Description of Work: Repaired a sump pump. Made two visits and were extremely informative and efficient. Pump working fine now. Used Magna plumbing for a kitchen disposal issue as well. Repair went well. Repairman is so courteous and friendly in addition to being obviously well qualified. We won't use any other plumber at this point.

Description of Work: Awesome, fantastic. Wish Tony was my uncle. Did a great super perfect job. Very reliable and kept in touch during entire installation. May have saved my family's life! We hired Tony to bring gas to our BBQ and fix a broken pipe. During installation he discovered what the home inspector and at least six other plumbers never noticed. The gas line was bringing in too much pressure to our water heater and upstairs furnace. Our water heater could have exploded. He instantly changed his schedule for that day and the next to install regulators. Now I know why our new water heater never worked right!

Description of Work: Gas fireplace would not stay lit. The service technician cleaned and inspected all of the parts of the log set. That was all it needed--he guaranteed his work, and said if I needed anything else to call them. I was very pleased with his service and his honesty.

Description of Work: The price seemed a bit sporty at first, but they were very compelling on the phone that they knew how to fix the issues we had. Once they did the work, it was clear it was well worth what they asked. They were professional, efficient, and punctual. Above all, it was very clear they know their trade very, very well. The fauctes we have had repaired all all working like new.
