They did an excellent job for the price, which we thought was reasonable. We would use them again in the future.

Their sales people and other employees are pretty helpful - they seem to know the business. They are more fairly priced than other places I have been to. However, they are not cheap, but the quality is good. They also have a better selection of specialty plants than some of the big stores. Last year I bought a gorgeous evergreen and it died, so they gave me store credit to buy a new one in the spring. They hold by their guarentee. They are located conveniently to me.

Great. I stopped in personally to set the appointment, having been disappointed by two other landscaping companies. Jeff Davis, a landscape architect, came for the appointment to our house. He wasn't sure why our Norway's were doing poorly but recommended that we try something else since we had already replaced them several times in the past. We talked over a number of options and finally decided on a row of hydrangeas which would give our backyard some much needed color. I then asked him to look at a very messy crabapple tree that was next to our pool patio. It constantly dropped leaves and fruit, staining our patio and was generally a nuisance. He strongly recommended that we remove it (it was also diseased) and replace it with something else. Again, he patiently went over all of my options and we tentatively settled on a Japanese maple. He returned an estimate to me on a very timely basis. Even though we thought it was a little high, I knew they had a very good reputation and we thought they would do a good job. I then met Jeff at Salsbery's and he helped me pick out the tree and bushes. The planting appointment was delayed a week due to weather but they worked around my work schedule. Jeff accompanied a foreman and two workers on the day of the planting appointment, explaining where everything was to go and making sure that the crabapple tree was dug out by hand (because it was planted between our house and a small retaining wall). The workers did a great job of pulling out the trees and getting our new shrubs and tree planted. They also did a couple of small unlrelated things for me for no charge. They cleaned everything up and sprayed off our driveway. Someone from Salsbery called the next day to make sure that I was satisfied (I was) and then Jeff came out again to look at everything to make sure it all went well.

They are very professional. They are on time and very efficient. They call before hand and let us know they are coming then show up promptly. They keep great records so they know which tasks need to be completed in our yard. We don't have to supervise, they work fine on their own. They once fixed the lawn mower and filed a backwash report with the city. They are worth every penny.

They did an excellent job. I wasn't expecting them to remove some of the old much, but I'm glad they did. They cleaned up the jobsite well after they were done. It only took them one day to do it all.

Robin's design for the yard was wonderful! She asked us to make a list of the plants we liked and the plants we didn't like and then she used that to create a beautiful plan for the yard. We decided to implement the plan in phases due to cost concerns and decided to install the south part of the plan first. Robin came out on a Wednesday afternoon to mark the area where the birm would ultimately be, working with us to make sure we were happy with what it would look like. The next day the workers arrived and moved an existing playset. They took extra care to make sure that the set was level, even digging out around the base to make sure that it looked right. Next they used a sod-cutter to create the outline of the birm and then filled the outline in with many truckloads of dirt and mulch. We were extremely impressed with their quality of work and their willingness to make the yard look great. They even helped my husband dig out an old tree root ball with their Bobcat, which was not in the contract for work. Although the work cost what I consider to be a pretty penny (actually A LOT of pennies!), we are very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Salsbery Brothers to anyone and plan on using them again. Their quality of work speaks for itself!

I went to their nursery location and they had somebody call me the next day and gave me a price that they have stuck with. They are always on time and do a great follow up. They are a very thorough and professional company. They do offer many different services so that you don't have to use more than one company, basically all inclusive.

Everything was good except for their follow up. The design person was prompt and very good. They installed the plants and the landscape lighting by the time they were supposed to, but after that I never heard from them again. I was surprised that no one ever followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

They did a great job locating the areas needing irrigation and came out to readjust the watering head as needed until just right.

All the workers and project manager on the job were terrific. They did an outstanding job! I am very happy with the work they did.

We asked Salsbery to do a landscape plan and do the work. We are adding on to our home and the builder has offered to do the landscaping so we can complete the project all at one time. Therefore we are not using Salsbery to do the install, but we DID use their landscape plan and could not be happier with what they designed. Our designer, Barry, is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to what we wanted and incorporated our ideas along with some things we had not thought about. The design was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I called around to 4 or 5 other business for pricing. They had the most reasonable price. (only because they waive the $50 delivery charge for more than 4 yards) I set up a time to deliver and told them where to put it. They did exactly as I said and placed it just where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the mulch. It was the first mulch application put down on my property and it has held up very well after 8 months. I highly recommend them and I will use them next year when the time comes.

I ask them to call me before they come so I can get the dog in the house and unlock the gate and they do that every time. They also helped nurse a struggling tree back into good health. I highly recommend them.

They have very good service. They showed up on time to do the work. They did everything that they said they would do. They were very courteous when they were there.

We arrived at Salisbury Brothers on a very busy Saturday afternoon in the summertime. The line at the cashier was ridiculous, and we could not find anyone but well-meaning uninformed teenagers to answer our questions about the trees. My husband returned later when they were not so busy, got his questions answered, and purchased two trees. He scheduled the installation to coincide with the installation of a backyard fence (had we had the full fence installed prior, we would have had to remove parts of it to get these large trees in). The installation went well and we are happy with the trees (although one is a bit crooked--we'll see how it looks in the spring).

They are just an excellent company worth hiring. They are the best to me. I would definitely recommend them. They get the job done very quickly and clean up well after themselves.

They've worked on a problem I had once before for a year and got it solved. I was pleased that they finally got it solved, but I was concerned that it took them so long. They have been very helpful with everything that they have tried. I called them in the morning to set up the sprinkler system and they came in the afternoon and got it all fixed up for me.

The landscape architect came out and did a landscape plan for my consideration and acceptance. They came when they were scheduled. They worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area after they were completed with the job. The workers were polite and courteous.

We just have the design plan and plants. We are on the list. They have been very professional and friendly. The girl that came out was very good and seemed to know her plants. Suggestions were given by the company. She knew her stuff.
