It went well. Good communication, reasonable pricing, and was able to fix the problem. Only downside was time to order part needed, but that is just the world we live in these days. Once part got delivered he was out next day to finish repair. Would recommend and use again if needed.

The technician came at the appointed time. I recognized him from a refrigerator/freezer service call we had several years before. He assessed the issues, determined it could not be repaired (too old) and discussed good choices (from a repair perspective) when choosing a new model. He was very knowledgeable and affable. He was not here for more than 25 minutes, if that and the service charge was comparable to other service providers..

Awesome. Gave advice over the phone which lead to the problem being the dryer vent and not the dryer when he could have easily come out and charged for a service call. Got the vent cleaned and all is good. We have used his service previously and have always had a very good experience. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Mathew was great -- contacted us quickly -- after we sent a text with photos of our refrigerator and ice maker he called again -- saying it was design problem with the ice maker -- and if someone tried to correct the problem there was a chance the refrigerator would be ruined. While no work was performed -- we plan to call him again for any repairs needed -- because of his honesty and professionalism.

Efficient, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have used their services 3 or 4 times already over the last 14 years and I would be using their service again if needed.

Very well. He wasn't able to get to me until Friday ( I called over the previous weekend). He contacted me several times throughout the week providing triage tips to better diagnose the issue. When he got to the house he was able to quickly fix the issue and also fix another small issue with our dryer. Overall he spend just over an hour and got everything fixed.
