All good. Not a big job but done right and on time.

Everything went smoothly. He checked it , ordered the part. We had to wait about a week for the part to come in & then he came back to replace the parts. All went well !!!!!

I was very pleased. He was able to repair two outside faucets without actually replacing the whole assemblies. He was efficient and pleasant. I would definitely call him again.

The work was done well and the men were professional. It took 4.75 hours, with 3 men, to do these repairs. It seemed like a lot of hours for the work that was done, especially with 3 men.

We were referred to Paul Henderson from another Angie's List customer and we very happy with work. They came out within an hour of calling with our basement flooding due to sump pump failure. Paul replaced pump and made some good suggestions on a backup pump possibilities.

We woke up to a flooded basement and smelly house. It came from the sewage ejector pump. Horrors. The plumber (a young man with four small children) came right out. He apologized for any delay because he had to get a baby sitter. Still, he was here in less than an hour. It took him about five minutes to find the cause of the problem and then he told me the solution. He was professional, knowledgeable, had a nice presence, and we have recommended the company to two other neighbors already. We will use this company again. Oh, the problem stemmed from one of the grand children, we suspect, flushing a little towel down the toilet and it finally worked it way into the pump pipe.

On initial request for service, the customer service person suggested that I buy the garbage disposals myself to save money. She told me the models to buy for each application and suggested a couple places to buy them. The technician showed up right on time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. He also adjusted a running toilet for me at no charge. The installation charge was for the labor only. Definitely would use them again for other plumbing issues.

Paul arrived quickly, gave an estimate and completed the work all in one day. In talking with him he said he install the cabinet knobs and did the work as the same time. He was efficient, cleaned up after himself and was very professiona.

They had a guy call in sick so Paul was double and triple booked, but he did come back to our house, as promised, at 8 pm that night to replace our water heater.

Paul himself was right on time. Performed multiple requested services in a timely, friendly fashion. Looked at a couple other miscellaneous plumbing related issues and provided both advice and estimates without charging a nickel. Overall extremely well done. Pricing seemed slightly high but might very well be industry standard. I'll definitely use him again.

When Paul came to evaluate our bathroom plumbing job for our remodel, there were some obstacles to designing a new layout for the plumbing. Paul confidently and efficiently came up with a design plan. It was clear that Paul was very experienced. He spent time thoroughly answering all of our questions. When the work was completed, the crew completed the work in a timely manner, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Later on, we identified that one of the new PVC pipes was not completely located within the new wall. They came out promptly to adjust the location of the pipe without any problems. The vast majority of work was completed with high quality and without any significant glitches. We are quite satisfied and would definitely recommend Paul Henderson Plumbing. However, I would like to explain more detail about the one aspect which had room for improvement in our opinion. Paul recommended removing the subfloor to provide access to the plumbing rather than removing the drywall below. After Paul roughed in the plumbing, we planned to set the shower base ourselves after replacing the subfloor. While pressing down on the top of the shower base to attach the PVC pipe to the drain, the gooseneck poked a big hole in our ceiling drywall in the level below and cracked the drain pipe. We asked Paul to come back, set the shower base, and repair the damage. When we asked what we should have done differently to avoid the problem, Paul didn't seem to have an answer. This tells us that Paul might have had the same difficulty if he had set the shower base. In an ideal situation, this difficulty would have been anticipated, and we would have avoided another service visit and paying extra money for them to fix a problem which might have been prevented. A relatively small annoyance in the scheme of things, but would have preferred it didn't happen. The second time we used Paul Henderson Plumbing was when the pipe draining our wastewater out of the house became disconnected and was leaking into our crawlspace - yuck! We identified the problem on a weekend, and called the emergency line. One of Paul's guys was there a few hours later. It was determined that a non-standard size part was needed which could not be obtained over the weekend, so he did a temporary fix which allowed us to use the water in our house until he could come back a couple of days later. Ordinarily there is an extra charge for emergency visits, but because they could not fully fix our problem, they did not charge us the extra fee - we were very pleased! They came back that week and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. We could not have been more satisfied with this experience!

They have done a great job replacing those items. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable with that type of work.

This is the third time I've had the heating element replaced in a 3 year old water heater. Paul removed a blown heating element from the water heater and cleaned out the sludge from the bottom of the tank that was causing the element to break. None of the other plumbers did this, they only switched out the bad element for a new one. He also gave me suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again. While he was there, he checked the water in the back up battery of my sump pump and suggested I put distilled water in the cells and showed me where and how to do that. Both Paul and his receptionist were friendly and very personable.

his company called me back right away. Jordan was at my house the same day ON TIME. He even called to say he was on his way.Jordan advised me that I needed an electrician and explained the problem. He did not charge me for the call . He followed up with me the next day to check on the situation. He was Honest, On Time, and Professional. I would recommend Paul Henderson for any Heating or plumbing job. I have already recommended this company to a friend. Great job Jordan.

I called on Thursday to see about having someone come out to replace a water shut-off value under the Master Bath sink. Even though I was right on the edge outside of their service area, they had openings and agreed to do the service. The plumber showed up about 15 minutes early, got right to work, and finished up. He was professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.
