Description of Work: The company was on time and professional, but the cost was quite expensive and not all of the tea and coffee stains came out of my carpet. So I was a bit disappointed in the overall experience given the cost.

Description of Work: They cleaned all of the carpeting of a newly purchased condo. Living room with dining area, family room, the carpeted steps going upstairs, hallway upstairs, 3 bedrooms.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning and spot removal was excellent. Our son was coming back from KY for an extended visit and since he has allergies and asthma, we wanted to get the carpets and upholstery as clean as possible. Steemer did their exemplary job as they always do. Great service, great results.

Description of Work: I used Stanley Steemer to clean one room of carpet and one rug. They also tried to clean the tile in one bathroom. I also purchased a comb to clean dog hair.

Description of Work: I hired Stanley Steamer on 5/11/12 to clean three tile floors and a carpet stairs. They did not want to clean my tile floors due to they were mosaic tile floors they said I would be waisting my money they would not look good. I insisted they do it any way. The bathroom floor came out beautiful, the stairs carpet came out ok, but the sunroom mosaic tile floor started to come up in one area and broke up in small tiny pieces. Now I am left with a damaged floor which cannot be repaired due to the tile is 70 years old.They never told me there was a chance the tile could come up and break. The guys left did not charge me for the work, never heard from Stanley Steamer like the work men said someone from the office of Stanley Steamer would be in touch with me. Never was informed by Stanley Steamer they do not clean mosaic tile floors. This company is very unprofessional to not even call me back. Karen Vanderfleet

Description of Work: They performed a very nice job on carpet cleaning on all of my carpet. I didn't have work done on one spare bedroom. I was amazed how clean it was, there were stains there for well over one year. The only bad spots were really where there was carpet wear and a spot where it looked like the carpet was singed.
