Response from PFM Roofing
[Member Name Removed] is correct that we did fail to meet with him in person. Unfortunately we had minor family emergency that got in the way of the scheduled appointment. We did contact [Member Name Removed] to let him know that we would not be able to make our scheduled time. Where we failed was telling [Member Name Removed] that would try our best to make it out by the close of business. One of our representatives did stop by to make contact but was unable to make contact so we did not look at the roof. We do apologize and take full responsibility for the inconvenience, I only ask that [Member Name Removed] accept our apology and understand that we try very hard meet or exceed the expectations of our community, but we too are human and occasionally make an error.
