Description of Work: John fixed our washer and before even coming out called ahead and guessed on the part we would need and was sure to have it on hand (this avoided us having to pay him for two visits). Description of Work: I called for a fridge repair and left a message at 2:30 on Friday. On Monday at 2:30 I called him again because I hadn't heard back for an estimate or return contact. Upon talking to him he said that I should have left a model number of my fridge and I didn't so he didn't call me back. I wanted to give him a 2nd chance because his ratings were good on Angie's List. He came out on Thursday to repair and replace the icemaker. It took about 25 minutes to fix and it was $257.55 with Angie's List coupon. Very nice man and he gave me tips on my dishwasher too. A little hard to communicate with because he returns all phone calls himself, but there is a positive side to that too.

Description of Work: John couldn't have been more delightful. He has a great personality, yet maintains a very professional demeanor. He came promptly and did the work efficiently and quickly. He asked me if I wanted the appliance (Whirlpool washer) left as he found it, or put back even with the wall. I was most impressed with the fact that he took a quick look, assessed the problem, took out his calculator, and immediately told me how much the cost was going to be. I also appreciated that he advised me that the washer still had a lot of life left in it, and was well worth repairing. Actual work done was to replace the lid switch.
