Very good, didn't take too long to fix, checked shut off valve so that it worked properly. Added new hose from shut off valve to tank.

I called and spoke with Nicole. I told her that I wanted the valves replaced. I asked her if she had any idea of the cost for such work. She said "hold on a moment" and she would asked one of the plumbers. (I had called another company before calling Paul Henderson and they would not quote an estimate). She came back on the phone and said the cost generally runs between $225.00 and $375.00 depending on the time involved and amount of work to be done. The plumber would let me know when he arrived. I then scheduled an appointment for 12/18/14. Nicole called on 12/17/14 and said a technician was available if I would like for him to come over at this time. I said sure since I was home. Eric arrived and took a look at the valves. He asked if I had tightened them up. I told him I had tried but the still leak. He tightened them up and they actually stopped leaking. I could have left it at that; but, I asked him for a quote to replace the valves. He said around $225.00. I asked him to go ahead and replace the valves just for "my own peace of mind". He had to move a freezer and the washer in order to get to the valves. He took off the old valves installed by the builder in 1992 and replaced them with up to date ones. He ran the washer and tested all for any leaks. He made sure that the hot water heater was up and running (he had put it in the pilot light position while doing the repair work). Everything was spotless as he cleaned up after his work. The final cost was $220.00. I had $40 off coupon which made the final cost $180.00. This was way at the low end of the original quote. Eric was pleasant to talk with as he explained the work he was performing . Nicole was also a pleasure to speak with. Thanks to all for your professionalism. I discovered water on the floor and under the sink Thanksgiving evening and determined that the garbage disposal was leaking. I called Paul Henderson Plumbing early the next morning and got the answering service, but a company rep returned my call within 5 minutes. He explained that the company observed that day as a holiday and any service would be at time & one half. I appreciated being told that up front, and the rep explained that he could schedule me for first thing Monday morning, which he did. Two technicians arrived by 8:20 a.m. and got right to work. They quickly replaced my old disposal with the new one I had purchased at Menard's, tested it, and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and polite, and I would certainly call them again.

We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing for the past 3 years. They always do a great job. He put in a faucet and pop up assembly in three bathroom faucets. He he also replaced missing and broken nuts, reinstalled supply and drain lines, tested for leaks.

Made appointment yesterday for today. Bob of Henderson Plumbing arrived right on time today. Bubble tested the line. He made the recommendation for fixing the problem, and quickly went about replacing the line. Then Retested for leaks. In less than an hour he was finished, restarted the furnace and water heater, and was on his way.

We had purchased the water softener and reverse osmosis system through Home Depot, but the Home Depot installers were quoting $609 for the work - 2/3 for the filtration and 1/3 for the water softener. Because the filtration system is billed as a 'do-it-yourself' project, it seemed steep to be paying $400 for them to do it. So we called Paul Henderson, and the office person estimated $500-$600, depending upon the time ($150/hour, plus materials). We took a chance, assuming that the job would end up taking less time, and save us some money compared to Home Depot. Bob arrived a bit before the scheduled time, ready to work. He had all the tools he needed to solder some extensions to the pipes so they would allow the GE water softener to fit where the previous one had been. The whole operation for this appliance took a bit less than 2 hours. Then he went to work on the under-the-sink filtration system, and had that together in a flash! He said he had a similar system in his own home - nothing like experience to ensure a quality job! Bob gave us basic instructions on both units, and put salt into the water softener. We were very pleased with Bob and his plumbing skill. And of course the savings of $150 over Home Depot. He mentioned that one of the plumbers at Paul Henderson can be reached 24 x 7, which is also a great service. We will use Paul Henderson from now on.

Paul and Bob came out yesterday to look at a project I had involving cleaning up a wet area behind my water heater and installing a gas line to my fireplace for future gas logs. While Bob was here today to do the work, he found and explained to me several areas that were not done properly by prior plumbers with my water heater. It took over six hours to complete the work and I was impressed with the level of pride of workmanship displayed by Bob. PAUL, YOU NEED TO GIVE BOB A RAISE!!!!!

This review is long overdue. With the large numbers of storms that have rolled in this summer, I have complete peace of mind that my basement won't flood - thanks entirely to Paul Henderson Plumbing. I have put off installing a back-up sump pump for years because of the cost. I had been in contact with Sharla on several occasions, and she was always pleasant and responsive. I shopped around to several other companies and received bids, but Paul Henderson Plumbing was the best price and very patient with me while I made a decision. Bob was the plumber that made the trek to my house; very polite and courteous. He arrived on time and finished earlier than originally quoted. I appreciated the great service from everyone I encountered at Paul Henderson Plumbing and would definitely use them again for any plumbing challenges based on my experience.

