Description of Work: ON TIME! On the dot!!! Cleaned up everything and took precautions to prevent dust, etc. Efficient and professional installers. At retail store associates were patient and helpful making each individual feel most important!!!

Description of Work: My wife and I paid a visit to O'Malia's and picked the fireplace doors we wanted installed. At that time we set up a time for Kevin to come out a do the measurements. He was right on time and very friendly and efficient in measuring for our doors. At this time we also picked out the trim pieces and the color of the metal and glass that the doors would be made of.In about 4 weeks, which was what we were promised, we received a call from O'Malia's telling us that the doors were in. We then scheduled a day and time for the installation. The installer was right on time and had our new doors installed perfectly in less than an hour. All in all it was one of the most effortless purchase/installation experiences I have had for a long time. I would definitely use them again and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Description of Work: Purchase and installation was flawless.....Mike and Dennis installed the unit and did such a professional job. Very tidy and neat.....no mess what so ever. Sales room had a good display of logs.....I only needed to bring the dimensions of my fireplace.

Description of Work: I CALLED O''MALIA''S FIREPLACE SHOP AND ASKED IF THEY HAD 16 INCH VENT-FREE GAS LOGS. ANSWER, YES. I ASKED IF THEY WERE ALWAYS IN STOCK OR DID I NEED TO ORDER THEM? ANSWER, ALWAYS THERE IN STOCK. I MENTIONED I WOULD BE COMING THE NEXT DAY TO PURCHASE 3 OF THEM AND THE CONVERSATION ENDED. I GO THE NEXT DAY, AND----THEY DO NOT CARRY 16 INCH LOG IN THE STORE. THEY WOULD HAVE TO GO GET THEM SO I HAD TO COME BACK AGAIN THE NEXT DAY SINCE I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE TO CARMEL.
