This was a rather tricky job in that Tony and Eddie had to make several trips and work around the crew which had (literally) torn up the back of my house for a massive project that took most of the summer. I've used Magna many times --- first meeting Tony when he installed gas logs at my former house some 23 years ago. He and Eddie are very, very good at what they do, and very reasonable in what they charge. They helped me assemble the fireplace and Eddie put the grill together, which was no small project. Highly recommended!

Eddie did a great job!! He was very professional and very polite . Worked hard and was on time and worked with our schedule. We will certainly be calling him again when we need those services.

Magum Plumbing (Eddy) gave me quote over the phone which was very fair and reasonable compare two other quotes I had on Feburary 27.. Eddy was there after his big job that day and install the hot water heater late in the afternoon. I was very please with excellent service I received from Eddy and I would recommend Magna Plumbing for the great sevice I received.

I purchased a gas log set after a fantastic consultation visit from Magna (Eddie). He basically taught us about gas logs and the types available, features/benefits, and costs. After I purchased the gas log (which Magna could have done cheaper...confusion on my part) I then scheduled my installation. They had Saturday installations but they were scheduled a few weeks out..No problem as I was flexible and really appreciated not having to take time off of work. They had to run about 15 feet of gas line, tie into existing gas supply, drill the fireplace, and install the log. I was amazed at how quickly this was all done. The lines were run with precision and quality; I was very pleased. You could tell he really took pride in his work. He not only set up the logs, but made the entire setting look like a work of art. He admitted that while he does all kinds of plumbing work; but really enjoys gas log installations. And it shows.

We woke up Friday morning to hot water spraying in the basement. The outlet pipe from the water heater had developed a pinhole leak and was spraying the furnace, causing the furnace to shut down (the subject of another review to come later). We called Magna Plumbing and Eddie said he would be out before noon. True to his word, Eddie arrived about 11:30. He found the leak and replaced the defective section of copper pipe with PEX tubing and fittings. He restored the water, checked for leaks, cleaned up, and was done in about an hour. In addition to being a very good plumber, Eddie is a gentleman and very easy to work with. We will continue to call Magna Plumbing whenever a plumbing issue arises.

Installed quickly and professionally. I have used Magna Plumbing previously and have recommended them to many friends, all of whom have been extremely satisfied. You will not find more honest or ethical professionals in the business.

Very happy with the service provided by Eddie of Magna Plumbing. He came the day after I called and got my gas logs working. He was punctual and professional. I will call on him as needed in the future.

They were great. Did not go anywhere else to look for prices but they had to be best, stuck with estimate even though it was little more. They were great to deal with and very professional. Would recommend to everyone.

We called Magna on the advice of a friend. Talked with Tony on Thursday to request an estimate; when he came on Friday to look over the set up we discussed whether we should get a battery- or water-powered back up. We decided that water was the better solution for us so he gave us an estimate which we accepted, and he said he'd be back on Saturday to do the work. Tony & Edward arrived right when they said they would and went right to work. They replumbed an existing water line to power the back-up and ran PVC to attach to the existing sump pump discharge line. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up the area before they left. They showed us what they had done and demonstrated the pump. The final price was actually quite a bit lower than the estimate. We are very pleased with the work and professionalism of Magna Plumbing and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

The work was professional, timely and met/exceeded all of our expectations. Tony and his team were very friendly, open and yet professional.The work occurred near the 4th of July holiday and they stayed on the job (late) to get the work completed before the holiday. We were very pleased and will use them for our next project.

It was great. I called him on Thursday and he said he could be there first thing Saturday morning. He showed up right on time and got right to work. Within 10 mins he found the problem and fixed it. He then did some additional checks. Then gave me some tips and explained how the fire place really works.

They evaluated the problem with the shower and bought replacement parts. They put up with my husband's attempts at fixing it and ended up using most of his parts and therefore didn't have to completely replace the entire shower faucet and shower mechanism. The outside faucet ended up just needing a washer although I was prepared to pay for a frost proof valve if necessary, but we were able to shut it off satisfactorily. The water softener installation was quick and efficient. The next time we need one we will call them and get their price and install. Since we found out they could offer a better unit at a cheaper price. They were very fair with their prices and patience as we tried to schedule this around my husband's illness and availability.

They reattached my gas to the line and the gas logs. They gave us good service. I would use them again in the future.

Cleaned and reposition logs to work. Fireplace went out and wouldn't start. They ca me back to clean again at no charge.

We had some window well flooding where the sump pump was so they had to drain that, close it off and re-route it. It was pretty extensive job. They were efficient and seem to do a good job. Though I do not know what they did, it is working. They are very nice people and very accommodating. Price seemed reasonable for what they did. They were very responsive. I will use them in the future.

In terms of plumbing they did a great job. They probably do gas lines, but they did only plumbing for me. They also did the sewage pump. They were reasonably close and had a good rating on Angies List. I was looking for a smaller company and it was a small company. They did what they said they were going to do. They were reliable, came on time and kept the expectations. I will use them again in the future.

We had this tub faucet that kept leaking and was getting worse. We had called another plumber for an estimate. The estimated cost was going to be difficult for us to manage. Days later, we were at dinner with a relative who had recently hired Magna Plumbing to complete work in a rental home. The relative highly praised everything from Magna's promptness, service attitude, work quality and price and suggested we give Magna a call for an estimate. We did call Magna late afternoon and they came before nine the next morning. They provided an estimate that was less than half of their competitor's estimate!! We never mentioned to them that we had another plumber's estimate. Magna's plumber, Eddie Bramble, immediately began work on our problem. Because this company is very busy, Eddie explained that he needed to go help Tony with another, more critical job, but promised he would be back that same day to complete the work. Before he left, he capped off the water to just that tub so we had water access throughout the rest of the house. From past experience with other service providers and since our need wasn't critical, we thought we wouldn't see Eddie until the next day, but no! True to his word, Eddie was back by 6:00 and completed the work within an half hour! He had two more jobs after ours...talk about dedication!! We are very impressed with Magna's promptness, their commitment to us as customers, the quality of work and, of course, the value!

What was most apparent from the moment I met Eddie was trustworthiness and truthfulness, more of the same when I later met Tony, and in all subsequent dealings. These guys are straight shooters. High quality work. Incredible value.

Execellent result. Able to install gas lines to 2 fireboxes. No damage to plaster or woodwork.

I have had him out here so many times. It was kind of expensive. I think he gave me a little bit of a break, even though it was expensive. They are very fine people. They are fair and thorough.

Over a period of two days Tony and Eddie, did all the work. It was done extremely professionally and at a very reasonable price. They are both plumbing craftsmen. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

What a great company! Showed up on time, was very professional and did a perfect job. I could see that Tony takes great pride in his work. His assistant who is in training was eager to help and anticipate Tony's needs for the project. A second project Tony tackled which I did not include in the amount spent, restoring a vintage gas grill, was even more interesting. Tony did what he said he could do, working around the numerous problems, but never talked about abandoning the project. A true craftsman. I don't think he will want to take on this type job again, but I am so thankful for his expertise. I could never have completed the restoration on my own.
