He came out the next day after we called. It turns out there was nothing wrong. He could have told us anything, but was honest enough to say that it did not need anything.

Mr. Mathew answered my first call personally, which I appreciated, obtained info about my machine & problem, & scheduled a call for the next day. He called early in the morning of the next day to get directions & tell me when he would arrive, which I again appreciated. He arrived at the designated time, professionally introduced himself to me & proceeded to accomplish the work as described above. He was most professional, neat in appearance, helpful & answered several questions I asked. I felt his rate was very reasonable and I most certainly would recommend him to anyone & I most definitely will call him again if the need arises. I was very pleased.

I was charged the minimum fee but that was all. It was reliable service and very worth my while. I would use them again.

The job was done very well. Mr. Matthews went to some lengths to get the needed information from me so that the work could be done correctly. I had some problems correctly identifying the model of the machine and he made sure that all things were in order before the repair visit.

Mathew Appliance returned my call quickly, scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived as scheduled. He was polite and worked quickly and kept my bill to a minimum. When asked about the need to replace my washer (now 15 years old) he gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of washing machines and recommended that I keep the machine I have. Even though my washer hoses did not need to be replaced, we discussed their probable remaining life and I decided to have them replaced. All in all, he was very knowledgeable and informative. I would certainly recommend his work to others.

Did a good job. Was prompt in responding to calls. Took a couple of days for him to get to us, but that was ok (as we didn't need a same day repair). We were happy with the overall service.

I called in the morning, and he was there around noon. It was very quick! He was nice, patient with my messy house, and fixed the dryer in no time. The only other thing I would have liked is that he would have cleaned up all the dirt on the floor after he fixed the dryer.

John had just been at my house the week before to repair my washer. I knew just who to call. He came quickly and worked efficiently. He did more work than was required and told me how to avoid the same problem in the future.

Found problem in motor and switch. Advised on cost of repair and the cost of a comparable new washer. He even double checked availability of part to be ordered and when he would be able to repair once parts were in. In the long run a new washer made the most sense. Would be happy to use this company again.