Their labor charges were fair as compared to some of the larger companies. They honored both a $40 coupon and $15 discount for being an Angie's List member. Eric, the technician was exceptional and explained and showed me everything he was doing. Eric was very organized, kind and thorough.

The company is very responsive when called, no matter what time of the day or night.

They came by to look at our water softener and quote to fix or replace. Turned out it did need replacing which was somewhat expected. They were on time, quick, professional, and knowledgable. We decided not to get a new softener from them because they primarily offered high end softener which our home did not require.

I had a $40 coupon which I why I chose this provider. The service provider arrived on time, took his shoes off so the carpet didn't get dirty, performed the service quickly and proficiently and left. Great experience. Will use them again.

Sharla did a great job coordinating and scheduling all the different times that we needed a plumber to keep the project moving. Paul and Jordon were both very helpful! Their excellent service on a couple small issues last year made us decide to use them for this major project! Good people!

The service has been very good. They were able to fit us in quickly and the technicians were all helpful and knowledgeable. They were honest and they did not say that the faucets had to be replaced when they just needed repaired. They worked with my home warranty company on a sump pump that I purchased to get them to pay for that. They identified a problem with the outdoor drainage with the sump pump and they gave a recommendation of another company to get that repaired.

Emergency service on the weekend for broken mainline valve. Very helpful, responsive and reasonable. Will be calling Paul again. Thanks for getting me out of a weekend jam.

Stayed home from work for a 9:00 AM appointment to repair a leak. Plumber did not show nor call. I called their office at 9:45 and Nicole said she would check. 10 minutes later I was informed that his vehicle had broken down and they were going to send a tow truck. Surely, he has a phone and could have called. This is unacceptable service.

Quickly diagnosed problem. Old sump was continually running, and needed replaced. Answered all questions, and installed new pump same day as inspection.

New sump pump was installed. Approximate price was quoted in advance, including incorporating existing back-up pump. So far so good.

I called Paul Henderson Plumbing to schedule a date for them to come out to tend to a pluming issue in the basement. The appointment was scheduled for 8 days later!! I was more than a bit disappointed at the length of time it was going to take but I went along with it b/c we've used Paul in the past and we're pretty loyal consumers. My husband cancelled several appointments in order to get home at 1 pm to meet them. At 1:45 he called Paul Henderson Plumbing and was told that a tech was out there at 11 and no one was home. Even if this was a mis-communication on time, I would assume that the tech would have a phone number to call. I NEVER received a phone call to say he was at my house or else I would have gone over to meet him. After calling again, I was told it was going to be another 5 days before they could schedule us in because WE missed the appointment. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Paul Henderson installed a water heater, water softener, reverse osmosis system and performed numerous plumbing services for us over the past 10 years, but I will NEVER use that company again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone else.

Paul was able to respond within an hour of my call. He worked quickly and did an excellent job. This id=s the third or fourth time that I've used Paul and I will do so again for any plumbing issues.

I first contacted Paul Henderson plumbing after my water heater leaked out; my second water heater in 9 years, this one lasting just 5 years! Paul Henderson himself came out and removed the old water heater, however before just going ahead and putting in another one he did a full examination of the old heater to try and discover why I was getting such a short life span out of what was now two heaters. He discovered several reasons behind the early retirement of the heater. He installed an expansion chamber and recommended some other proactive maintenance measures no plumber had ever mentioned before to help extend the life of the heater. Following my hugely positive first experience I got Paul Henderson plumbing out again to remodel the plumbing in my guest shower and repair a highly annoying dripping faucet. The work performed this time was to the same exceptional high standard as my first experience. The work was done in the suggested time line and accompanied by a great price. If you want a great, honest, no nonsense plumber with a fantastic upstanding character and an great eye for quality and detail look no further. I have already passed on the good word about Paul Henderson Plumbing to neighbors and friends. I am so pleased I found Paul Henderson Plumbing to take care of my plumbing needs from now on.

Paul Henderson provided itemized estimate, unlike others who lumped all items into one total price. He also offered a discount if all repairs were scheduled in one visit. Two employees (owner and another) arrived on time on day of service and completed the work in less than 4 hours, including all cleanup. Paul Henderson was extremely pleasant and efficient--we would recommend this service to others and use it again ourselves.

I was very pleased and I thought they did a very good job. They seemed knowledgeable. The young man that came was polite, and knew what he was doing. It didn’t take them long to do the job and about the time they indicated it would take.

We could not have been happier with Paul. He fixed a firepit problem quickly and efficiently, a problem other experts could not fix. Leaky hose bib replaced efficiently as well. Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Reamed out the hot water opening on the hot water tank, put back together. Knew exactly what was wrong with the faucet handle on the tub without looking at it. Had the parts and made the repair. Was here for less than an hour. I am very impressed and will use this plumber again if I need a plumber. Super work.
