They damaged a piece of furniture, but they have sent a representative out to initiate repairs. They have been pretty responsive, even with all the flooding lately. They come within the range of time they give us. They have also cleaned chairs for us as well as scotch guarded them.

I gave them a call and they were willing to work with my schedule. They called me before they arrived. They offered to move the furniture, but it wasn't necessary. They did a good job.

The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. They were courteous and kind. I would recommend them. They were professional while they worked.

I have used them before and liked the fact that they are flexible and make short time of their work. I have kids and they make the carpets look good after all of their foot traffic.

They showed up on time. I liked their work and they cleaned up well. I plan on using them again.

When they came and cleaned all of my tile they told me not to worry about moving things they would take care of all of it. They sweep the floors and vacuumed.

They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased. They do help you move the furniture if you need them to, but we went a head and did that ourselves. They did help us move it back.

They do a good job. They showed up on time to do the cleaning and the workers were friendly and professional. I've never had to have them come back out after a cleaning. I will continue to use them and would also recommend them.

Pretty easy to set up the service. We simply filled out an online appointment form. The company called to confirm a week before the service. Offered to move furniture for free, which was nice and something other services charge extra for, but unnecessary as we had already moved out. With two dogs constantly running from the backyard and into our carpeted rooms, plus their hair (despite obsessive, constant vacuuming on our part), the carpets were pretty nasty-looking. The guys from Stanley Steemer showed up within their given time frame and within an hour, the carpets were completely refreshed and looking brand new.

They did high quality work. They came the same day I called. They were on time, were here two hours, did a great job and left our home very clean.

The cleaners arrived on time. They put all movable furniture on little foam pads. The cleaned 2 rooms, a hall and 14 stairs in a timely fashion. They gave me a bottle of Stanley Steamer stain remover. And was told to leave the foam in place for 24-48 hours minimum. All instructions were followed.

Two man crew. They worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous. I had scheduled an early morning appointment so I could get other chores done that day, however, they did not arrive until almost noon. The only other negative was the sales job/pressure to purchase an extended service agreement and add services to the current job.

I used their on line reservation system and received a confirmation phone call the day before. The cleaners arrived at the beginning of the time window, and did an excellent job. Due to the age and wear of my carpet, they spent more than the estimated 20 minutes/room, but the results were excellent.

They did a great job and moved all the furniture to make sure they didn't miss a spot.

They did an excellent, quality job. I've used this company three times in this home and I've always been satisfied.

Called to have them come and clean spots on carpet. The price quoted by the service guy was $180 for spots, I called the office and they told me no more than $80. The guy who came to clean the carpet had dirty shoes and I have a white carpet. They did offer to come out again and redo what had been done. The guy also showed up late and was somewhat rude. The job was done but it was as bad as when they first came out to clean it. The total cost ended up being 157.00

WHEN I RECEIVED THE INITIAL ESTIMATE IT WAS NOT COMPREHENSIVE AND I DID NOT REALIZE THAT OTHER CHARGES WOULD BE ADDED IN. WHEN I PAID THE BILL I PAID MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE.

They did a nice, thorough job. Carpets looked great when they were done. Technicians were friendly and professional. Easy scheduling through the internet and I received a call when they were on their way. Overall nice experience. The price was higher than I was originally quoted, but it was because I had them put Scotchgard back down on the carpet.

We called on Friday, 9/7/07 and an appointment was set for 9/10/07 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. Two persons arrived on time and proceeded with the work. After they left, our carpet was wetter than we expected. Also, we didn't think they had cleaned a couple of areas very well, but workers said those were worn traffic patterns, even though the carpeting is only four year old. We called Tuesday 9/11 when carpet was still quite wet, plus one area about two feet in diameter was sopping wet and a reddish stain had started to appear. They promised to send another crew that afternoon and they arrived at 1 p.m. They redid the carpeting, worked hard on the super wet spot (which didn't dry for a week) and also worked on the before mentioned dirtier areas and improved them quite a bit. The also put down protectant again. Second team was very professional and tried to correct problems.

The technicians with Stanley Steemer are always professional and courteous.

I called on Wednesday for a Friday appointment. My time frame had changed so I called them on Thursday to get an earlier time. They said they could get to me in 2 hours that day. That was perfect since I was at the condo anyway. When the 2 men came, I asked if they would carry down a 9 drawer dresser from the upstairs. They did without my help! They performed their job in a timely manner and I found no areas that were missed.I have used this company several times, but this is the first time I created a report.

Justin and Jeff were very nice. After 4 years I was ready to have my carpets cleaned. I had adopted a cat that had a vomiting problem; found out after the fact. So, there were some stains on the carpet, some old, some new. Stains are gone. Well known company. The guys were clean cut and very nice. Go with someone you can trust. Job well done. I thought that workers were booties. These guys didn't. Did not make a difference to me if they did or didn't. They did a great job. That's what counts.

The two men who came did not seem interested in moving any of the furniture (which there was not much of, because we have not completely moved into the home). They did not want to clean the closets because they were considered walk-ins and there would be an extra charge (the service person making the appointment did not explain this). They did not seem very thorough in their work or interested in what they were doing. One of the men made comments that he didn't really like his job and had been up most of the night before with a sick infant. We used Stanley Steemer at our old home prior to selling it and the crew that came there did and excellent job. Guess we should have requested them again. The people can make all the difference.

They called prior to their arrival. Were very professional. Moved furniture as needed. Very efficient. Cleaned up before they left. Carpet looked very nice afterwards.

Very good service. They even moved the furniture that could be easily moved, such as couch, loveseat, chair and ottoman, and end tables. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The guys that came to clean the carpet were professional, well groomed, and friendly. They took the care and time to put foam blocks under the furniture with wood feet so that the furniture would not be sitting on damp carpet. We had to call them back to re-treat a couple stubborn areas, and they were very willing to come back. They came back, treated the areas in question, and said to call back if it didn't get clean enough. Fortunately, that second trip took care of it.
