They were polite on the phone, punctual, quick and were knowledgeable about the repair. They gave welcome and generous advice on how to keep the problem from repeating.

He told me how I could have the work done for less money, by instructing me how to do the work. However, I opted for him to do the work. The work only took about five minutes. I don't remember the exact price, but I do remember that it was under $100. He not only fixed the problem, but gave me instructions for future problems.

This was a terrific experience!! Mr. Mathew took my phone call first thing in the morning and was at my home shortly after 11 a.m. I was so pleasantly surprised that he could make the repairs that day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty heater. He also showed me the failure in the old heater. He also took the time to recommend the cleaning of our dryer vent and gave me the name of a service provider that handled that work (also an Angie's List provider). He could not have been more accommodating, kind, polite and pleasant to do business with. He also applied his Angie's List coupon. I would highly recommend him and will call him right away if I ever have another problem with an appliance! This is the best experience I have had with a service provider in a long time!

My experience with this company has been excellent. I have used Mathew Appliance before and have always been pleased. John responded quickly, efficiently, and professionally and also offered many tips in the use and care of my machine to help me get the most out of it.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Mr. Mathew explained in detail to me exactly what was causing the problem and what he would do to return my dryer to working properly. He replaced the defective pulley with a more efficient one. I was quite pleased with him attention to detail and pleasant manner. As advertised, I received the Angie's List discount.

Our washing machine stopped during the middle of a wash cycle, it was filled with water and towels. I called John at 9:00 in the morning, and he was the same morning. By noon he had fixed the washer and I could finish that load.

He's really personable, kind, prompt, and professional. I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!

He repaired the refrigerator just a few days after he ordered the parts. He was quick and neat.

John replaced a dryer motor and in a short time the dryer was working just like new.

THEY CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY, WERE PROMPT AND POLITE.

John came back with the part about 4 business days later. I had originally told him I needed the dryer fixed within two days and instead of saying he could do that, he told me it would take 7-10 business days to get the part in stock. He set up very realistic expectations, even though I wanted it done sooner. Anyways, he came back to fix the dryer with control board in hand and then determined the thermistor was also bad. Now he needed to get this part. He tracked the part down and returned the following day to replace that part and now my dryer works. Even though he came back twice, I was only charged the once service call fee and my laundry area was found the way I had left it. John cleaned up after himself. He also provided me with a few tips about other appliances, which was much appreciated. Overall, John did an excellent job!

Arrived very promptly, within an hour of my call. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was wrong and had the needed parts on hand. Very professional. Performed repairs quickly and accurately. We've had no problems since! Thanks for a job well done.

It went very well. Mr. Matthew returned my call promptly, asked good questions before arriving, was able to quickly diagnose the problem, pick up a part and repair the refrigerator. Price came in under estimate and repair was made quickly.

John made it very clear that he didn't like to work on Bosch dishwashers as they apparently are very difficult to service. However, he ultimately got the job done and was very thorough in explaining what he had done and why. The overall cost seemed high, but it appears the repair will last and not result in a repeat of the original problem, which at least partly was due to improper installation.

I called to see about getting a new ice maker installed. John answered the phone and said he could come out the next day which he did. I was given an accurate estimate over the phone. He came out the next morning and replaced the ice maker. He is such a super nice guy we will continue to use this company and recommend him to friends.

I called the company in the morning and they were able to accommodate me later that day. Mr. Mathew was prompt, gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, and gave a recommendation for future appliance purchase.

I called John on Friday afternoon. He came on Monday to repair refrigerator. He asked sufficient questions on Friday to surmise the problem. He came with repair parts. He was timely, polite and fixed the problem.

John is excellent to work with. He took the time to explain what he thought he should do as well as brainstorm the difficulty with us. He is competent and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend him.

John was wonderful. This is the second time I have hired him, and I would hire him again. We thought we would need to buy a new fridge/freezer, but all it needed was a little drain cleaning. He took time to explain to me how to prevent it from happening again. Our washer had a slow leak that took a second trip to diagnose. He did not charge us for the second trip! He was very helpful explaining our repair options and giving his recommendations. He even gave me a dishwasher recommendation (we were buying a new dishwasher that night.) I was very comfortable having him in my home. He has done repairs for other members of my family. They have always had positive experiences with him, as well. I could not believe our total bill for two appliance repairs and two visits was only $75!

John came out and inspected my leaking washer. It turned out to be an improperly installed hose. John was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the prompt response to my request. John was at my house within 3 hours. I will absolutely use them again.
