Omalia's was great to work with. Mike and Dennis both did a great job and all went smoothly.

They arrived on time to install the logs. The man who came was very polite and even took his shoes off at the door unasked! He laid down a blanket so when working in the fireplace there wouldn't be a mess on my carpet later. When finished he showed me how to use my fireplace.

I was very happy with their responsiveness and they were very nice.

The gentleman who came out did a nice job of inspecting my BBQ grill and making sure it was safe for me to use. He also explained to me how it worked and what would need to be repaired in the near future. He then fixed the gas light in my front yard and explained to me how to replace the mantle and light it. Overall I was happy with the results. For service alone I think they are a little high priced but you also get what you pay for. I had purchased gas fireplace logs in the past and felt that the pricing on that particular purchase and installation was more than fair.

They did a nice job. I had to call them twice to get appointment scheduled. Seems odd, but they have to fax over work order to some other location? Anyway, that was unique and cumbersome, but once they got here, it was fine.

He reviewed where to turn gas off to whole house or where to turn gas off to the fireplace. Repairman did a very good job and advised us as to possible future problems.

We haven't made any purchases yet, but were very pleased with the appearance and selection of the store as well as the helpfulness of the salesman. He answered all of our questions about the different types of gas logs and fireplace doors that we were interested in. We got an idea of the cost and will be returning to make a purchase within a few months.

Kevin O'Malia was very helpful and informative. Showed us the types of doors that we might consider to reduce the airflow, but he was honest in stating that there had to be some airflow due to the gas logs. We have decided to investigate another option first before we replace the doors.

We decided to have the builder go ahead and install the gas logs during the building process.

Called and explained what we needed. Serviceman was promptly scheduled. Service was rendered and explanation of problems and work done was included on the invoice. Very prompt and professional.

The builder had this company on their selections sheet so I went in to pick logs out. They all looked the same and not much different than what Airtron was offering. I felt like they were too busy to spend too much time with me and their prices were more. They have a good reputation so the next time I'm shopping for logs, I will give them another look.

One was cracked to begin with. After they replaced the gas heads the mantle started getting blown out. The first time they replaced the mantle. I had replaced the mantle 4 times. This had never happened in 16 years. They said there would be a service charge to look at the problem. One of the mantles blew out. I noticed that not only the mantle but also a glass. Now I have to spend $400 to get them fixed, and two will not light. I didn't get the deal I paid for.

Two man crew arrived on time, were polite, neat and clean, very efficient. Successfully converted wood fireplace to gas fireplace in 2 hours.

They were very efficient. They could have charged me much more and I would have never known the difference. They were fast, smart and to the point. These guys are really very knowledgeable about this specialty.

We were well satisfied with the gas logs we purchased and with the installation.

I think they used a sub contractor to do the work. He called to schedule at a very early hour. Did good work. Came with another worker. Were here for a very short time.

SAVED ME OVER $300. GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY WERE KIND AND COURTEOUS. I AM RAVING ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE JUST EXCELLENT. THE GUY WHO INSTALLED HAD OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR GAS COMPANY- VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DON'T JUST CONVERT FIREPLACES, THEY CREATE FIREPLACES.

THE SERVICE PERSON WAS EXEMPLARY IN GIVING ME SPECIFICATION AND PRICING INFORMATION RELATED TO ALL COMPONENTS OF A FIREPLACE. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER BREAKDOWN. I WAS READY TO CLOSE THE DEAL, BUT I WANTED TO INCLUDE TILE OR SOME SIMILAR SURROUND FOR THE FIREPLACE. THE SALESPERSON WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME ANY ESTIMATE AS THAT WORK IS SUB-CONTRACTED. SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE THE SUB-CONTRACTOR CALL ME, BUT I DID NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF TIME SO I WENT ELSEWHERE.
