They were terrible. I will never use them again. The upstairs carpet is Berber and they did not clean up well. It still looks dirty and they said that was the best they could do. As far as I know, the workers were fine. My husband dealt with them.

When you have the plan, everything else is very discounted, which I like. They always do an excellent job on our white carpets, and they literally make it look brand new every time they come.

When asked to go over an area that I was not pleased with, they gladly obliged without "an attitude".

This past time, they did better than the time before that. I've had really good service from them and the I've had some times when it's been very poor. We basically have a service plan with them. When they came out last Summer, we bought that. They've been back a couple of times since. The first time they were out, the put too much detergent in the carpet and shrank our carpet. They had to come out and fixed that. I give them a lot of credit for that because again, with a lot of places, you would have been given a dial tone. They made that right. The carpet looks good. When they came out the second time, I had problems with my one room and the work wasn't satisfactory. I called them back about it and complained. I said, please come out and do this one room again. They were pretty much, too bad, if you don't do something within the first 10 days, we're not going to anything. We are not going to do anything. We won't stand behind it after that. The problem is some of these stains take 15-30 days to resurface. I thought they were a little bit more customer-focused on that. I'm not so sure in the future I will use them again. There's so many other options. I had them out last week. I had stain in my carpet and they said, we can't get it out. It's not that high-tech of a stain. I had several carpet cleaning companies already told me and they guarantee that they would get everything. They did a pretty nice be. There are some rooms I give them a A on and there are some rooms that I'd give them an F on. They give you a hard-sell on extra treatment.

Do not waste your money. Just rent a steamer/ carpet cleaning machine from a hardware store and do it yourself. You will get a better result. Worker tried to raise the price $50 over written quote. When I challenged her new price she said she must have made a mistake. I was promised furniture would be moved, spot treatment would be done for stains etc. The only thing they carried out correctly was they arrived on time. 2 person team, very polite but not good at what they do. Only stains pre-treated were when I would specifically point to something. I said I wanted most of all the edging done where the carpeting meets the molding. Worker said dirt is from air duct and nothing they could do. They didn't even try. If I had of known that I would not have hired them. Only furniture moved was in den when I started moving things myself. They didn't move the beds, dressers, night stands, dining room table, etc. I moved all the dining room chairs myself. I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies and all furniture was moved and then put back in place on little blocks. Workers would vacuum the room and then look for stains and pre-treat and would work the edges from both directions to get them clean. I would strongly advise against using this company.

They were very quick to respond, they me quickly and they did an excellent job upstairs.

They did good. I would use this provider again in the future.

I had my family room carpet cleaned and several weeks after the job was completed had streaks appear in various places on the carpet which I assume was caused by the cleaning solutions not being fully extracted? Regardless, I contacted them and was told they only stand behind their work for 10 days and I would have to pay for a new cleaning,etc. I found this unfortunate considering the circumstances, but I am going back to the rug doctor rental and saving myself a lot of $$ and frustration!

I surely would use them in the future.

AWFUL!!! I had an appointment window of 11-3. I finally called around 2:40 because I hadn't heard from them. I was told they were finishing a job and would be there in about 20 min. At about 3:00, I got a call and was told they would be there in 20 minutes. I basically wasted a whole Saturday waiting around for these people when they could have called and said they wouldn't be there until after 3. The two cleaners were nice enough. They did not use anything to cover their shoes and they kept running outside for some reason. I think if you are cleaning carpets, you can at least wear protective gear over your shoes. They knocked a picture off of the wall because I believe they were rushing. They also cracked my outlet cover which I noticed after they left and broke a plug. I'm also certain they cracked my table leg when they were moving my table. I had the pleasure of noticing that later when I was removing the plastic from under the legs. Just terrible service. I have used Stanley Steemer multiple times in the past and really haven't had issue but after this I will never use them again. They are not cheap and there are many options available for carpet care and I will look elsewhere. The only good thing about this experience is the technician's didn't try to sell me a bunch of products like they usually do.

Professional and Timely. They cleaned the carpets and they look great. Called them at 7:30 and they said they'd have someone out between 9am-1pm. They called at 8:15 asking if they could come a bit early. Excellent! Thank you!

They did good work and have done so for years. I am very happy with the service.

Service went really well. We were about to sell our home and this was the last key step before doing it. And, clean carpets pushed the sale through a little quicker.

The experience was very good. They were very professional, they showed up on time, and it was really quick, but they were wonderful to work with.

They give you window of time of when they will come and they always call before they arrive. We have used this company many times. I normally ask for the same crew. There is a younger gentleman that is in charge and he is very polite and professional. He gets the work done and I think he is just super. I am always pleased with their service.

they got here a little late and went right to work. Did a fine job of cleaning and Scotchgarded some of the most used traffic areas. They spent a lot of time trying to sell me on upgrades and service plans. One hour after they left, I got a 15%off coupon via email. I called their office and they would not honor it since I didn't present it while they were here. Lose a repeat customer for $45??

We bought a home that had dog urine spots on the carpet and the carpet was dirty. We called Stanley Steamer of carmel indiana and they sent a cleaning crew out. We didn't realize it but this company uses our water for work and the water company hadn't yet turned on the water. They did give us a quote. I believe it was about $325.00 and the gentleman told us that he felt confident that he would be able to get the stains out and that they will come back when the water is turned on. However a different crew came from the same location and said likely that they couldn't get the stains out but any odor would be gone with the deodorizer.....not the case, the carpets smell much worse, and the stains are still there. They were paid the full $ amount for pre-treating the carpet for stains, cleaning, deodorizing, and protectant and we are totally dissatisfied with the cost as well as the job. We called for a refund but haven't received one.

We have a year contract with them so they come every 3-4 months depending upon our schedule.

It went good. It was fine. They did a good job. I would use them again.

the young men did a good job , but when I went up to check the work, there was some insulation under a bed.( I had my house insulated a while back.) When I brought this to the workers attention , he took care of it. The workers were very pleasant and courteous.

They are pretty reliable and they do a good job. I have used them several times a year on my rental property and on my house. They are consistent and cheap. They seem to hire nice people. I think that their people are contracted but they all seem to be pretty good. I have only had one bad experience with them. Their price is also reasonable.
