Brad and his guys were great, they really know how treat people and their property. We couldn’t believe how clean they were compared to the last company that did our old house. Brad was here the entire time and was installing the roof alongside his men. The next day he and two guys came out with the gutter machine and put up all new gutters. The place looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the work. Hope this helps someone in their decision making process.

We're grateful to Brad and his colleagues for giving special care to the roof of our 100+ year old home, and for working so hard to make it safe, and beautiful. They put extra care into coming up with a strategy before they began the job for addressing the project, and they worked very hard to get the project done quickly and correctly, including working on a major holiday to complete the project. They were communicative during the project, and left our home tidy when they were done. We were grateful for how they treated our little home like it was important to get the details right.

Brad was very good about coming out and looking over the required work. We had two issues, one being the water diversion and the other the chimney stack trim boards. Brad provided an estimate for the trim boards but we have called over and over and sent emails for the other work with no response. The office staff said they would have Brad call but we are tired of pulling teeth to talk to Brad.

Crew was very professional, prompt, and efficient. Software used for estimate and payment were very user friendly and convenient. I would definitely recommend PFM for your roofing job.

Unacceptable. I had an appt today at 5pm. No call! No show! I do not appreciate this type of treatment especially when it affects my job. I work in Greensburg and had to make plans to leave early to get home before 5pm. I am pretty much ****** off!!!

PFM was fantastic. Came out the morning after the storm, got the limbs off, and tarped the area. Then replaced the whole of my roof as well as fixed the related damage. Punctual, great communicators, hard workers with great looking results, and very competitive prices. I would absolutely work with them again without hesitation.

They didn't actually do a repair, but walked me through the inspection they performed. It's likely that there was a loose nail, but my roof was in great shape. I appreciated them outlining everything for me and explaining what they thought was happening instead of just trying to upsell me from the start.

These guys are AWESOME! We have had our roof replaced twice and had two other companies come out to try and repair a small leak we have had since the house was built in 1992. PFM found the problem and fixed it immediately, as we have had no problems since. They also found out our fireplace insert was obsolete and replacement parts (like the correct UL-approved chimney cap) were virtually non-existent. After a great deal of searching they located a final stash of replacement parts and got us a new chimney cap. It took a while to get that done, but it was well worth the wait and PFM went above-and-beyond to ensure the chimney did not suffer water damage while we waited for the parts to arrive. We are very pleased with their professionalism and open communication.

I can't say it enough, these guys are the best. From the time they came out to meet the adjuster, the communication in between, to the time they left after they were done these guys are first rate. I will tell everyone I know that needs a roof, or any other service they perform, to call them! Brad and Chance were the BEST guys to work with. And in a climate of contractors who either do horrible work, want you to practically help them commit insurance fraud or flat out fail to show up, these guys are a little hope there are still good guys out there doing quality work for home owners. Do yourself a favor and call them of you need a roof, gutters or siding.

PFM Roofing was quick to respond, punctual, and thorough in their assessment of the damage and the repairs needed. Very pleasant and professional. Their quote was more than reasonable, and I'll be contacting them to complete the work once I'm ready to proceed.

Brad and his son, Chance, were very professional and went into the attic to track the possible causes of the leak. They spent quite a while to track the water trail. Although there was nothing obvious in the attic, when the went on the roof they found some low nails and places that needed to be caulked. They were working on another job when they stopped by, but Chance was able to come back 2 days later and he went over the entire roof and fixed the low nails and caulked where needed including around an old satellite dish. I was very pleased with the time and care that was taken to get the job done right.

Called PFM Roofing which came out in a timely manner. Immediately they got on the roof inspected and immediately addressed the issue for the roof completed the work in a timely manner the results was wonderful. What are use this company again for my future home inspection of the roof.
