Dave came to my house to check on a possible leak we have on the roof. He didn’t try to push me into any unnecessary additions or costly repairs. He gave me advice on how to address the leak on my own and said if It got worse he would be happy to come out and repair It. He was informative and not condescending at all. I would absolutely recommend Preferred Roofing if you’re looking for honesty and professionalism.

I found Preferred Roofing on Angie's list and called them because of their proximity to the home that I was in the process of purchasing. The Mortgage Co. was requesting an inspection of the roof on the house before underwriting the mortgage. I was pressed for time, as the closing date was approaching and needed this asap. I spoke directly to Dave who said that he could inspect the roof that afternoon and provide me with the report by the next morning, as well as providing me with an estimate for a replacement of the existing roof, which I plan to do in the next year or so. Dave conscientiously went out of the way in helping me meet the time constraints. I was very happy to find such responsiveness and professionalism and would trust him for the replacement when it happens.

Dave was responsive to our questions and provided us with a quality roof. His workers were polite and tidy. Great job by Preferred Roofing!

Preferred Roofing & Restoration LLC came to my property and evaluated a possible roof leak. His honest assessment (the roof did not in fact leak and did not need repair) saved me quite a bit of time and money. In the end, he didn't even charge me for the evaluation. Dave and his team did an excellent job removing and installing my new roof, gutters, and downspouts. Dave was helpful throughout the process with my insurance company and also with helping me select the best color and design features for my new roof. He is very responsive to first calls and also for follow-up/troubleshooting work--- if required.

Dave Zir, the owner met with me in my home to review the details of the work and to explain the process, as well as help make sense of the insurance paper work! He was very helpful and clear with his explanations. His crew (and Dave) arrived on time and worked well into the evening to complete the job. The crew was very courteous and treated my property with respect. The clean up was impeccable with no materials left behind or damage to my yard/landscape. I would highly recommend this company. They made the process very easy and painless. The roof and gutters look awesome and and add to the appearance of my property.

I have worked on numerous residential projects and with many varying subcontractors. This entire crew is very professional, they totally respected our property and were efficient as well.

It went really well! Dave helped us from understanding how our specific insurance company would conduct the claim and how he would work with us, to being here on-site with the claim representative, giving us what we needed to get our association to approve materials/colors and then scheduling the multitude of work. He also came out to the jobsite to check the work and check with us! He always asked us what we thought and how it looked. I felt he was a straight shooter and would hire him again.

It was an insurance job as a result of a hail storm claim. Work itself went ok with a little problem juggling my vehicles & theirs, but was ok. Some cleanup areas (porch floors of 1906 house) not protected & not cleaned until I called a supervisor who did it himself. Both gates to dog pens left open when they left each day. For a job costing $14,538.54, think could have spelled street name right on invoice & enclosed a self-addressed envelope!

They started early and worked late; cleaned up at the end of each work day and did a thorough clean up job after the work was completed.

Dave at Preferred Roofing is amazing. So professional, attentive, punctual, and honest. The work was completed on time without any issues. This team was exceptional with cleaning up after themselves and not leaving any nails or debris. My landscape also was completely untouched. Couldn't say more positive things about this company.
