They were unable to get out several stains. For the money we paid, we expected a higher quality.

It was a very good experience and they did a nice job. There was a guy named Omar who was running the show and he was very good. When I am due to have carpets cleaned again I will ask for him.

The two-man crew was prompt and professional. They made the carpet look like new. They also took precautions to prevent falling.

The carpets looked much cleaner. They even walked us through the house and did a follow-up spot treatment on a very stained area.

Through cleaning plus drying. Workmen were punctual and efficient. Great work. Price included follow-up cleaning.

I tend to find a company I like and stay with them unless I find a better one. I have tried about ten different carpet cleaning companies, because we have pets who have accidents. Stanley Steemer is the only company that I've used that gets the carpets really clean, and gets the pet odor out. They have a powerful steaming vacuum via their truck, and it has performed better on our carpets than the other companies. On the down side, their staff varies from terrific, meticulous, hard-working cleaners to young fellows with a "whatever" attitude. Fortunately, we've had more of the former than the latter, and their equipment is good enough that our carpets are almost always in great shape no matter what. During our last appointment, the two carpet cleaners worked very hard for us, to get every spot out, and to take care of all of our issues. They were careful to get clean every part of the carpet, to move everything we needed moved, and to make sure the carpet was adequately dry afterwards. They left protectors under the furniture so no marks would be made while the carpet dried. I was pleased with their work.

The experience was very good. They were prompt and they did a good job. They showed up on time to do the work. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

We are well satisfied with them they do a good job. They move all the furniture and put it back where it should be. They make sure the carpet is clean and put furniture protectors under our furniture to take care of our carpet. They are prompt, professional and courteous.

I didn't like what the example turned out to look like. It didn't seem like it did a very good job and I didn't end up using them because of it.

This was the first time I had used their services. It was wonderful. The man who did the cleaning was probably the hardest worker I have ever seen. They did an excellent job.

My experience with Stanley Steemer was very good. I was upset though because they had a miscommunication problem. I was told they were going to send someone to give me an estimate, but when they showed up, they told me they were sent to clean the carpets.

Their are very thorough in their work. They also have you come and look at it and OK it before they leave. They are more than willing to follow through with any requests I make. If I have any problems with the servicemen they send, I can call the company and they will send somebody out right away on the same day.

They did excellent. They arrived when they said they would. The workmen were very nice and courteous. They were quick. They got up some spots up that I didn't think they could get up. The overall results were excellent.

The company were professional and timely. They did try to sell me some stuff at the end but they were appropriate with it and it was not that big of a deal.

One of the times that they came to clean the carpets, there was a spot left behind. I was not satisfied with the service and they came right out the next day and cleaned it over and it looked wonderful. They are very customer service oriented. The guys will even move the furniture for us.

I have been very pleased, they do the regular carpet cleaning. I usually use them when they are running one of there specials, they are very friendly and professional.

They were very professional; cleaned up after themselves; respectful of the walls and furnishings; did an excellent job. The results were much better than a company I used previously.

They came in and cleaned the carpet fairly quick. They did a good job. They are thorough. They move the furniture unless I say not to. I think that their prices are competitive.

This is our third year under contract, and we intend to keep it up.

I like that they will do the work the way I want them to. They will move my furniture for me. I have never used any other company to clean my carpet, so it is hard for me to rate the price. I have always been happy with the results.

Easy to schedule an appointment. The guys arrived and listened to what I wanted and offered their suggestions on what to do for the staining from the previous owners. They got to work and I was amazed at how well the carpets looked when they were finished. Will use them again in the future!!

They came out and did a wonderful job. They moved all the furniture and got all the carpets clean. They even did a few area rugs for us. I would definitely recommend them.

I always have them come to clean my carpets. The only thing that I don't like about it is the wetness that it leaves. They always come when they say they will. They are always very nice. If you ask them to do something extra, they will try to clean it.
