Overall, Preferred Roofing did an excellent job! I am very pleased with Dave Zier (owner) and his crews. Dave provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and was very thorough every step of the way. The new GAF Camelot II roof looks great as do the new gutters and downspouts. Second time using this company! First time was flashing repair to my chimney after my upstairs bedroom flooded. Dave the owner recommended adding crickets to divert the water and reflashed the chimney. Six months later a hail storm; with the usual subjects roaming the neighborhood, I knew who to call if I wanted the job done right. Dave and his crew did an outstanding and timely job. Used high quality materials, addressed many of the minor issues related to my particular roof. Took pictures and communicated well during the process. Don’t hire roofers who will cut corners.

Dave did an excellent job of replacing my roof back in 2017. I was so impressed with him that I hired him to replace my father’s roof and repair his garage ceiling, this month. When I first contacted him to see if he could do my dad’s roof, he was leaving the next day for vacation. He was so dedicated, he worked with me while he was out of town and initiated the start of the work upon his return. In a matter of days, he ordered the shingles, delivered them on Saturday, and installed the new roof that Monday. He worked with us and the insurance company and made the whole process quick and easy for us. He and his crew were extremely diligent and professional. I am thoroughly grateful for all they have done for us. If I ever need a new roof again, I will without question hire Dave and Preferred Roofing again.

We were trying to identify a leak, which turned out to be plumbing related and NOT a Preferred Roofing problem. However, the owner and his crew at no charge helped me locate the problem and plumber was called.
