Tony is very knowledgeable about his job and is very concerned about doing the job correctly. It took several days to get everything in our basement up and running the right way but it was worth the time to know it was done correctly.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tony and Eddie were great to work with. Our fireplace was a tough one to convert, and they had some issues, but they persevered and the result was beyond our expectations. Tony even added a T to the gas line on our patio to hook up a gas grille (which we hadn't thought of before, but it's a great idea). The insert (which they provided) is BEAUTIFUL and realistic!

It was just a plumbing job. We spent about $1,000. They were weird to work with. It was a very small operation. The guy who was the main person was, I believe, just recuperating from an illness. There was a lot of rescheduling. Ultimately they did the work and they did a credible job. They were very forthcoming about us being really satisfied. In fact, we did not like the look of the gas logs that they installed. It was not quite what we expected. They offered us five options to choose from and assured us that it would be given free. They were very concerned about us being satisfied with the work. It was mostly just difficult to get them to schedule than get the work done. We will use them in the future.

I like it better than electricity. We have got the propane tank in the side of our yard and we have got a fence around it. I just don't like the idea of the electricity and the water together. It didn't take them very long to get it done. We've never had any problems over the last 3 years so I guess they must have done a very good job. I thought their price was reasonable. We would use them again in the future if we needed to.

Eddie did an excellent job. They were attentive to our needs and came out immediately to assess the situation. They also worked with other contractors to make sure that the repairs we needed were appropriately coordinated. They did great work.

Arrived on appointed day and we reviewed the work to be done and he explained what the process was going to be. The line was run and he installed the gas log, even though I had not purchased it through him (was unaware that he sold them until that day). Job was completed in 45 minutes. Afterwards he explained the operation of the gas log and answered questions that I had. Very good experience.

It went very, very well. First had an estimate done which was on time and carefully explained. The work was then completed a couple of weeks later on a date convenient for me. The workman was very professional and did a wonderful job. Very interested making sure everything was complete and being sure I was satisfied with the work. I recommend them highly.

I set everything up with Tony. He was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant to deal with. Eddie called to verify the work to be performed and to get directions. He went right to work when he showed up. I left him alone and he rolled right through everything. After he was done I asked him a question about our sump pump, he took some extra time to look it over and give me some free advice. I switched plumbers because the last one we used sold out and became very "hard sell". Magna was not pushy at all, didn't try to upsell me on anything. I heartily recommend them to anyone in need.

I like that he guaranteed his work for a long time out. It was almost as if I had any trouble at all, to just call him. He gave me his cell phone number and said he'd come back out whenever to work on it for me!

Made the appointment and showed up right on time. Service tech was polite and did the work in a professional way.

The tech showed up on time and was able to diagnosed problem in five minutes. Within 20 minutes everything was working fine. He did not cheat me where I thought the therma couple may need to be replaced, but he assured me the part is good for at least another two years.

Our experience with Magna is how you hope every service call is handled. They promptly returned our call, scheduled an appointment within a few days of our call, worked around our schedules and came when they said they would (early Saturday morning). Eddie was courteous and helpful and thoroughly checked each fireplace. As he was leaving, he gave me his cell phone in case we had any issues or questions. I will definitely use Magna again for our fireplace needs and will also call them if we have plumbing work. If you are wondering about using a plumbing company for your fireplace needs, don't worry. Eddie was very knowledgeable and comfortable and it was clear he serviced fireplaces frequently.

He was very accommodating! He was very honest about what size would be best and he kept right around the original estimate. I would definitely hire them again!

It went great- the technician got out here quickly and performed the work efficiently. He explained everything thoroughly and even wrote down instructions for my husband as we needed instruction on how to operate it (we just moved in). Very impressed!

EXCELLENT! THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND PERFORMED IT QUICKLY. RAN A LINE THAT WAS VERY DIFFICULT.

THEY WERE REAL NICE AND PERSONABLE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS. THE WORK LOOKED NICE AND NEAT AND THEY HAD TO GO ABOUT 30 FEET. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO RE-LIGHT THE PILOT LIGHT AND THEY CAME OUT AND RE-LIT IT AT NO COST.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIM. HE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND QUICK. VERY PERSONABLE. HE REINSTALLED IMPROPERLY INSTALLED GAS LOGS IN AN OLD HOUSE. HE DID NOT DO THE FIRST INSTALLATION.
