Everything looked good at first, when we realized the dimmers were not working we called them. They have not returned our calls or come to fix the lights.

Jason was scheduled to be at my house 8:00 a.m. Monday but called about 9:00 a.m. to let me know his daughter was sick and had to wait 'till his wife could return from work to stay with her. He asked if we could make it later in the day. We rescheduled for 1:00 p.m. and he was right on time. He checked out the replacement light fixture, showed me the covered outlet unit to be sure it was what I wanted, and then went to work. He finished both jobs in slightly less time than he had estimated.

Jason was extremely flexible and responded with very short notice. He was very professional, performed high quality work, and was very personable. He will be coming back to do other work around the house. Highly recommended

I was impressed by the reviews and comments on Angie's List regarding this company. After meeting Mr. Rickel I was very comfortable and did not get any other estimates from other companies. I contacted Mr. Rickel on Saturday, he called back on Sunday, and was at our house Monday morning. I pass his cards out to everyone that will listen! I highly recommend him.

We called Rickel and one other company from Angie's List to come out and give estimates for the job. The other company came out on time, but Jason didn't show. When we called him, he said he had confused us with another customer and thought the appointment was later. But he did come later that day and his estimate was about half the other company's. Because Rickel had good reviews on the List, we took a chance and gave him the job. We were very pleased with his work. We wanted the new lights to match those in the adjoining rooms and he accomplished that very well. He did a thorough professional job and was very neat and clean.

He was running a few minutes late and called to let us know. He was quick and did an excellent job. I was surprised he was able to handle a huge chandelier, carrying it up the ladder and hanging it without someone to assist him. We were very pleased.

Jason came and installed 3 ceiling fans in our older home and did a wonderful job. He made sure that we knew how to use them and cleaned up any mess he made. I also hired him a second time to install an electric outlet for my new gas range and rewire a basement light. He did everything quickly and even discovered that our microwave wiring had not been done properly and fixed the problem. He fixed this at no charge.

I was very pleased with the work that he did. He was very personable and responsive to what was needed. Price wise it was acceptable. I would use him again and probably will.

I think the price was very good. He was very easy to reach and he did a good job of getting back to me. In general I am very happy with his service. The only problem was that he didn't clean up very well when he was done. I had to spend maybe a half hour to make sure everything was cleaned up.

Jason and his workers did a great job. He is easily accessible via phone or email, returned all my messages promptly, and showed up on time. He gave me an accurate estimate and did everything we asked; we were very pleased with his work.

Jason was booked out several days when I called, but he worked me in the next evening. He made several trips to the job, doing whatever it took to complete the work as quickly as possible. He worked until 10pm to get things going again. He dealt with the power company for me, as well as arranging for the inspection by the local authorities.
