We use them once a year. They do a good job, the rugs and carpets get cleaned well. They are careful about using their equipments and stuff like that. The staff is very courteous and their price is good for what they do.

Their service was good. I haven't used them for couple of years mainly because my carpets were clean and I had just bought them. But I have them come back when I do have stuff to be cleaned. They do a good job. They are professional and get things done. They clean up after themselves. They are all so polite. They do a good job and the price is reasonable.

I checked their Angie's list rating and at 1:30pm on Saturday scheduled an appointment for their 12-4pm time slot. The crew (Edison P. and Brandon K.) called before their arrival as promised, and showed up at 3pm. They explained what they would be doing and got to work, in 20 minutes they were done and the carpet looks great! They even pointed out another household maintenance item I hadn't noticed, I appreciate their timeliness and hard work.

We have white carpet throughout the entire house. Jovan Johnson, did an excellent job of cleaning. The carpets have never looked cleaner.

I've used them every year. The price has been holding pretty steady. It was excellent. It took 45 minutes and they were in and out of here and they let it dry. I use them because they come in and do their job. It's never taken more than 1-1 1/2 hours. I’ve had different people every time so they seem to pick their people wisely.

We are generally happy with them. We spent about $120 and I think we get about cleanings a year. The people that come and do the work are friendly and they do a thorough job and they don?t do a high pressure up sell. We get what we expect for the money. Their punctuality has been pretty good.

It had a lot of pet spots and it was very dirty and we had entertained over the holidays so it had a lot of spots. They did a great job. It's old carpet and it is a difficult carpet. They did a really good job. I had used a couple of other carpet cleaners before. I wanted to try somebody new, so I went with Stanley Steemer. They were very professional. They were such a big company that I didn't have any high expectations from them. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased.

They were 40 Mins late and the price was out of line.

They were punctual and professional. The cleaning was very fast. While they were here, I was talked into adding a protectant to the rugs and into their 1-year Clean Guarantee plan ($275.00 for "three bedrooms"). I have buyer's remorse for the protectant, as the urine smell did not go away after cleaning, so that was a waste of money. We'll see about the 1-year plan...I'll be curious to know how punctual they are about sticking to cleaning 2 more times in the next calendar year...I'm skeptical.

They did an okay job. The carpet looked better, but not as clean as it could have been.

It was very pleasant and overall, very good. They gave me a fair price and I actually ended up buying floor mats from them. I thought they were a little expensive, but after having them for a while, they are completely worth it.

The price that they charged seemed okay. They did a fine job. The reason why I wouldn’t recommend them is because they didn’t do an outstanding job, but were pretty good. I may hire them back.

OK. I have used them before but I noticed this time they moved less furniture, did not wear protective boots, and did not clean under my bed. They did give me an Angie's discount of 15% but without it I thought they were a little high. They were friendly enough, arrived on time and at my request cleaned my floor mats in the car. They were good and I will use them again.

Called for appt. in the morning and was scheduled the same afternoon. Cleaners called ahead and I met them at the house. No one tried to change the price agreed upon with the scheduling agency. They told me it would take less than 45 minutes so I waited at the house while they worked. Carpet was clean except for two small spots of old cat vomitus (don't ever feed your cat food with a red tint. It won't come out.). The cleaner pointed those out to me after he had finished. Cleaners were professional and I felt comfortable with them. Price was probably higher than I could have paid with another service, but I was satisfied and had to make only one phone call since they had a good recent Angies list recommendation listed.

They were friendly, wore shoe booties, and insisted on not walking on their work, which ofcourse you can, but it was very professional. The conversation was friendly, Iwould request Omar again... all the furniture had foam under it to protect the carpet. I have used other cheaper carpet cleaners and for the quality of work differenced, I would never do that again!

We have a contract with them. We spend about $450 for three cleanings upfront. It works out much cheaper this way. We will be renewing the contract in two months. The last time they came out, they did an excellent job. They came out on time. We are very pleased with them. The person we dealt with was very good. We will definitely have him back. We have never had any bad experience with this company. We really enjoy using their services. Getting the house cleaned by them is very reasonable, since we have pets. They do a very good job.

They were very good. I've used them for a long time and I am pretty pleased with them. I was happy. I signed up where they will do it four times a year. They come every four months. There was one spot they didn't get out and I am hoping it will come out the next time they come. They were fast and cordial. I really haven’t questioned anything.
