Description of Work: Had used before. His primary business is Carmel. Marion County is after thought. Said he MIGHT have helped if we were there in the afternoon but could not commit. Asked for commitment a s specific date and time 2 weeks later and said he could not do this due to other possible customers. Not being able to commit when no work on schedule demonstrates an unwillingness to really service our area so another more conscientious provider was obtained.

Description of Work: Based upon previous experiences with the problem with my dishwasher his suggestion was to dispose of it as the cost of the part was expensive and the manufacturer's suggested fix to the problem has not worked on similar repairs.
