They were really nice and our carpets got a little bit cleaner, but it wasn't spectacular or anything.

They came out and everything was fine. They cleaned the carpets. I left later and my husband told me it got really weird after that. There was a loud noise and someone else came through our front door while they were cleaning our carpets. It was a supervisor spot checking their work, but he didn’t introduce himself to us or anything. We called them about a specific stain that they couldn’t get up. They knocked a picture frame down that was hanging on our wall which landed on top of our thermostat. It broke our thermostat and we didn’t realize this until about 10 o’clock at night because it was really cold. We had to have someone come out and fix this. The picture frame was in an area I didn’t ask them to clean. They didn’t tell us they’d knocked it off, it was just casually set against the wall on the carpet. In the end, I called the corporate office and he asked me to fax over the heating report and that he would reimburse me for that repair. Everything somewhat resolved itself in the end, but we still have a stain on our carpet. At least they resolved the money issue with us having to have the heating people out in the middle of the night.

They were punctual and very good. They were a little heavy handed about pushing me to do upholstery cleaning and air duct cleaning. It was close to Christmas, and I didn't really want to do either of those things at the moment.

They were very polite, prompt, and did a good job. There were a number of spots and stains from a pet that were totally removed.

The cleaning crew did arrive 20 minutes late. But once they were on the job, they cleaned the rug within the 1/2 hour time period that had been promised by the home office schedulers. The cleaning crew was curtious and easy to discuss issues when asked questions. Since the house was empty of furniture, the crew did not have to move any furniture. The crew did leave foam blocks to set furniture on (which was being delivered later that day) to allow the carpet to dry.

It was fine. They were here on time. They did a thorough job, and there were no problems at all. I have used them before and they have always been reliable and this time was no different. They are competitive with other carpet cleaning companies. They actually did a little extra work this time and didn't charge me for it, and I was very pleased about that.

They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. The carpets looked good and we will call them again when it is time to have the carpets cleaned.

They came out within a week of my phone call to them to have the carpets cleaned. They called to advise when they were on the way; and arrived within the two hour window given for the appointment. The workers were professional and did a thorough job. Their warranty is great. Within a few days of the cleaning, the "pet odor" returned. They promptly came out and retreated the living room carpet at no cost. The additional treatment removed the remaining odor. I am pleased with their work and would use them again.

It went perfectly. They were very flexible, and were able to work around us, as we were actually moving in that same day. I was very happy with the work they did and would certainly consider using them again.

Because their equipment is mounted on the truck it is much more powerful and I think that is the key to pulling out so much water and dirt with it. I plan to use them again.

Javon Johnson and Isaac Johnson were just great. I would recommend them and will only use them now.

Advertise Saturday hours but that doesn't mean Satursday service! Told customer service person it was a spell, many people coming over next day ... can they help today. Reply was no. I will not give an F due to the sense of urgency, but certainly deserve a C.

They were pleasant, responsive and their pricing was competitive. They were clean and also put the furniture back to where it was. The one drawback was that, they did not do a thorough cleaning as I had received from other providers.

Overall they were very good. I would use them again. They get things clean. They tell me if there is a problem that they can't fix. They are very nice and polite. They do the job, and do it well without being intrusive.

We were satisfied with them. We had no complaints about what he did and we would use him again. His price was reasonable.

We have 2 dogs who both became very sick during the month of October. By the time they had both recovered, the house looked like a war zone. There were multiple "spots" in every room in the house. We had cleaned the spots by hand, but you could still see several of them in the carpet. I scheduled Stanley Steamer online, they arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned all of our carpets. They warned me that the spots may not disappear entirely, but when they were finished it all looks and smells great. I am very pleased with the experience.

They were excellent. They moved just about everything except heavy furniture without any complaints, they just do it. They are also very professional.

Stanley Steemer is a very good carpet cleaning company. My carpets are all clean now. They are all polite and are very neat. They come in and move the furniture while cleaning the carpets. They also put a plastic under the furniture and then put it back after getting the work done. They are very efficient and they are here when they say that they are going to be here. The price that they charge keeps changing, as sometimes I get special offer from them and sometimes it’s a little more. Their price is compatible to everybody else. I would use their services again in the future.

They do a good job. We haven't had any problems. They have been warm and friendly. They can usually get out any stains. The price is fair and they are always on time. I have used them before and I will continue to use their services.

They were okay. They didn't get the stains out, but everything else was fine. They didn't guarantee that they could get the stains out, so I can't hold it against them. The price was reasonable for the work that they did.
