaned. I called the company twice to complain before having to leave town on a emergency. I was gone for almost two months. After coming back home I called my carpet company to come look at the carpet. the installers came out and asked me right away who spot cleaned the carpet. I said Stanley Steemer, and told them that I called them twice already to complain and heard nothing. The installers gave a different phone number to call and that's when I finally got a return call from the Regional Manager Mark Harryman from Carmel Indianapolis. Mark sent out a gentleman by the name of James Stevens, who was none the less taking the side of the company, stating that all their products are eco friendly. I asked James if the guys who came could have used a different product, he said impossible, I then asked if Stanley has people stock the vehicles each day, he said no each is owned by a franchise, and the drivers take the vehicles home . I was offered to have their insurance company come out, but Mark and James said it's up to their insurance and its unlikely that I will be reimbursed. Or I could take a full refund. I took the full refund and replaced my carpets. I called the courts, and they advised me if I was awarded reimbursement, I would be prorated. I lived here for seven years already which would have meant that I could have been given about 300.00 or so dollars towards my new carpet. I chose not to go to court, because my off time would have amounted to my reimbursement. I will never use a carpet cleaning company that does not clean their equipment properly or have the vehicle's and chemicals on board checked ! Rebuttal.. I had proof that I had to leave out of town for 2.5 months, and my phone calls as I was told , were recorded, however they could not find the ones where I called back from our other phone.. I don't have a washer or dryer located inside my apartment , we share a common laundry on the lower floor. and have a closet down there for our laundry product's ! In no way do I bleach my carpet or ever tried to use it for spot removal, and how can a company say that without a chemical verification is beyond me ! SHAME ON YOU STANLEY STEEMER !! Thank you for your reply YOU, however you forgot to mention that you could not find the recorded calls if I called from a different number, than mine, as it would not register a different phone number phone with the record of compliant. Its amazing how you leave out all of the facts, including the email that I sent to you validating mycar rental and airline ticket, that I was out of town , and it was not a scheduled event. So stop with the non sense.

Cleaned 4 rooms and a hallway. They threw in deodorizer and protectant for free when we signed up for them to clean 2 rooms 3 more times in the next 12 months (we have slobbery mastiffs).

Excellent, We had stains from one of our vegetable dye oriental carpets on the cream wall to wall basement carpeting plus our dog upchucked in a corner which left a large orange stain. Stairs had not been cleaned since we purchase the house a year ago and not sure when previous owners cleaned them, but they were filthy. I was shocked at how clean they came - everything!! Have used Stanley Steemer here in Indy and when we lived in Las Vegas and have always been pleased with their service.

They are always on time and they are great. They are great at what they to and are very friendly. They are also clean.

Dispatch called before arriving, and they arrived shortly thereafter. All within the window of time I selected online. 2 staff quickly got to work looking at problem areas and setting up. Then comes the upsell. This is the part I HATE about Stanley Steamer. I wish they would ask and quot;Are you interested in any additional servicesand quot;... Instead, multiple times during my appointment, they tried to add on cleaning other carpeted areas, other types of floors, furniture etc. I guess it's the price to pay to have them come out and do a good job cleaning the carpets, as opposed to renting my own steam cleaner, lugging it home, and doing it myself. If you don't mind the upsell, they do a great job cleaning carpets.

Efficient in getting job done. We had the, clean the carpet in the bedroom and treat it with a freshener to improve the smell. We had a tenant with a dog that only lived there one year yet the carpet smelled of dog. After two cleanings the carpet still smelt bad so we had to have it replaced. It didn't look dirty but they couldn't get the smell out.

They did an excellent job. It went perfectly. I liked that they paid attention to the age of my carpet. The carpet is twelve years old and it had a lot of stains. The carpet had not been cleaned for about four years. They removed all the stains and the stains have not returned. They did an awesome job. They did better than I expected. I used their website to schedule the appointment. Their website was misleading. They had an offer for three rooms plus a stairway for $199. I tried to add a room to the deal but I could not.I was disqualified from the deal because I had an additional room. When I told them about it, they said I could have called and they would have honored the price over the phone. I was disappointed with the national website because it was misleading. I expected the discounted rate plus the rate of a room.

We took possession of our home two weeks prior to having Stanley Steemer clean the carpeting in the whole house before the furniture arrived. After the job was completed, it appeared that the carpet had been well vacuumed, but the and quot;soil filtrationand quot; areas were still present and unchanged.The crew leader kept trying to sell me carpet protection and service contracts. I told him on two occasions that I just wanted the carpets cleaned and wasn't interested in any other services. I called the 800 number to lodge a complaint and was told and quot;those stains are very difficult to remove and we can't guarantee results.and quot; I made arrangements to have another crew come out to redo the questionable areas. The second crew was no better than the first. I asked the young man to redo do three bedrooms, the closets, and the master closet, as these were the worst areas. When completed, I checked the rooms and found he had only done the closets and not the bedrooms. His explanation was that the and quot;carpets didn't look like they needed cleaningand quot; and he and quot;didn't want to scratch the woodwork by getting to close to the edge of the carpet.and quot; I called the 800 number and, now, talked to a third person, who was very reticent about giving me the local contact number. I was able to get the number and did talk to the area manager, who, while not offering any solution to the problem, reluctantly agreed to return one half of the cost of the services. The experience was definitely not what they advertise and I will not have Stanlry Steemer back for any other services!

I had Stanley Steamer in to clean our carpets and tile, they did a good job getting what I thought was an uncleanable carpet clean. The problem came when I had them back to clean and seal our hardwood floor. I got one quote ($283) when the guys were here to clean the carpet. Another ($160) when I called to schedule and a third ($400) when they showed up. The final bill was $563, which was never a price that was mentioned. I should have gotten the quote in writing, which I would highly suggest anyone who hires them do in the future. I called to complain (twice) and haven't received a call back. Also, if you have an issue you need to deal with the staff that shows up to do the cleaning as, to echo another comment, you will never get a call back.

They arrived and for the very first time since I have used them for almost 20 or more years they asked to and quot;dumpand quot; their dirty water in to my toilet. I called main office and the man who answered the phone acted obnoxious as h***. I will never ever use them again.

We have used Stanley Steemer for many years and have had them come out almost yearly to clean all the household carpets. This year, as every year, they were pleasant, professional, and did a high quality job. The shocker this year was the price. Every year through and including 2011 our house, which has not added an extra rooms to my knowledge, was counted as 15 areas. This year, much to my amazement, it became 17 areas, without adding a single square foot. Go figure. On top of this was a huge increase in the price per area. The net result was that a job which in past years has costed around $330, suddenly costs $487 by their calculations as of yesterday. This was far more than the online quote. I shaved $34 off that total by having them skip one and quot;areaand quot; not in need of cleaning. This experience has been a disappointment. While I have always been pleased with the quality of their work, Stanley Steemer just priced itself out of the market for this customer. A 50% jump in price over 18 months is extreme for any service.

They did an excellent job. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, it was pretty good. They missed a spot, so they came back and there were no questions asked. They fixed the spot that they missed. I am not sure what we paid.

I am very happy. I really like being able to book online, which is the big thing for me. They will move around your furniture most of the time, which is nice. It always looks really great when they are done and it stays clean for a while. I am very happy with their service and professionalism.
