It went well. John is very professional and helpful. He replaced our ice maker and it worked, however our reverse osmosis system doesn't give the water pressure needed for proper operation of the ice maker. John was very helpful and explained was we needed to do to solve the pressure problem. I would highly recommend Mathew Appliance Repair.

He quickly assessed the problem and said he would need to order parts. He provided the cost info, which was similar to what we found online. He would call us when parts arrived. to make appointment for installation which he did. Installation went well and he quickly had the appliances purring. Repairs have stood the test of time. Mathews was detailed in gathering information on the problem before he scheduled to come out and repair. That allowed him to have all of the parts necessary to repair in one visit, which I truly appreciated. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend!

John Mathew called me and asked if I could take a photo of the filter mechanism and text it to him, along with the fridge model number. I did that and he then ordered the part. When part arrived he called to say he was ready to do the repair. Repair took all of 15 minutes to complete.

It wasn't running so he got it running. Then, it started to make noise. He was able to fix both problems.

Tech came out with a new unit after talking us through where to find the ice maker model/serial numbers to make sure he brought out the correct unit. Replacement took only a few minutes.

We were given a quick response. It was determined that the heating element needed to be replaced, and the work was completed without having to wait for any parts. We were also given some tips to keep it from having again.

More expensive to fix than to replace. So after the Mathew's figured that out, I did as he suggested.

Dryer is an uncommon model with an upper drying compartment and it is no longer made. Mr. Mathew determined that there might be several things wrong with it and we took a shot at the least expensive repair - it worked! I was pleased with the result and Mr. Mathew's honest assessment as to whether or not it was worth it to fix or simply move on. Dryer has been working well since the repair was made.

The service representative arrived on time and within the 2 hour window as promised. The repair went very well and was done in an hour.

When Mr. Mathew showed up to inspect the machine and fix it, the noise was not there. He told us he could not find a problem. He recommended we clean it with vinegar. Machine is working fine.

It took 3 visits but all went well.

John diagnosed the problem as the pump not putting water into the grid for making ice. He ordered a replacement pump and installed in a week after his initial visit. I called him a day after he replaced the pump and said it was still not making ice. He advised me to initiate a "cleaning cycle" on the machine and let him know if that solved the problem. After I ran the cleaning cycle the machine began to produce ice again. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

Mathew Appliance Repair is awesome! John Mathews was professional, very reasonable, punctual, and explained all the repairs he performed. I knew when I saw two burned out wires in the back of the range, that I did something. Within an hour he had my range working. John answers the phone, does the scheduling, and performs the repairs. No subs! And he is a local, independent business which I would prefer to support (as compared to a chain). I will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors!
