Jason and his crew were quite professional and I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience. I had three ceiling fans that were operated through remote controls and they were able to hard wire them to the outlets. Two of those fans had ceased to function properly, and they were able to get them working again. They also properly reattached one of the fans that had become loose and that would swing when the fan was on. Along with the fans, they also replaced the hallway fixtures that I had previously purchased and was unable to connect myself. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

I had called Jason very last minute to get the job done because we were having carpet put in a few days later. Jason was able to get started right away and finished in less than 3 days.

Great! They did the entire job. Professional, courteous, did what they promised, and fit us into their schedule when we needed the work done. Communication with Jason was excellent. Sent one note asking when we would receive quote and he responded right away with the quote. We are really glad we used them. Will call them again in the future.

They were pleasant and professional. The work involved cutting a hole in the ceiling (which was already slated to come down) and it was a messy job. No one complained about it. Also, after the work was done, I saw that they'd put ivory colored outlets and trim in. I told them that I had wanted white. They replaced them immediately with no problem.

We have had ice dam problems in the past. Jason provided us with an estimate and the work to be done, which we scheduled. Another individual started to work of preparing to install the new electrical outlet, working through the attic and outside. Jason came later in the day and helped him finish it. Very accommodating people.

They did a good job estimating, scheduling and installing the light. They were sensitive to my pool table and padded the top with some layers so when the ladder was laid accross it wouldn't scratch the finish. Instead of dropping the wire in the utility room along the boards the serviceman drilled holes and laced the wires through them to prevent clutter. The light was level and centered and works well. The serviceman even cleaned up after himself. I very much appreciated the quality of work and the economical cost.

I called Rickel Electric, LLC in the early afternoon on a Friday and spoke to the owner, Jason, about an electrical short in the house. I mentioned I was interested in the 'Whole House Electrical Inspection for Only $89!' coupon advertised on-line on Angie's List. He said he could come right away and arrived within 15 minutes. One 15 amp circuit breaker was shorting out and Jason looked in his van for a replacement. He remembered he had used the last one on a previous service call, so he left to go get another one. He came back shortly with a new breaker and installed it. He asked if I still wanted to use the coupon for the wholehouse inspection and I agreed. I purchased and printed the coupon for the service on-line and gave him a copy. He performed the service, informed me of what he had found, and told me he would e-mail the results with a quote for necessary repairs to bring the house up to cole for when I wanted to sell it. I paid him with a check for $50 for the breaker service repair.

Jason arrived at the time promised and thoroughly inspected all electrical outlets and circuit breakers. While the problem was not obvious, he continued to test circuits until the problem was identified and then quickly fixed. We will be using Jason for other electrical related projects at our home.

Jason came out to our house to provide an estimate and emailed us a quote a few days later. His quote for what we needed done was reasonable and lower then another company. We went ahead and made an appt for a Sat which was convenient since it was hard for my wife and I to take time off from work. The electrician arrived on time and I walked him through what needed to be done. The electrician provide us another option for our flood lights since we have them on one switch. He suggested having an exterior on and off switch for the flood light by the deck. His idea was great since we occasionally wanted to turn the deck floodlight on and off. We could do this by the exterior on and off switch. Everything went well except the electrician accidentally drilled through our wall below the outlet. He patched it up and apologized. Overall, we were happy with the work done.

Jason came in and he an a co-worker got right to work. They were in and out in no time.

11 year old smoke alarm began beeping with no apparent reason. Jason was willing to come out as soon as he finished a job he was currently working on and replace all the alarms. He told me how to stop the beeping in the meantime.

Jason called to let me know they would be a bit late, which was fine with me. The showed up then at the agreed on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Very professional.

I arrived in the morning and gave and estimate of the work to be performed. The estimate was right on. He worked most of the day and the job came out as described.
