It was a very good service. They cleaned it up to the point that it looks like new. They were very competent.

It went extremely smoothly. We looked at their showroom to get an idea of what we wanted, and the staff there were very informative and helpful and made our decision making easy. The installers arrived promptly within the time expected. Our gas line ran right below our fireplace in the basement, so they just had to run the line straight up into the fireplace. The whole thing went smoothly and quickly, and the workmen were very friendly and professional. The overall price for the installation and logs was less than half the estimated price for just the gas line installation from another company. I would definitely recommend this company.

We purchased the gas logs at the store, which was a good experience, but I was most impressed with the install crew who were very professional and extremely nice.

They were running late which wasn't a big deal because I was going to be home all day. They called and told us when they were going to be here (only 30 minutes later than they originally said, I think most places probably wouldn't have even called). They arrived and they were very polite, they knew exactly what to do (one of the guys was the one that originally installed the gas logs). It didn't take long at all. They seemed very pleased that they were able to deliver what we had asked for and I detected a sense of pride in the work they did which is great. Well done.

I thought that they were very knowledgeable and had a lot of choices. I went to their store and the service people were very helpful. They were able to explain to us the differences and options. They also came out to the house to measure because we had an unusual opening. I thought it was a good experience and we haven't had any problem so far.

I found them on Angies list. I like them. I have used their services twice. They are professional and responsive. I would always use them.

Installing a new Gas Grill to a natural gas line. The parts provided in the Grill's conversion kit did not fit the gas line. A check on line did not fine any support or descriptions of what was needed. I stopped in at O'malia's store and the staff imediately responded to my questions, provided documentation in a drawing and recommended the exact parts needed for pipe to grill connection. They also asked if I had various pipe tapoe or goop, plus suggestions on the steps in the connection. The staff also provided a card with store number and their personal cell phone in case I had a question after hours.

Everything went fine. No problems whatsoever.

They had just what we wanted. We did have a minor problem with it, but they worked on it until they had it fixed. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get it working. They work until their customer is satisfied.

Everything went great. Prices were fair.

Wonderful. I had to do this in stages since I was having a new patio put in. So they ran the gas piping from the house to outside and then came back to run the lines to the fire pit. After the fire pit was completed, they came out and installed the "ring of fire" and the mechanicals for the fire pit.

Without knowing all of the ins and outs, it made sense for us to shop for gas logs at a local store where real help and knowledge was available. That's what we found here. If we hadn't, we'd have left. I'd done extensive research on the Internet and knew the type of set I wanted, but found that even with that, I wasn't as well-informed as I'd thought I was. We made a choice that made it simpler and less expensive through the help we received by their inside salesman.

Took it in to be replaced. Took them about a week.

Buying the grill, we already knew we wanted to buy a Broilmaster grill. (Had one before and loved it. Love the new one, too.)Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. Salespeople are not on commission at O'Malia's. Broilmasters don't go on sale and the price is pretty much the same, regardless of the dealer, so pricing was as expected. We looked at some other brands, but when we came back about 4 weeks later, Helen O'Malia took our order personally. She's a very nice lady. Delivery and installation. The installers (2 fellows) arrived promptly at the appointed date and time. As it turned out, the day was one of those un-Godly hot ones we had in August. They obviously knew what they were doing and got started without delay. Although they were focused on their work, they were still friendly and good-natured. Very pleased with their work. The grill itself is great! Buy a Broilmaster if you're going to buy a grill! The entire enclosure is cast aluminum and holds the heat much better than similar stainless steel brands. Not as pretty as SS, but much more efficient. Lots of other nice features, too. O'Malia's tossed in a nice brass grill brush and a grate lifter. Be sure you buy the grill cover!

He did a good job they are top of line, high quality work and materials. I wouldn't call anyone else because I trust them. The service guy was very personable, and very helpful he even recommended someone to clean my chimney.

I think they are always responsive and they do a good job. I don't have to be home. They just leave the bill in the grill. They do come my place, as it is a built in grill. I have used this company for about 10 years.

It went great. It could not have been better. They explained things well when they were doing the work. They are really good about getting the style of logs we wanted.

Not too bad. Sometimes it takes patience when new parts have to be ordered. But all considering it went just fine and I am happy.

I thought there was a gas leak. They thought it might have been due to the gas logs, they checked them out and they did not charge me for it, so I continued to do business with them. I also think they had the most realistic logs.

Very good experience. The salesman in the store was very helpful and honest. The installers were great; they did an excellent job on a not so easy installation. I'm very satisfied!

Very pleased with the selection of product, scheduling, promptness of arrival on the day of installation, measurements prior to drilling access holes, cleanliness of work. Installers were polite, courteous and willing to answer any of our questions during and after the installation.

Stopped in the store to choose fireplace logs. My wife and I shopped from the front of the store to the back for 20 minutes. Absolutely none of the customer service people said a word to us. So we left. Estimated cost was $75.
