Description of Work: Ralph came out to look at a leak we had that we thought was from a flashing coming loose from a tuck point project that Ralph did almost 2 years ago. Not only did he repair the flashing issue, but he said that we had a couple of shingles missing. He asked my wife he he could go into our garage to look for a few spare ones of which he found. They replaced that too along with sealant FOR FREE! He is a great guy that does good work for a fair price and then he stands behind what he does. We highly recommend him.

Description of Work: I kinda remember discussing my mortar repair needs in June 2014. I negotiated with Ralph and Susan (office mgr) to delay the original date of completion due to outpatient surgery and the deductible amt attached to it. His gurantee was to complete "by the end of the year." Literally, that's what he meant as he arrived with a 2-3 day notice and while on that notification call, I asked him NOT to do the work in the freezing or below temp weather we were experiencing as it is my general understanding that the cement to remortar my brick steps would not set-up right for sustainability. He countered that the chemicals, I believe that's how he phrased it, that are used now allow contractors like himself to apply it in any kind of weather year round. He was very confident and he chose the date despite my objection so that when I arrived home after work, Ralph and his crew of two other guys were in my driveway working on a not so great weather day. |He was paid in full, in advance, per Super deal protocol and he did not return nor contact me to complete the 2nd part of the job which was to address the foundation block in the sub level crawl space. The pricing and payment reflected completion of both. |Now that it has been a year and half since Ralph worked on my property, I want to insert that I do have noticeable gaps, holes, and/or crumbling mortar on what had been repaired. In sum, in respect to encountering the results this far out and recalling what all I experienced, I am responding with this less than favorable report on Ralph Woods...and I also really thought I had responded to your request much earlier (possibly around March 2015?) as I am remembering that I wasn't expedient back then because I did not want to supply a negative evaluation. Description of Work: Ralph tore down and rebuilt my chimney about 9 ft. The new brick matches really well the old brick. It was completed in less than a week and they did a great job. I would definitely use Ralph again if needed.

Description of Work: Repaired the brick on two front porches. | |Ralph answered the phone the day I called.(2 other companies never returned my calls) He came out right away and gave me an estimate. He told me when he would be doing the work (Approx. 2 weeks out) They completed the work in 2 days and cleaned the site up.

Description of Work: Mr. Woods came on time and checked my crawl space for a problem I was having. He determined that I did not need anything done. He was very helpful and reassuring and made some suggestions about my fireplace. I really recommend him to anyone needing this type of work. He is very honest and helpful and I would feel very comfortable having him do any work on my house.

Description of Work: PART OF MY HALF CIRCLE BRICK FRONT PORCH HAD SETTLED RESULTING IN CRACKED AND LOOSE BRICKS. HE TORE OUT DAMAGED BRICKS AND SO IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE A PATCH JOB, HE REMOVED THE MORTAR FROM BETWEEN ALL THE BRICKS THEN REPLACED IT.
