Called on a Friday to get maintenance appointment. Were able to get appointment within in a few days - surprising given the winter months being busy. We were very impressed when they called to say they would be 10 minutes late. Very considerate, friendly, clean, and informative. Great value for price. Will definitely use again and would recommend highly.

My comment is to make sure you check whatever they do because they switched out one of our thermostats and did not tell us.

They were very good. I would recommend them to others. We have a contract with them to come each year.

I have used Pepper Heating and Cooling services for years and have been remiss in not adding comments here. Pepper does an absolutely great job. Their response and turn around time is fast. They are also punctual which is important. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. They are also good at explaining what is wrong and what needs to be fixed and how long it will take.

They are always punctual and responsive. They do a good job and if they need to come back for any reason they do. They are very nice to work with.

Job 1:They have serviced my heating/ac for almost 15 yrs. They are knowledgeable, professional, easy to reach, and don't try to sell anything. Job 2: This company has done the twice yearly maintenance on my furnace and A/C for 15 years. I had trouble with my air conditioner in the summer and had talked about getting a humidifier, so had everything priced out. They are always very professional, on time, and I am always satisfied with their service.

CONTRACT FOR $70.00 FOR AC/HEATING. ELEMENT BROKEN WAS $35.00.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED HOW IT WORKED AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE PRICE WAS THE SAME OR LOWER THAN OTHERS I CONTACTED.

WE HAD HEARD THAT PEPPER HEATING and COOLING WAS A GOOD COMPANY SO WE CALLED THEM TO COME DO A FALL CLEANING AND INSPECTION ON OUR FURNACE/HEAT PUMP. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME AND CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND WE WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. HE ALSO GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS FOR HEATING MY HOME WITH THE HEAT PUMP SINCE WE HAVE NOT USED ONE BEFORE MOVING HERE AND WE SIGNED A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR A FALL AND SPRING CLEANING AND THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN OTHER PLACES WE CHECKED.

THEY HAVE COME OUT TWICE, AND THEY ADDED FREON AND SERVICED IT. THEY DO FINE JOB.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HELPFUL WITH QUESTIONS. I HAD A SMALL PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ON THEIR MAINTENANCE PLAN, THERE IS NO TRIP CHARGE FOR REPAIRS. FOR THIS REPAIR, THE PART WAS SO MINOR, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING AT ALL!

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 6 YEARS AND THEY DO GREAT WORK. THIS IS ALSO A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY.

SHOWED GREAT CONCERN TO DO FURNACE COIL IN TIMELY MANNER AFTER OUR DUCTS WERE CLEANED.

DID NOT CHARGE US BECAUSE WE HAD A SERVICE PLAN AND WE HAD MISSED THE LAST ONE. DID COMPLETE CLEANING OF BOTH SYSTEMS.

THEY ARE A SMALLER COMPANY, AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD!

PART OF THE UNIT IS IN THE ATTIC AND IT WAS TERRIBLY HOT IN THE ATTIC. BECAUSE OF THE HEAT, THE SERVICE MAN DID A TEMPORARY REPAIR SO THAT WE WOULD HAVE AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL THE NEW PART ARRIVED. WHEN THE HEAT WAVE LET UP, THE SERVICE MAN RETURNED AND INSTALLED THE NEW PART. WE PAID NOTHING UNTIL ALL OF THE WORK WAS COMPLETED.

PRICING IS UNDER CONTRACT SO THE CHARGE WAS $0; ALWAYS ACCOMMODATE MY SCHEDULE

CLEAN UP AFTERWARD, TOLD MEMBER THAT IF SHE NEEDS ANY THING TO JUST CALL!

FIXED A PROBLEM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER HAD FIXED, CHARGED 2,000 WHEN OTHER CO. QUOTED 8,000

CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR SERVICE AGREEMENT, CALLED THEM ON SAT., NO ONE CALLED BACK. CALLED MONDAY AND SAID IT WOULD BE TUES. CONTRACT SAYS THEY'LL HAVE PRIORITY SERVICE.

DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO - RECOMMEND HIGHLY

RUDE AND NASTY ON THE PHONE. LEAKING PROBLEM AFTER RECENT SERVICE.
