It was really good. He came out and super cleaned the fireplace and did a great job. They were really responsive and super nice.

on 11/22 almost 2 weeks later someone called to say that my request had been misplaced, but they could now try to set up a service call. I explained that I had already had it fixed by someone else.

He arrived punctually, at exactly 8 am. As rare it is to have a service technician show up on time. He was not only on time, he was not early. It is just as frustrating to me when a technician comes half an hour early. On time is at the time of the appointment. I showed him to my fireplace. He asked me what was wrong, and explained what he needed to do to diagnose the problem. I had been told ahead of time that it was probably the thermocouple, because that was the only thing ever malfunctioned on gas log fireplaces. He determined it was not the thermocouple. The air-fuel line intake hole was clogged, and he simply cleaned it. He then showed me what to do if this were to happen again. He also pointed out that I should not move the logs after they had been placed. He then listed several issues I might have, and how to correct them. I asked him about a concern I had with another fireplace in my home. He showed me what was causing the problem, and how to clean the fire box and glass screen. Overall, it could not have gone better. He had the job completed in a very short time.

Steve Scully took the time to come out and carefully inspect our Mendota fireplace. He did not charge us the estimated amount of the service call, because the maintenance did not need to be done at this time. He is very honest and thorough, and takes a lot of pride in the work he does. We have been extremely happy with Steve when he installed the fireplace for us, and are continuously impressed by his strong work ethic. We will definitely call him for any future maintenance/repairs we need with this fireplace.

It went very well and we are very pleased with the result.

Quickly and cleanly. It only took about an hour. Both workers were neat, clean and polite. They obviously knew what they were doing!

The interaction with the company was very brief, but they were very helpful and would definitely use them again. We know where to go if we ever break that glass piece again.

Overall the job was excellent and the price was right.

We pruchased the gas log system from O'Malia's (with a real fireman helping us!) and had them do the installation. The install went as planned, with everyone arriving on time with the correct supplies. I appreciate that they brought and used their own drop-cloths and covered their shoes with cloth mitts every time they walked into my living room. They were even very sweet to the dog and cat :) It was such a good experience.

O'Malia's Fireplace Shop is amazing from the receptionist to the guys that fix the grills. This company is runned by the owner and it runs like a and quot;well oiled machineand quot;. Everyuone is customer service oriented and they are truly a quality established. I have a high end grill and they are always able to diagonse and repair the problem Both Mike and Dennis work on grills and I would not have anyone else touch it. O'Maila's is head and should above any competition in the Indianpaolis area. Use them -- you will not be disappointed. Thier in-store shop is also outstanding and the presentation of products could not be better.

O'Malia's gave me a price ahead of the service and performed exactly what was quoted in a very professional manner.

The installer, Mike, was wonderful. He spent a good amount of time looking at various options for how to install the requested gas lines. The estimated cost was $750 (they have a $250 minimum install X 3). Mike told me that if I purchased the gas logs, etc from O'Malia's then he would hook them up while running the gas lines, but could not do this for logs purchased from another company. Fair enough, I understand that. When I went to O'Malia's to see their selection of gas logs, I quickly realized that their selection is VERY limited and their prices are at least twice as expensive as similar models that I can purchase elsewhere. When I mentioned to Ms. O'Malia that we would only do the gas line installation, she told me that they would not honor the estimate and that my appointment would and quot;take away from a customer who purchased the logs from O'Malia'sand quot;. This was a waste of my time and the installer's time and O'Malia's policy should be explained up-front. As it stands, I've invested close to 3 hours with this company for nothing. Ms. O'Malia's tone was completely non-conciliatory and left me with a very bad impression of the entire company. I will never do business with O'Malia's, and another company will enjoy earning my $750+ within week

We met Mr. O'Malia at his store where he helped us choose the glass doors used to update the look of our gas fireplace. He came to our house to verify our choice and measure our opening. After the remodel of our fireplace and hearth was completed, he installed the reface. He was knowledgeable and prompt and the product is outstanding.

I contacted the company to get an estimate on work and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She scheduled service for me and two gentleman showed up. They were both super polite and respectful of keeping my house clean. They fixed the indoor fireplace so that it worked with the wall switch and were very careful to explain to me how everything worked so I could reset it myself if necessary. They also cleaned and replaced parts on my outdoor grill. It is looking 100% better and now I can actually use it to cook out!They cleaned up everything and were just great.

They were prompt and were effiecient on the installation. The logs have held up pretty well.

They also sell outdoor furniture. I used them previously to install a gas log inside my house. The work was excellent; I called several other places and they are the least expensive. They came when they said; brought two people then did the job and left. They are very professional; you are dealing with one of the best in town.

I got several estimates and they were by far the lowest. The man came out and did it all by hand. He did a great job and was very quick. They were a pleasure to deal with.

They do great grill repair; they cleaned and fixed my grill. They are reliable and do a fabulous job.

They first sent out a crew that cleaned it and diagnosed the problem. Mrs. Omalias called when the parts were in and set up an appointment. They came back and installed the new valves. I was happy with the service. They were here when they said they would be.

I don't remember how much I spent on their services. My husband paid for it. They did what I'd asked them to do and it stayed fixed for the year. I didn't really talk to them. I will use them again in the future.

They put in my grill in 20 years ago. They replace the whole thing.
