Dave was always on time and professional. He found the wind and mail damage in my roof and correctly made estimated to cover the cost of the damage. Dave is friendly and professional work was finished in one day – quality work!

Everything went fine. Dave was very good about calling with schedule updates due to weather. This much appreciated. His crew was polite and workman like in getting the job done.

We did not end up going with them. The interaction was fine. Everything was fine there. We got a couple of quotes. To be honest they did not seem to know as much as some of the other people. They wanted to just replace the roofing and did not seem to understand why we were having the issue. We had to call out for a second opinion so that, obviously, is part of the reason we did not end up going with them. They came out right when they said they would.

Dave came over the same day I called gave us an estimate that was extremely reasonable had his guys in the next day on time and completed the job. Super professional, cleaned up as if they were never there and even fixed something not in the estimate that they came across. I highly recommend Preferred Roofing. This was the 3rd company I had come look at the job and he was the most honest, true to his word and did not try to sell me more than I needed. Great experience!

They were very careful to protect my patio and landscaping from falling debris. The crew came in and completed the entire roofing job from start to finish within a single day. This was great and very convenient for me, since I had taken the day off to oversee the project. I was outside most of the time watching them work and talking to the salesman and/or supervisor. I was very satisfied with the company and their work. They took special care to clean up any mess they made and to leave a very impressionable finished product, including painting the smoke stacks and vacuuming the roof and gutters, as needed.

Installers started and finished on schedule. Supervision was excellent. Dave Zier is very easy to communicate with, answers all questions. Clean up and property protection were thorough.

Dave Zier (owner) , was very punctual and knowledgeable about the subject. He thoroughly assessed and asked clarifying questions. Amazingly, he did not go into a big sales pitch for extensive work. Rather, he suggested a simpler fix we homeowners could easily try first before resorting to more extensive/expensive repair. Dave did offer some possibilities for that if needed.(did not sound too expensive!) Anyway, he encouraged us to try first and to let him know how it worked. Even told us where to find the materials. This company doesn't appear to be into high pressure sales and more into customer care and satisfaction.

Their bid was not lowest but not highest. I was impressed by owner Dave had a professional appearance and attention to detail. He is a good problem solver. The roofing crew was on e of the best I've seen.

Excellent. Dave came highly recommended by good friend and he was fabulous throughout the process. They were able to complete the removal of old roofing and install new roofing in one day. It was GREAT!! I will definitely recommend and use Preferred Roofing again if needed.

Many contractors called on us as they worked the neighborhood following the storm. Preferred Roofing was the most persistent and willing to call back when it was most convenient and the easiest to talk with. The job supervisor lived nearby and was familiar with the locality and was easy to work with. They met and coordinated with the insurance adjuster. Along with installing new roofing, they improved the roof venting system and added trim edging at no additional cost. They were very careful with clean up.

Preferred was on time and got the job done quickly. They went above and beyond their estimate to make sure everything was perfect. Their crew cleaned up any mess every day. I would recommend them to anyone.
