Mathew Appliance Repair

I called Mathew Appliance Repair on Tuesday afternoon and explained what the machine was/was not doing. After briefly talking about scheduling we decided John would call the next morning and give a window of time for his arrival. He showed up within the time frame and got right to work. John made the repair on the washer rather quickly and made sure it was working properly before packing up his things. He also gave a possible explanation of why the washer broke and what I could do to prevent it from happening again in the future. Mathew Appliance Repair did a great job responding to my request for help. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

John was on time, he called first. He was very professional, neat, clean and polite. He diagnosed the problem immediately, was very descriptive as to the problem and gave me recommendations on how to prevent in the future. We could not be more pleased - I would give him an A+ if I could!

It went very well. He responded to my call immediately and arranged to come out the same day. He arrived in a timely manner, presented himself in a very professional way, and focused on the work at hand 100%. He did not waste anytime. Within a few minutes he had the problem identified and resolved it quickly. Afterwards, he reviewed with me what I can do differently to avoid this problem in the future. I was very pleased with his service.

The job went very well. John came out inspected the problem. We discussed the problem and inspected and tested the machine. He ordered the part and came back the following Friday and replaced the timer. Very reasonable. I could have done the job but Mathew Appliance Repair knew what they were doing and knew where to look, therefore saving me time and aggravation. I will use them again and recommend to anyone who asks.

I called Mathew Appliance at approximately 9am and my dishwasher was fixed by 2:30pm the same day. I described the problem with the handle to Mr. Mathew on the phone and he was able to get the part and have the problem fixed within minutes of arriving at my house.

Came to my house the same day that I called him. He needed a part, offered to come back next day, but I was busy, so he came the morning of the following day. He was always pleasant and always did what he said he would do.

John removed the old vent and installed a new vent.

Very pleased. Very informative and did the job quickly. Showed up on time and call a ahead, and will us again.

I called Mathew Appliance Repair yesterday and John was able to come out and repair our washing machine today. That is great service. John also had advice for keeping the machine in good condition; and he had advice for keeping our dishwasher in good working condition.

I have no complaints about him. Overall I had good experience.

Mr. Mathew called ahead to confirm his appointment and arrived right on time. He specifically noted a dangerous problem with the heating element in the dryer and gave me a number of helpful pointers on how to spot and/or avoid problems with both appliances in the future. He was neatly dressed and wore a shirt with a company logo identifying himself immediately.

Our dryer had been literally screaming for months. Upon getting a referral from Angie's list, they promptly returned my call and made the repairs the following day. Despite calling my dryer a Westinghouse, it was a Maytag, John had all the parts to make the repair on his truck, and did so promptly, and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Would use again.

I called him thinking it would be a few days or weeks before he could come out and help us. He was able to come out that morning and take care of the problem. They are very easy to work with and very dependable. I would definitely recommend hiring Matthew Appliance Repair.

He advised me on how to do things in the most cost effective way. He was very good and came when he was supposed to. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and I will use him again.

It went well. I called on a Thursday because I thought I would have to get in the queue for a repair, but if I had stayed home, I think John would have installed it that day. He tried hard to get here before I left town for the weekend. On Monday, he followed up and told me when he would be at my house and he was and it took very few minutes to pull the old switch and put in the new one. Very professional and courteous and left the environment as he found it.

I called over the weekend and he called first thing on Monday and had it repaired by noon. The only negative is that I wish they would have made weekend calls. Our fridge went out on Friday night.

Mathew Appliance Repair continues to provide excellent service, is able to come out in a very timely manner, is clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have no problem at all recommending (and have recommended) John to others that need appliance repair.

I didn't compare prices with others. He was utterly professional and friendly. He was terrific. He was knowledgeable on everything that he did and he explained it along the way. I really appreciated that.

Bill Freeman did a great job. Quick and courteous service. I would certainly hire him again. I think he should get the positive feedback since he was a contractor for Matthew Appliance. But I also applaud Matthew appliance for having a good qualified contractor.

Came out early afternoon and immediately fixed the problem and I had a working washer.

The process was very good. I had a vent issue with my dryer and I called at 9:00am on a Monday, and someone came out by 3 that afternoon. He took about 40 minutes, and with the right tools had me fixed up. I would definitely call this company again.

He showed up the day after I called, came on time, showed me what was broken and what he was going to do. Neat, professional, and effective.

The repairman showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very professional and polite. He found the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. Dryer works like it did when it was new.

My dryer was not drying the clothes. John fixed the problem and was professional and polite.
