John returned my phone call right away and was able to come out the same day. He repaired the vent coil on the dryer and did a maintenance check on the washer and found a couple of issues and promptly fixed those. Very pleased with the response and the work.

Mr. Matthews was professional. We believe he advised us correctly that the unit was not broken, just not designed for the area. His charge for the estimate, including the Angie's list discount, was more than fair since he had to make 2 trips.

John come out the same day that I called him and repaired my dryer. John was very polite and professional and the price was reasonable.

John came personally to do the service work and made a trip the same day called. His follow-up visit to replace the timer dial was done as scheduled, and he was prompt on both visits. Very pleasant person who also offered suggestions for future improvements related to the appliance's operation.

John is a refreshing presence in an industry that some of his competition has tainted. He's personable and is diligent to solve the problem. He sought out the most cost-effective repair route before arriving on the conclusion of replacing the entire ice-making unit. I imagine as John's reputation continues to grow on Angie's List, that I'll have to wait a little longer for his attention... but it'll be worth it.

Appointment was made same day. He gave us a phone call to let us know when to expect him, so we were not waiting around the house all day. Excellent service. Very personable. Explained the problem and how to avoid other issues in the future. Very highly recommend!!!

JOHN CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED OUR DISHWASHER. I THINK THE ACTUAL CHARGE WAS A LITTLE LESS THAN $50. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS.

JOHN WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY WE CALLED, WAS VERY PROMPT, AND HAD THE NECESSARY PARTS ON HAND TO REPAIR THE FRIDGE.

JOHN WAS PUNCTUAL, POLITE AND FAST. WE CALLED HIM IN THE EARLY MORNING AFTER THE MAIN KNOB ON OUR WASHER BROKE OFF. WITHIN ABOUT 5 HOURS OF OUR CALLING, HE HAD TRACKED DOWN A REPLACEMENT KNOB, CAME AND INSTALLED IT. GRANTED, THIS WAS A MINOR JOB, BUT WE WOULD HIRE HIM FOR A LARGER JOB BASED ON HIS EFFECTIVENESS IN THIS CASE.

EXCELLENT. ARRIVED THE SAME MORNING I CALLED. FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. VERY PLEASANT AND OFFERED TIPS TO PREVENT A RECURRENCE OF THE PROBLEM. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT HE CAME PREPARED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, UNLIKE OTHERS WHO SLAP YOU WITH A ''DIAGNOSIS'' VISIT AND THEN COME SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO DO THE REPAIR. PARTS WERE ALSO PRICED VERY REASONABLY UNLIKE OTHERS WHO CHARGE ABSURD MARK-UPS. NICE TO KNOW WHO WE CAN GO TO IN THE FUTURE!

ALTHOUGH MR. MATHEW DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO ANY WORK FOR ME, I FEEL I HAVE TO COMMENT ON HIS RESPONSIVENESS AND HELPFULNESS. I DISCOVERED THE FREEZER OF MY REFRIGERATOR HAD QUIT AT 3PM TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. IN RESPONSE TO MY FRANTIC PHONE CALL, MR. MATHEW ARRIVED IN AN HOUR OR SO, IN SPITE OF THE THREATENING SNOWSTORM. WHEN HE DETERMINED MY REFRIGERATOR WASN'T FIXABLE, HE EVEN MADE A PHONE CALL TO HELP ME TRACK DOWN A REPLACEMENT. THANKS TO HIS HELP, AND ANGIE'S LIST (I, OF COURSE, CHECKED HIS SOURCE HERE FIRST) I HAD A NEW REFRIGERATOR THE NEXT DAY. CHRISTMAS DINNER WAS SAVED!
