Eddie came out on 02/01/2017 and cleaned a part on the fireplace and said if that did not work he would come back out and change the part and take the 75 dollars I payed him off the new repair. I have called him several times since. He has set a couple of appointments that he did not show for and other times says he will call me back with a time and date, but never does. The other times he just doesn't answer his phone or return calls.

Eddie came and correctly diagnosed the job and said he had to order a part. Would not return calls and did not return to do the repair.

Made a firm appointment with a quote of $350 from Eddie to install gas logs and burner in our Carmel home, two weeks before the appointment. On the scheduled day, my wife burned a day of vacation from her job to be there. Eddie did not show up, did not call, did not return my phone calls, and never apologized for the inconvenience. Guys like this give other tradesmen a bad name. Now, I'm looking for a company to install my gas logs, but it won't be Magna Plumbing.

Never received a return call.

A vent-free gas fireplace is a tricky device to operate and service. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it quickly. He is also a personable young man, and a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Magna three or four times trying to get them to come out to give an estimate on replacing a gas line to my fireplace. I started contacting them in September. I first contacted them by email. It took a while, but he finally got back to me via email and answered my question about the cost of estimates. I sent a reply asking them to contact me to set up a time to come out. No response. I then spoke with them on the phone and explained the issue again and he gave me a ballpark figure and said he would come out on that Friday. He never showed nor did he call. Several weeks later, I received an email saying he had lost his "notes" and wanting to know if I still needed the work done. I replied that I did and would like for him to set up a time to come out since it is now cold and I would like to use my fireplace. I have received no response. The last contact was December 1, 2014.

When Eddie was here on a previous repair job, we discussed replacing the water heater and installing a water softener--he gave us some options and prices and we called him later to schedule the job. He arrived at the agreed-to time and completed the job that same day. He had to re-plumb several water lines for the softener installation in order to get unsoftened water to the outside sillcocks and to the kitchen. He replaced many of the old globe valves with ball valves and reran the tap offs for the humidifier and ice maker, replacing saddle valves with ball valves. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Eddie is very personable and knowledgeable--the complete plumber. We won't use anyone but Magna Plumbing. Highly recommended.

They worked above and beyond expectations to finish the work on the rental before a tenant moved in, working well past "normal" quitting time. We are very please with their work, both in the rental and in our personal home.

Eddie is professional, courteous, and dependable. Iwould not hesitate to recommend him for any job.

He did all he could do and was very nice at first thought I had a gas leak was just a dead mouse

It was excellent and it couldn't have been better. The representative who was doing the service couldn't have been better or more helpful and it was a very reasonable price. The young man seemed to specialize in fire places and he actually enjoyed what he was doing. The service was excellent, prompt and it was easy to arrange and they went out of their way. The price was very reasonable for coming out and coming back.

Couldn't be more pleased. Liked dealing directly with the owner. Very professional, friendly and efficient, and the price was much better than quotes received from local retail stores.

They were very helpful and explained every thing to us. My husband and I went around with them to make sure it was being done. It was quite a good experience. We saw all the junk that was suck out.

They were very good. We were all very pleased. The guy who came out to do the inspection had very sophisticated equipment and he was able to show us pictures of exactly what was wrong. They were really great to work with. We had to wait for the materials they ordered that's why it took a little while for it to get redone but then I asked the buyer how things went and he said they did a great job. We didn't check with anybody else about pricing so I guess I would say it was good.

He installed two gas logs for our fireplaces. He was great. He was very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant. He cleaned up after himself. He called as soon as he could.

They showed up on time and were extremely knowledgable. They listened to what I needed done and gave me an accurate estimate and completed the job quickly. They were complete professionals. They ended up ordering the gas log and installing it for me as well. The gas log took longer than expected to arrive and be installed, but they made up for the delay with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and price. I think getting things done right are worth the wait and in this case it absolutely was. I don't have a single complaint about the completed job.

I called Magna at 9:00 am when the furnace went out and I was trying to start the gas log without success. Eddie was very responsive when I explained the circumstances and arrived here by 10:00 am. He checked out the gas log and lit it without difficulty. He even gave us a gas lighter! He explained that at some point we would need to upgrade the gas input installation to meet current code requirements. He only charged $50.00. His regular service fee is $75.00

It went great. Eddie was pleasant, courteous, and went above and beyond our expectations.

I called on Monday and talked with Eddie. He said he had a job already scheduled on Tuesday but should be able to get there in the afternoon and would call. Tuesday came and went with no Eddie and no phone call. Nothing on Wednesday either. I called on Thursday and got voicemail asking him to return the phone call but still nothing. Ended up contacting a different provider who was able to give me same day service on Friday to get my firepit back in good shape for a party at my house on Saturday.

Eddie is knowledgeable and does a good job with installing a variety of plumbing fixtures. He performed work on master bath remodel including rough in work, relocating water supply lines for freestanding tub, and returned to install shower valves, body sprays, lavatory faucets, and freestanding tub with filler and drain. All work was done in a timely manner and done well. Thank you for your time!
