I have a water heater that quit working. Another plumber I used gave me price to replace it without barely looking at it so I reached out to this company. They repaired it, educated me on it what to watch for, and told me I did not need to replace the water heater for awhile as my problem was very common. They have earned a customer for life and I can't speak highly enough about all aspects of their service.

It was excellent and they did a good work.

They're just so professional and they just come in and get on with the job and leave it all nice and clean and tidy.

He had given his crew a long weekend and he came and did the work himself.

Not to long after that I had them back to do some more work and I was very happy with them again. They were better priced than some of the other major plumbers in the area.

She researched many different options, as I wanted to go with a larger heater and had read reviews of both stainless steel and ceramic water heaters. She researched and presented options and expert opinion and we went with a Rheem that was everything we needed. I really appreciated the customized service and the effort to find the right solution for our needs. Paul Henderson Plumbing will be our service provider from now on.

They came out and took out the water softener. He took it apart, cleaned it and disinfected it, serviced it and put it back to together.

Hands down the best plumber I have ever do work. Speedy and efficient, as well as courteous and professional. Will definitely use him again in the near future.

Contacted the company on Monday, told them of the problem, and asked that they have a service person look at and possibly replace our primary sump pump. We were quoted an approximate price for the replacement and a service call was scheduled for Wed. At the prescribed time, Eric arrived, examined our sump pump and indicated that it was working properly now but because it was more than 12 years old, we felt a replacement was in order. Eric fully agreed. Eric answered our many questions, installed the new sump pump and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The cost for the service was exactly as previously quoted.,

They were very professional. Did a quote on a Wednesday and started the project on the following Tuesday. Price was very responsible!The quote and the time it took to complete job was right on schedule. Would defiantly use again!

Wow, a great experience with a plumber. I'm writing this review before I even pay because I was so impressed. Eric was prompt and courteous, and even came up with another way to solve the problem in order to save us (significant) money. I am now a Paul Henderson Plumbing customer.

Promptly came out when stopped working a couple days ago to diagnose and was able to light pilot light until they could fit us on the schedule. I like that this plumber gives upfront pricing, is prompt and professional (booties and drop-cloths in the house), and explains everything of why broken, not under warranty, other options, and how to use new model. Also kindly fixed a commode seat for me without padding on any extra charges. Eric has now been to our house 3x and Jordan helped today - both were great and we are glad to find a dependable, professional, fair plumber - and they run regular coupons in Carmel Current newspaper.

Very pleased with their service though it is usually a bit pricier than their competitors. I don't mind paying a bit more for them because their work is always superior.

He was very helpful and I totally trusted his judgment. They are scheduled to come back in a few weeks to set the toilet (we are waiting to do it in conjunction with new tile install).

Our water heater went out on 5/7/2015. We called that day and they had someone call us back immediately and they sent someone out that afternoon. He fixed it, but we knew it was old (12 yrs.) & needed to be replaced, but we thought we'd give it a shot trying to save money. Of course, it didn't make it through the night and they were back out on 5/8 to install a new one. Done, great, everything went well for a day, but unfortunately it had a faulty pilot light ignition. They came out Saturday, 5/9 at 7:PM until 11:PM trying to fix, could not, so sent out another tech on Mother's Day morning to install another brand new water heater. They were attentive, prompt, and professional. It was so refreshing to finally do business with a company that wants nothing more then to make their customer happy. They responded so quickly to every phone call, promptly calling us back and letting us know what was going on, even at 11:30 at night! When they told us a time when someone would be out, they were here, at that time.....no 2-4 hr. windows! Our service call on 5/7, was credited towards the new water heater, which I really appreciated. Also, I had 3 different techs out here and every single one was courteous and helpful. Our tech on Mother's Day had 4 little ones at home and I felt horrible having to drag him away from his family, but that is just the way they operate. They want to get the job done and to your satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend.

They were really excellent. They returned my call right away and set up the appointment quickly. They were wonderful.

First of all, I have had this slow leak for quite a while. I hired another plumber several months ago to take a look at it. That plumber automatically said it was the upstairs tub drain and replaced. It was not the tub drain as the leak continued. Eric Allen arrived in plenty of time for our appointment. Eric was friendly, knowledgable and determined to find the problem. He was very thorough, going up and down stairs, looking for any signs of moisture and even walking around outside the house. He knew the problem was related to water coming in from the roof to the kitchen vent. He knew exactly where to cut the drywall to expose the leak and the wet subfloor above. I was dreading all the drywall dust in the kitchen and that a large section of the ceiling would be torn up and possiblty some wallpaper damage. I needn't have worried. He took care to lay tarps, clean his shoes, and cleaned up after himself. He got right in and fixed the leak. I am left with two small drywall holes to fix, very easy. I am very pleased with the work and confident my leak problem has been resolved.

Informed us that the sink disposal is rusted and that it will generate an odor, but is otherwise fine. Trustworthy, didn't try to sell me a new part when the old one just needed clearing out and also gave me an allen wrench to turn the disposal in case it gets stuck again in the future. This company is not looking to get rich off its customers which is what I'm looking for with Angie's List. Reputable, fair service providers.
